This only gets a 3 star. It had alot of potential however I didn't fancy being slapped in the face with ads almost every 30 seconds. It gets really annoying and tedious but you also have to watch an ad if you wanted to unlock something or get more coins. I don't mind the occasional ad but when it's like this it really puts me off. Please reduce the ads and make it so if you pay for no ads you don't get ANY even when unlocking things or getting more coins. For now I'm uninstalling.

The gameplay is good, but can you fix a few things? For me, the game has no sound, but it seems like it should. I am on a Kyocera Duraforce, powered by android. Also, there are a bit too many ads, but I don't let that ruin my time. But the sound, sound is a big part of what makes a game enjoyable. So could you please fix that? Good game, but I'd like less ads and sound.

  • Way too much ads and should optimize game Aug 5, 2020

    By Me only10293
All around I like the concept of the game, it’s fun, I like how you can work on your personal life and work at an airport, market, etc. only thing that is a turn off is that whenever I click on something, BOOM! Ads everywhere, there was concert thing that popped up when I pressed the next day, and there goes and ad, but Then I actually want to do the concert because of the good salary, so I click on it to watch two ads in what, like under a second or so? And around every three customers, an ad pops up for me. And you go through each customer pretty fast. I would say everything is just fine if you’d tone down the ads. I also have another thing to say and if you can, just optimize the game a bit better because my iPhone 10 with a thick case mind you, it runs hot like a grill. Also has some frame rate stutters along with it. Fix those and you’ll have a pretty solid, decent, playable, game in my opinion.

  • Why Does This App Crash Whenever It's On My iPad..? Jul 30, 2020

As The Title Says, I Do Find That Whenever I Try To Use This App That Is Being In Question Here That..It Does Seem To Struggle With Being Stable..Whenever It's Running On My Device For Example An iPad 4 For Instance..Which Is Probably Caused By The Amount Of Ads That Are Placed In Game Even When You're Already In A Day (Refers To Every Level In This Game) So, I Already Know That There's An Option That Exist In The Main Menu Of This Game That Offers A "No Ads" Experience..But, I Would Of Remove The Ads That Are Put In Between Answers Throughout The Level And Instead Put Them At The End Of The Day Or Level Instead And To Clarify..I Mean 1 Ad At The End Of Every Day That Is..So, As To Not Bring Down The Overall Experience That You're Trying To Present To Us Here And That Was The Only Complaint That I Have So Far When I'm Playing Your Game That Is..Anyway, Keep Up The Great Work That You've Done So Far With This App

Now don’t get me wrong, this game is actually pretty fun and has things you can do on the side which are also nice, but there’s one thing that really bugs me, when I was playing this man came up and said “my kids didn’t eat their food, do I still have to pay for them” I said no cause why not and he was upset?! And on that me saying that made made my companies money go up but the public opinion go down? Just really got on my nerves. Also you can buy pets in the game and I saved up 10k for the elephant, but when I went to buy it do to the crappy scrolling it bought me a snow wolf and a white horse, otherwise games fun.

This is a poorly developed choice based game that is borderline unplayable if you do not consent to personalised ads in shared data. the game is unbearable with a huge banner taking up a third of the screen telling you to change your settings. Just to be clear this still doesn't block ads as you will also have banner ads at the bottom of the screen. Do not recommend!!!

  • Either super buggy or intentionally irritating Jun 22, 2020

The game itself has a pretty good concept and is pretty enjoyable, but there are a couple of things that made me delete it after a few hours. For starters, every single time I’m working the airport job, a robber ALWAYS come through and unless I watch a video for it, I lose $100 in both the pay raise and the likability. I play games like this on airplane mode due to all the unnecessary ads, so it’s really annoying and so hard to get promoted in that field. Then there’s a bug where every few jobs, the pay raise and likability gauges are just always set to 0 and it makes no progress. I’m not sure if it’s intentional or if it’s a genuine bug, but it’s happened way too often for my liking. Then there’s also the problem with upgrading the apartment. Once I got everything upgraded to level 4, I get hit with an insufficient funds message and an offer for $500 if I watch a video. I had $5000 and apparently that’s insufficient for a $2000 upgrade? I thought maybe it’s just a bug and closed the game and reopened it, but same issue. I also watched the ads until I got an extra $2000 and it still wouldn’t let me upgrade it. I’ve only spent about two hours playing the game and despite the kinda cool concept of it, it sucked for the reasons I listed above.

  • Has potential, but... Jul 10, 2020

Pros: Interesting concept, funny dialog options. Consequences of the choices are a bit simplistic but it’s still fun predicting how the choices will play out sometimes. Cons: Oh boy. 1. Hardware performance. Running the game makes the phone CPU run hot and the battery drain. 2. Ads that are nearly unavoidable even in the pro version. I’m fine opting out of most of them, but it’s impossible not to watch ads for the car upgrades that the game just hands to you, as far as I can tell. The robber is annoying; I actually kind of like there being a robber, but having the choice boil down to “watch an ad for a massive benefit or take the penalty for not” leaves a bad taste in my mouth. 3. Gameplay issues. I’ve noticed that some of the things that the game says will boost happiness just... don’t. Getting promoted doesn’t, and the three “life” things look like they’re supposed to provide a certain amount per day but they don’t either. There’s a glitch where the company values randomly zero out (thankfully this appears to be only visual, reverting to their previous values the next time you work there) and the “overtime” minigames get tedious after a few times.

Riddled with Ads, but that was expected. However the biggest issues is actually in game. There are many times when purchasing upgrades for the home it wont register so I'll need to relog. Then with the gameplay at tines dialogue options don't match up with the result, this is especially common in the special stages which takes an Ad to get in, and Ad pops up in the middle of it, and an Ad which doubles the pay. Besides that its a decent concept and time waster. Oh also the thumb is horrifying.

  • It's a no from me. Jul 19, 2020

    By ANNOYED X A BILLION
I kept seeing this game in ads on Facebook. The concept seemed decent & the dialogue was commical. So, I downloaded it. The game was actually better than I thought it would be & I was excited to get more into it. However, it only took me 2 minutes to see why that wouldn't happen. The game is so buggy, it's kinda ridiculous. As soon as I started playing it, it kept glitching when the characters would walk, or when different dialogue popped up. Don't get me wrong, a little bit of glitch dosen't bother me, but it was EVERY SINGLE TIME something would move on the screen. That's just annoying. I kept playing anyway, only to have the game shut down on me. I closed the app & tried again, only to have it shut down again. Did that 3 more times, same results everytime. So, I couldn't even get into the game to know if it's any good. If the bugs & glitches were fixed, the game seems like it would be worth it. Other than that, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  • A few things need fixing Jun 26, 2020

    By Ms. Chubby Cheeks
I see what people are talking about there are a few things that needs fixing here and there. The one thing that’s bothering me is the ads are not always loading for me when I want to double my money. Like I took my pet for a walk and found money.... then I was given the option to watch an ad so I could collect that money and then the game froze, that won’t stop me from playing the game though I absolutely love this game I just wish a couple of things could be fixed

I downloaded this game thinking it’d just be me working in a store making money and buying small upgrades, but this wasn’t the case. It’s much closer to a simulator game than I expected, and I really enjoy it. There aren’t tons of ads either. The graphics and bugs could use a bit of work but besides that it’s great.

The concept of the game is really good and it SHOULD be fun. The only problem with this game is its ads and crashes. There are way too many ads, but yes, that’s a lousy complaint. Ads are for money, but it’s just a suggestion that you could decrease the ads so it would be more enjoyable. And the biggest problem in the game, it keeps crashing. Right after I opened the app to play some more, it gave me an ad and crashed. The crashing usually happens after or during ads(which supports my lousy complaint, less ads). The more ads there are, the more crashes. I’d like to see the game at its best :)

  • Fun, but ads are annoying Jul 2, 2020

    By GlitterHag
I really like how casual the game is and upgrading my home through payday and promotion advances. I don’t understand reviews saying this game is a cash grab, there’s literally only one in-app purchase and it’s a 2.99 pro version that takes away the pop up ads. That said, there are a LOT of ads related to doubling or tripling your bonuses, and the ads to collect the money your pets find, and the ad to watch for bonus jobs. I hope as the game ages this can be fixed especially for those with a pro upgrade. If you don’t have pro version, the ads pop up every three or four rounds. The others that I mentioned are all optional, the only benefit to watching them is gaining money faster. It’s really nice to see an app that doesn’t force you to make purchases to progress faster, so it’s easy to just sit back and tap and then put it away when you’re done to pick up later.

it’s a good and fun game. it’s not like the other ones where they make 10 levels and you just replay them over and over again. each level has completely different questions that i haven’t seen yet, so it’s pretty good. only thing is it glitches. a lot. i’ll take the pets out for a walk and it crashes. i have to reset the app, and then it doesn’t even register that i took them out?? and sometimes the “X” button doesn’t work?? i have to once again, reset the game. other than that, it’s not bad.

This game is actually pretty fun, but I absolutely refuse to play until you make advertisements a lot LESS common. Like, an advertisement every few in-game days or something rather than at random times! A lot of people are complaining about the ads and you are just straight up ignoring us!

This game has a lot of potential to be a better game than it currently is. As a customer of this game, I would like to see each level be different than the other. The levels currently are repetitive, which quickly becomes mundane. The clubbing scene is random and repetitive. I like the idea of showing the manager outside of work or working overtime; I would like to see a variety instead of the same bonus level scenario. I understand the reasons for ads; however, it is excessive. I'm on level 21.

This game is an ad fest. Absolute ad fest. Overall it still is a pretty fun game. All you do is be rude to everyone. The game itself tries to get some humor but I just don't understand the jokes. And some of the story does not even make sense though! First you become room service, then you go to the night club to decide if you want to give a drink to that girl in front of you then stock the shelves. I just don't get it.

I wanted to like this game, and some parts I do like. I enjoy the “working” aspect where you interact with customers. The “overtime” is annoying, especially because it’s repetitive and can not be skipped in any way, even in the pro version. It’s also frustrating that there are still ads in the pro version. The social life part of the game is also dumb, and kind of creepy since we’re always following the same blue haired girl around. I don’t see a point to having or walking pets if the only benefit is to watch ads for more money. The money doesn’t really do much of anything in terms of progressing the game either. When interacting with customers, their reactions seem random and not in alignment with the response you gave. I’ll give a positive response that earns me money and boosts my reputation and the customer walks away mad? What sense does that make? This is a cash grab, that’s why there’s so many ads. It’s a cheap, sloppy, rushed cash grab.

I dislike this game, because it has so many problems with it, it’s extremely annoying when I first downloaded this game I was excited to play it. But when I opened the game and the loading screen popped up. And the game loaded, I wouldn't see anything but the loading screen background, I couldn’t see the characters, nor the texts so I deleted it and tried to play it again, after that it still wouldn't work, I just got over the whole loading screen thing and just decided to play the game, a few minutes later I started noticing my phone started heating up, it was extremely hot. I got off my phone for a while when I noticed that happening, afterwards I got back on the game and my phone started heating up again. So I just decided to delete the game and never play it again, worst app ever and I do not recommend downloading. 😒

The ads happen too often and in the middle of a level. Games having ads don't generally bother me unless they happen constantly and/or interrupt gameplay. This game does both. If an ad is going to play it should be BEFORE a level not in the middle of it. It just makes this game to frustrating to play. I might have paid to get rid of them, but I'm not willing to pay $3 for such a simple game. I would have paid $1, but it's not worth $3. This review does makes me feel like a Karen : (

I would rate this more because I do enjoy the game. My issue is that I went ahead and purchased the no ads. I had an issue with the game so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. When I did so it will not allow me to restore my purchase of no ads or reset my game back to where I left off which was day 30ish. If we can get this fixed I'll keep playing and adjust my rating.
