    Very helpful app. I am deaf and need this to make and receive phone calls. The only issue I have is that the call list does not have any order to it and is listed randomly, not newest on the top. Should be an easy fix for the devs..

    It's alright but lately I've have been having drop calls almost every time I get a call. I tried to answer it on the first vibrate but then it tells me that the call has been disconnected. Then says one missed call. Every time too. I don't understand why it's starting to do this. It's been a month and still have dropped calls. I'm unsure if I'm gong to keep this or just struggle with voice calls again. =( I'm moderate deaf and tone deaf on the phone which is why I have this IP Relay number.

    I love that it's been updated to where I can easily shift to the app if someone calls; however, sometimes the phone will hang up and it would force me to have to call the person back and they would still be one the line (according to them) with the call I had picked up. Other than that the app is fine.

    Good and a MUST for hearing impaired to make outgoing calls. Works in all setting (wifi & cell receptions.) Wish it had a feature to a "customized setting" to vibrate (not the phone's default setting.) Only one slight issue (when setting/signing it up) is that the number given (SR #) is not near your "area" (in many rural locations.)

    Very useful for text-based phone calls without requiring a TTY. Allows transcripts to be saved at the conclusion of calls. Relay operators are helpful and courteous.

    It would be great if when the phone is set to do not disturb, that it would follow that rule. It's vibrated at times I shouldn't have been alerted to anything.

    Used to visit everywhere when I needed an appointment. IPrelay made life so much easier, even after this covid bullcrap. If your deaf or have trouble with phone get it!

    Hi debris, this app is really buggy, can you please fix? It doesn't cooperate well with system accessibility settings, which means that those of us with multiple sensory issues have to struggle. Scrolling is buggy -- incoming text bounces below the bottom of the window. Incoming call window doesn't expand with larger font sizes, which makes incoming calls difficult /impossible to answer. But even if I do manage to hit the right, tiny button, incoming calls don't always answer, anyway. And your system often cuts me off, I'm assuming because I have a slow, rural internet connection. Which means us rural customers need more support, not less. Also, if you could make the browser and app options and interfaces more similar, that would be helpful, especially for those of us with vision difficulties. Thank you for checking into these issues.

    This is still buggy. When I tried to answer a call from a potential employer, I was unable to type anything and had to end the call. I wish we could have sound alerts. I recently contacted Support and inquired about sound alerts. The Support person said that this app is geared towards deaf people and it doesn’t need sound alerts. That’s patently false. This service is also geared towards mute people; it says so right in the description and on the Web site. I often miss important phone calls because I don’t hear the phone. Deafness is not binary; it is a range. I would appreciate sound support so I can be alerted to incoming calls. I may have to find another provider if this need is not met.

    Sad that this is one of very few phone apps for hearing disabled WHY ? 🤔 does “Contact Request” keep popping up when I make a correction ?? Makes it nuisance and takes more time to correct the number you want 😠 That needs to be corrected in an update For safety I don’t have any contact numbers so no need for it to keep asking if there is NO CONTACT information Needs a BLOCK NUMBER option as well I get so many bogus calls but no way to block them and that gets annoying There isn’t many good apps for deaf people to use to call land lines and it seems “TTY” has been replaced by Relay for making calls Wish more apps would be made to use by deaf/hearing impaired users How can such a Big Phone company not have abetter app for hearing impaired ?? ........................................ 😠 Ooo if I could I’d give this a 0 Now after updating I can’t reply to calls I type my message, but it won’t send WTH ?? This is my PRIMARY phone number and now I can’t use it

    This TTY service doesn't work well at all, though unfortunately this is pretty much my only option to make phone calls. The vast majority of the operators type pretty slow and misspell a lot of words, and this app doesn't allow for HCO (which would benefit those that can hear). Additionally, most of the operators don't tell you the menu options when you call a business, and there have been multiple instances where an operator has disconnected my call because I was waiting on hold for too long.

    My call log is never accurate. I reached out to the developer for help and they confirmed where I downloaded the app from (here), then proceeded to never follow up with me again. After a week of waiting I reached out again. The "help" I received was to repeat troubleshooting I had already done, a complaint about how the version is correct on a test device, and then a canned response as to how to troubleshoot being unable to connect to the operator on an APPLE device.

    Whenever I get a call and I select accept call, nothing happens. Also, there’s no way to know someone is calling because it does not vibrate or make a sound to notify you that someone is calling. I’m deaf, but I do not have my eyes on my phone 24/7. Please fix errors with regards to accepting calls and nothing happens and add some kind of notification that vibrates or makes sounds.

    Every time I receive a call I can’t call back nor see who has been calling me. The nbr flashes but for a moment. I loved it in the past. It now I’m not so sure. I’m deaf blind and text relay benefits me greatly. Please fix this. I don’t want to have to use video relay!

    This app sucks! These call logs isn't in pattern. It is mess up and they are not even organized like from date to date and time to call and when. I dont like it and especially relay service opr are very unreliable and way too lazy to type the entire message especially when you return the call they might miss the important news. And international calls aren't permitted??? That is still NOT fair. How in hell am I making an international phone calls if I am deaf???? Where is app or which relay ??

    I opened app to make a call and a pop up told me “error” and that i needed to upgrade my app to new version. So i upgraded to newest then opened app again only for the pop up to pop up AGAIN saying “error” and telling me to upgrade app. It does this every single time i open app!

    I originally gave the app a bad grade because there were many bugs. I really needed this service desperately. It was hard to get to the right person but I talked to the app designers via Fcc complaint and I am really grateful for their positive response. They asked me what I needed. (At the time I needed the phone book to be alphabetized so I didn't have to scroll through a 1000 names n numbers.) Then it was crashing when I put in the number. I used it the other day and had a minor problem and I saw they fixed it. I'm really pleased. It's a great app now and so far they are really addressing any thing that presents. Please know app people, I am so very grateful for this app and your working to make it better. I'm super close to giving you 5 stars. (((Hugs))) Keep up the great work!!

    I really needed to get some help from Citibank. I used their TTY # on this app. So far they have hung up on me four times. I have called other people with no problem. One could say the problem is with Citibank, and not this app.

    Would like to see this app updated. Looking to have a better, more obvious notification when I am receiving a call. Also to have a way to read messages left by the caller in the app or sent to email. Update: App still doesn't have a way for people to leave me a message when they call. I've been told the phone doesn't even ring so they can leave a message that would go to my email. It's really important that I get some kind of "voicemail" from calls I miss.

    I need this app because I'm losing the use of my voice. I set my phone to forward calls to my relay number. Then I get a text from my grandfather saying he keeps getting an operator that says it's an invalid number. I call customer service and they said that forwarding isn't supposed to work. I'm ditching this for Apple's built in TTY service (if I can get it to work). What's the point of having a relay number if you can't forward your calls to it?! I guess Sprint's relay service is just a shoddy as their cell service!

    I would give it ZERO! The performance gets worse and worse everytime I use it. It takes more than several minutes for my messages to get through. I was never able to complete any important calls. Thanks a lot! Two-thumbs down.
