Had to change my 5 star rating to 2. The puzzles are still fair and rewards are consistent but it takes weeks, if not a month or more to add locations and rooms. I'm on the verge of uninstalling. There are other good games that can keep up.

Glitching and crashing
I really hope they fix the clinching/Pausing that’s going on in this game. The constant crashing that happens after every puzzle completed also needs fixing. Just downloaded this game a few minutes ago so I know it has nothing to do with a build up of cashe or anything else on my end. I do not have this issue with any other games that I have downloaded. This game could be really fun, it has good room designs and good furniture options. Sad the crashing completely ruins the experience. -
This game is very disappointing. It starts off fun . But, then becomes extremely difficult to pass any levels without spending money. Totally turned off.

The Game Randomly Froze
I was playing the game for a while, and I absolutely love it, until today it froze after the loading screen and will not allow me to play levels as the level buttons, icons to buy furniture, coins and hearts calculator, or anything else will show up. I really enjoy playing and don’t want to have to delete!!! I sent an email though and am hopeful they can resolve -
I’M TICKED OFF
I love this game but this is the 4th time all my coins have been taken from me. I purposely played multiple levels to reach 13,000 coins with the hopes of buying and completing the 20 pieces of furniture challenge to win the extra 300. I had 900 of those only to wake up and their BOTH sets of coins are gone! I even emailed them the first two times and got no response. I WANT MY 13,000 COINS AND 900 HELP COINS BACK!!!!!! I was on level 289. I guess I’ll go back to Homescapes! **This is my 5th Review**

This game is charming as all get out...but.....
Especially fond of those adorable little birds, and those shortbread cookies that definitely look real, and good enough to eat. However, charm will only get you so far. After completing 2 (beautiful, charming) rooms, it starts becoming like all the other lose-all-hearts, we-want-you-to-spend-$$ tedious games. Too bad, really enjoy this one. Most likely will soon delete. -
It did not even let me get on and I just downloaded it. Reading the other reviews and it sounds okay it even did not get past the white screen and I tried to turn my tablet off and on and clearing everything and it still didn't work and installing and uninstalling and and there's nothing wrong with my device.

Really nice game, but it crashes after EVERY level you win.
I'm waiting with deinstalling, perhaps they fix it with an update. I have no other tasks open, I booted my iPad (okay, it's quite old, but has the newest update), that's all I can do. Do something, guys.

How can you clear 42 plus items in less than 20 moves?!! Then, you're cheated out of your free spin. On top of this, watching the free video does NOT deliver the 3 extra moves that were promised. This sham of a game is too stressful and too unfair to win. You can never earn enough coins because the levels are too challenging to master. If I could rate it lower than one star, I would.

Not able to opt out of the monthly payment
I tried to cancel my subscription and it still is taking money out of my account, I tried to cancel it on my “subscriptions” settings and it’s still taking the money!! I have tried to click on the website and it’s all in Chinese!! Ridiculous!
