    I love this new update. Only issues I’ve found are accounts are too easily removed from the dashboard. No big deal tho because you can just message to have the issue corrected. The second issue is in the transactions, it would be great to be able to choose to see just one account instead of all. Overall SMB’s new app is just as good as the bank and people who work there.

    Very nice to use. Very user friendly. Would like to be able to see more detail if want for my bill pay. Have several different electric meters and would be nice to be able to see more details so make sure am paying correct one

    Haven't had any problems transferring money from savings to checking. After making a purchase using debit card, in just a short time you can see your new balance. Easy to use.

    The app constantly fails to update and consistently takes several minutes to open at all, despite being on mobile data or connected to wifi. I disliked the older SMB app, however this app has made me appreciate it, as I could at least see my funds after waiting forever for it to load. In a modern world where banking is primarily done remotely on apps such as this, it is a huge and unnecessary inconvenience to not have a working app to do business.

    Yes Please give the old app back. All this new app is good for is to look pretty and give 2 step verification. It fails to update and won't send me texts to my phone. Tried doing transfers this morning and the app is telling me it failed to confirm my transfer so now I am stuck and can't do my morning transfers. It fails to sync and update as well. Shows pending transactions when I know they should be completed. Absolute trash is what this app is. This same platform is on my laptop too.

    All transactions now show pending instead of exact as it used to be, therefore your balance fluctuates so much and it is so frustrating. I wish it would go back to the way it was.

    Awkward and makes you look things up separately that were combined on screen before. Does not show running balance. Frankly I hate it.

    For me, it works about 5% of the time. IF it loads at all, it rarely shows my running balance. I've called customer support, I've checked out everything. I've uninstalled it and then reinstalled it 2-3 times. I really really need an app that I can rely on. As much as I like the look and options on this app, I'd rather have the old one. At least it work all the time.

    New app is harder to read compared to the previous app. It seems like they tried too hard to condense everything, now all the info is a bunch of random info. I wish that when u switched accounts, it would separate the transactions for that account as well.

    It's very confusing there are way too many features now I am overwhelmed with all of the numbers and a different ways it's organized I thought the other app was way more simplicit and much much better operating I give this app a one-star
