Oct 13, 2020 You cannot order it as a gift to your friend, cannot give a different phone number to be contacted. Once you raise a issue the order tracking goes away. I have a prepaid order and wanted to change the number of the contact person for which i raised a issue. When tried reaching out on the customer care at 11am it said cannot receive the call as the office timings are from 9 am to 9pm. Hope to get a revert back soon.more -

Sep 21, 2020 1star for not mentioning 1000₹ minimum order limit until the click of Pay Now button. And 1000₹ is too much... Couple of beer costs 300 minimum.. 300₹ should have been minimum order value. ------ Edited: increased my rating from 1star to 3star because they delivered the order in mentioned time at my sister's place. But they didn't give the permit even though we paid ₹5 for it. Edited: increased rating to 4* for new UI and for mentioning 1000₹ minimum order limit on cart page.more

Aug 22, 2020 The app does not show you the items which you just ordered, very important, the app needs to show the list of items which I just ordered and paid for. Also not able to navigate the map, the cursor or touch just does not move the map page, it gives you the option to save your card, but what if I want to edit it or delete it later, there is no option for it.more

What’s Groovy
Since the inception of the app, they have done amazingly well. Its almost like everyday they are working on the app to make it efficient. The other day when I ordered on the app, I got a notification for each and every step taken by them, whether it is packing, out for delivery or order delivered. Very customer friendly app. Kudos to the team!

Never delivers on time. Always delivers the next day. Even after placing the order around 1pm - 3pm.

hi, i am living in anand nagar vasai road west, whenever i tried to order from this app it showing me that my address is not in the list of delivery and i hve to wait for some more time but today i visited the same shop and its hardly 20 mins away from my house and i spoke with the shop owner regarding the same and he told me that we are delivering at your area too but it was showing the same error in application PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO.. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Awesome, 😍.... U can have booze online, i was unaware... There are more then 1000+ different taste of liquors available already... N more then 200+ brands of liquors they have... My favourite "single malt glenfiddich" is always available with then... With variants 12yrs 15yrs... Its sooo awesome... Even my nearby wineshop don't have soo much of varieties of liquors.... N customer service... Wow awesome.... Everyone should learn from them.... Great they are.... Thums up from me... 👍

I just got a leaflet of yours, and I downloaded it but you guys aren't operational in my location. If you're not operational in Kalyan (W) then why are promoting yourselves over here? To get negative review? Or to make you look like a silly individuals who doesn't know how to work? Be ready and be operational in & for new areas, respectively and then promote yourselves. Just letting people know your presence will not help your business, but no of orders will so think & plan before you act.
