    Really nice app. I love it so far. But the download option is bad. In my phone ypu can only download 1 video at a time and it keeps closing for no reason so you have to download it from the start again. And its also quite slow. My connection is quite fine to open other websitr. I hope you can fix this and add notification if i download something

    I'm really having fun since lockdown started again here but one thing I noticed is that instructors do not have the same comprehension of levels. I took 3 different open style classes on an intermediate level but I could barely catch up on one of them. Also the navigation isn't as smooth as it should be so I have to reload several times to find what I want.

    99% of my experience has been great, but there’s some kind of bug on the mobile app that i’ve just noticed: the app immediately closes when I try to add classes to my schedule. I tried going to the specific day then adding the class, AND I tried searching the class first then adding it to a specific day; both times it crashed just the same. I don’t have this problem on the desktop. Hopefully this can be fixed because scheduling on my mobile is SO convenient. Started dancing two weeks ago for the first time in my 23 years of life— something about moving my body without being insecure, its the most freeing thing. Don’t think i’d ever learn how to dance as easily as with Steezy’s programs and classes. Thanks for the amazing content and service and especially sharing this passion with me and others who might not have known how good it feels.

    This platform is amazing! Five stars! The app though, stills needs some improvements. It takes a long time to play a video or download it. (Huawei P30 Lite), and the app crashes so many times. But! When they fix those issues I'm going to give them 5 stars! This is an amazing platform!

    Let me start out by saying the service itself is fine. It wasn’t for me, but there is nothing wrong with the videos themselves. HOWEVER, I cancelled after one month. I even got emailed confirmation that I cancelled. They have continued to charge me (for three months) and customer service has not helped me. I have not gotten a straight answer and I can no longer get customer service to respond. At this point, I am going to have to get a new debit card to stop them from charging me and I will be out the three months I tried to be nice and let them solve it. It’s not worth it. UPDATE: After multiple messages to customer service, I have finally gotten a response and a full refund for the months I should not have been charged. Due to that, I am upping my review to two stars. However, I am not raising it any higher because I sent customer service multiple emails over a two month period to get this refund.

    I was initially very excited about this app, but it hasn’t worked well for me at all. There are lots of bugs that need to be worked out. First off, I’ve only seen iPhone and iPad versions of the app. I don’t have an iPad, but I do have Apple TV which would be the ideal platform learning to dance following a phone or iPad screen has its obvious limitations. I’ve tried casting both to my smart TV and my Apple TV but there are issues. For whatever reason, the screen I’m seeing in my phone isn’t what’s cast and what’s cast tends to be the reverse view of the classes. That’s workable but I much prefer seeing the instructors facing me. It’s an odd bug, but one I COULD live with, but the other big problem is that often when the app loads a routine or program, you get the spinning wheel of death, the app freezes and has to be restarted...and even then it often won’t load.

    My steezy app is closing automaticalky once I select a dance practise. The subscription did go off this week so the payment has went through but I cannot use it. I have sent a message requesting for help on this on feedback with no response yet. Please assist

    The only way to watch any video is on the computer! The classes are great if you’re able to get in front of a computer but if you’re trying to utilize this app on any other device, it will not work! I’m not just talking about if you only have a free trial, I mean even for those paying members. I just spent $100 for a year subscription which is a TOTAL loss because the only time I’m sitting in front of a computer is at work... and I can’t jump up to practice there... smh! Not sure why they haven’t fixed it and all these complaints have BEEN posted!

    I've used this app a handful of times and now it crashes constantly. I can't even open the app. So far it's not worth my money. I wish it would work though, I was enjoying learning new dances. I'd like to continue if someone could do something about the app not working. And yes I have tried un-installing and re-installing it.

    I’ve learned multiple styles of dance throughout the years and have been dedicated to breaking for 21 years. Always wanted to focus on different styles, especially popping, locking, and choreo, and STEEZY is coming through. It’s been extremely helpful in bringing me insight on different styles, steps, and rhythms that i can incorporate into my breaking and freestyling. Some of the routines are dope workouts. Tons of content. The mentors have good vibes. Definitely beginner friendly, and of great benefit to those who may love dancing, but have never trained in any discipline. Respect to the STEEZY team.

    I’m a professional dancer and teacher and fell in love with Steezy over quarantine. Great classes with awesome instructors. Overall great content. Would love to see: - a way to rate individual classes or provide feedback on individual classes. - There were a couple of follow alongs i did that were a little awkward in terms of how the instructor approached introducing new/next steps. Would like to know if there is a formula or guide instructors are given for different class types or if instructors are free to teach as they please. - for social dances and grooves, it would be cool to see city of origin/creator credits in the description. I feel like those creds are the first thing to get lost when movements get popular on TikTok, etc. I know the instructors typically discuss background for a movement in the class but I think it would be helpful to reinforce the information somewhere.

    You know how you sign up for a free trial, forget to cancel it, and begrudgingly pay for a month? This isn’t that app. The price point seems a little steep, but the experience is thorough. My favorite features are the mirrored option (I confuse my left and my right; not having to think about it is bomb). The loop option is also amazing! It allows you to select a portion of video and play it on loop until you can do that series of moves without crashing into the floor. Or wall. Anyway. BIG FAN.

    The one lesson that I did get to Load was good. It took you step by step to the chorus of Black Pink's "whistle " at a beginner level however, it would not download nor cast. And you can't really play it on the internet browser. Overall it's decent. They advertise more options on Instagram than there actually are.

    Currently I can't even get the app to open. Whenever I try it immediately crashes. When the app used to work it was a lot of fun and very helpful for learning but while it doesn't even work I can't go off how the app used to treat me. Edit: latest patch fixed the issues and it's back to working well.

    Great service with tons of dancing lessons! Recommendation system should be improved though: it keeps giving me the same beginner videos over and over with barely any progression. It doesn't consider the dancing session duration I've chosen either.

    This app is horrible! When i first installed it i was happy that i can learn the dances i want to learn ,but when i opened it i clicked on itzy cuz i wanted to learn it and it just kicked me out of the app and it did that many of time 😠 this app doesnt help at all.

    I started with the basic dance class. Really Liked it and did the first 3 sessions and wanted to get to the 4th. It never went to it and there seemed to be no way to click or swipe or scroll to it. It was extremely frustrating. I use Glo for yoga and I have never had a problem finding anything. I tried doing lesson 3 again because the guy SAYS lesson 4 will be next etc. But it was never possible. Some other thing came on. When I received a help email it said to use a desktop or laptop. Don’t have one. So I’m canceling.
