    Horrible App for Employees Aug 10, 2021

    If I ever decide to quit my job, this stupid app would be on my list of why. And it really is not that part of my job- oh except for SCREWING UP ALL OF OUR SCHEDULES in ways that not even my managers could figure out. Or the fact I could PERSONALLY change my availability and "save" it for TWENTY FUCKING MINUTES repetitively to find it "saved" each time as a new schedule NOT EVEN THE ONE I SPENT MINUTES MANUALLY PUTTING IN! Fuck this scheduling app.

    The app itself is good for knowing what shifts you have, however I feel the new theme is too clunky. I don't need to see the days I won't be working on my schedule. If there is a setting that allows you to remove unnecessary information from the schedule, I would appreciate it.

    Used to love this app had it synced to my calendar and everything. Now since the update its telling me that im not registered and wont let me use my login credentials to get back into my stafflinq. very upset about this and would like to have it resolved asap

    This update is ridiculously bad. I can't believe that they would remove the calendar sync feature, make a more confusing layout, and remove the ability to look at the entire schedule for the day. So many wasted resources to make an inferior application when put up against it predecessor. I am not exaggerating when I say that there is not one thing that this update brought that feels, looks or works better. I honestly wish that we could refund the money we spent on this application. I feel like that would be the only thing to light a fire under Rosnets ass and fix this abomination of an application that they updated, when no one was even asking for it. This app was 5 star material before, and now I would pay someone not to give Rosnet any of their money until they revert this horrendous update. Bite the bullet Rosnet, give your customers what they want and revert the changes.

    I loved this app prior to the update. The update sucks! You can't see what times other employees are working (so hypothetically if you wanted to switch shifts from AM to PM you don't know who's working which shifts or their sections/ times in), attempting to swap shifts is now super confusing, even when the managers post your schedules sometimes it doesn't actually post, my boyfriend has this app and he can't even log in, you can't see what shifts are available if someones trying to give up.. Its a total waste, dont buy it! In the images of what this app supposedly looks like for your schedule is a representation of what it looked liked PRIOR TO THE UPDATE, so false advertisements, just to warn.. Just log in online off the website.. This does NOT make your life easier!

    The customer support is bad. I had an issue where Stafflinq would not sync with my google calander (it synced under birthdays and disappear a minite later). I contacted the developer and they closed my support ticket after they did NOT solve the problem. They kept insisting the app was working properly and I had to contact Google for support. Not surprisingly, the calender app was not the issue. 2 MONTHS LATER, the app fixed the calander sync issue.

    The new update still didn't fix anything. it use to work great, but now it tells me my schedule is unavailable and to pull down to refresh and it won't let me pull it down to refresh. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app trying to get it to work and nothing has helped.

    Why the hell did this get changed? Useless update. Cannot login, my email is no longer valid. And I've seen the new format, waste. No longer able to see the times of other employees scheduled with you, cant see the schedules of whose working on your day off, when giving up shifts it will post multiple times for the same shift, times dont display am or pm etc.. Refund my freaking money. Oh and tech support is a joke, put in two tickets with no response.

    Loved it before the new update, can't log in on computer now. The setup is horrible, your update has caused total chaos in my life. Click on available shift, it's for a different day. Way to screw up someones life that is organized, can't pick up shifts, therefore affecting my income. GET IT TOGETHER, or refund my money spent.

    Garbage update. Can't see full staff schedules, out times for employees, awkward to navigate, and I can't even enter a time off request. I would use this app to help organize my shifts but this update made it useless to me now. I would never have paid for this app if this is what I'm getting. Would not recommend at all.

    Are you guys ever going to fix your site? The app or your site itself both won't load my schedule and this has been going on for about a week now and judging by other reviews everyone else seems to be having the same issue. How does it take over a week to get your site back up and running? Would give less than 1 star if possible. 😑

    This site sucks you can't do anything on it and I can't see it on my computer anymore, why would they update something that was working perfectly fine before now it like not even worth having it at all. AND when you put in a request you don't' see it anymore, so you don't REALLY know if it is approved or even fully submitted.

    I like to be able to see the full schedule for the day.. and this is not an option now. Frankly it does matter.. I believe most people feel the same I want to know whom I may be working w before I pick up a shift. The other App was way easier to use and had more information...
