Cannot log in with valid username and password. I can log into the website. I have cleared cache and storage, forced stop, uninstalled and reinstalled. "Oops. There seems to be a problem."

Latest update broke it. Was signed in before, now I've been signed out and the only error message is "Oops! There seems to be a problem." and I can't sign in.

DEEP LINKS DON'T WORK! Clicking on a link in browser will open the app when set to default, but only goes to the app home screen, NOT the product page. Useless!

*Rooted phones causes the app too crash upon opening* I removed root access and the app works fine. These details should be noted in the description or just make the app root compatible.

Terrible on line ordering service.
Terrible website and service. I ordered ink cartridges for my Canon MP530 printer. Before finalizing the order I called the local Staples store to ensure that I was correctly using the Staples App before finalizing my purchase. The Staples representative said that I was and so I completed the purchase. In my order I also purchased a copy of Turbo Tax. I then received an email informing me that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived for pickup I was told the only item available was the Turbo Tax and the ink cartridges would not be available until the end of April. With Covid 19 I try not to make any unnecessary trips so to waste my time with Staple is more than frustrating. I will not shop at Staples again. If I could give Staples a score of zero I would.

All I get is an error stating something went wrong please try again, guess you don't want my money, Newegg will get it then.

Difficult to navigate submitted orders
One item in my order was unavailable so I canceled that item and added a similar one, forgetting to mark it as ‘pick up in store’ like the rest of the order. All customer service on the phone could do was cancel the order - but they couldn’t guarantee that it would actually cancel, it might ship anyhow. Going on the app, the navigation is poor to what has been ordered, what’s ready for pick up, what’s in processing, etc. Turned out to be a frustrating experience. -

Said there were two in stock at my store. Made the trip and no one could find them. Doesn’t list where they are stocked like Lowe’s. Manager threw up his hands. Should list row where items are. And should be sure stock listing is accurate. Other store listed two in stock, so called and they confirmed before making the trip. The idea of an app is to save time, but the info has to be accurate and the help needs to take all more seriously. That store still says there are two though no one could find them.

Does not work. Try to open it shuts down says null error. I restarted the app deleted it as and reinstalled did same thing. Bad app 😡😡
