Apr 5, 2021 If I could give this app 0 stars I'd do it in a heartbeat. I don't know if it's because I'm so hungry right now or what, but I have never been so frustrated before. I placed my order and got a conformation. Then I got an email saying my order is being prepared or something. Then that's it. I waited for the rest of the day and the order never came. This app is horrible. I would absolutely not recommend it. more -
May 8, 2021 This app has too many bugs.It needs you to open you banking app to approve payment but when you go back to it ,it then starts everything over.It is currently much better to use the website,one less app to install. -

Apr 7, 2021 Delivery service is very poor, one has to wait more than an hour and a half for food, this is unacceptable. Not even a tracking device on the app to see the progress of the food and the delivery. -
Terrible app!!
Oct 27, 2019 I’ve use the app a few times to make orders and tried it at different stores, but your order fails 90% of the time. The newest problem is that the app can’t find my location even though my location services is turned on. -

Apr 9, 2021 Typing one's address in was problematic. Doesn't give the option to specify the suburb. Cashier got my address wrong on the slip on top of everything. -

What’s Groovy
Love this app. Easy to use, would just like to be able to order one Wacky Wednesday deal, instead of having to order 4 burgers at once. But other than that it works very well, with speedy delivery.

What’s Subpar
Doesn't work properly. Unable to track order once order is placed. Have no idea when order is on its way or when it has arrived. What is the purpose of having the app then. We might as well revert to the old days when we would call in to place an order. We are regular customers and deserve better.
