Game frozen on level 11,943!!! Developer won't or can't help

First, I wish I could rate this app -5, and not give any stars.... I first contacted Help Center about a month ago. I've received several emails, telling me to turn my device (Amazon Kindle Fire) on and off and things will be fine. Of course that didn't fix things. Clear the cache they said. I'd already done that. Find an update. Where? I've looked for a manual update and its not in the Amazon app store. The only good news is that I've stopped buying coins and spending hundreds of real $$$.

What a rip off of a game I've never seen a game nor played any game that does nothing but suck your real money is no fairness in this game if you want to progress you have to spend all the time and one round could take more then five goes to pass then your out of credit time to buy more and so on this is what this game is like I'm unistalling as I think this is not a fair game at all just a rip off

The game is very frustrating with more losses then wins. In my opinion it’s just another game hoping the person will spend money to continue the game without waiting an hour to build points in order to continue.

They tell you in the game you can get four times that amount if you press the right buttons I press the button for four times that amount and it only paid off two times that amount that is not fair when you spend $70,000 to play one game and it makes you lose automatically cuz it won't pay what it says it will pay and very frustrating and disgusting

All the previous reviews are right! You just can't win! I'll tell you which game is super fair, it's MATHINGTON MANSON. You get unlimited lives pretty often and if you join the right team, you get free lives from them, too. I've played for 1 hour straight and a few times got 4 hours worth of free lives! It's a chill, no Brainer, time passing game. I'm unintalling Grand Harvest... it sucks! Boo to Grand Harvest, you just want money 💰 🤑 💸

I have been playing for a very long time. Now all of a sudden there are no more videos to watch for more money..Not to mention it seems very hard to even win a level. I used to be able to watch a video and get 10 mins worth of cheaper game play..WHAT HAPPENED to that feature? Of course I want to play the highest level but 57,000 coins to play! This is ridiculous

I have been playing this game for a long time. I like it so much that I even spend money to play it, but recently my love for the game may take a back seat. You see, I was notified that I won the latest contest, The Galactic Double Meaning Game. I am following the directions that they sent me, but it won’t let me complete it to get the prize. I have tried contacting them but to no avail, so winning the contest was for nothing.

I think the game itself is awesome! But, the amounts you have to pay to even play a level... ridiculous!!!! I have been playing for only a few short days, but have already spent money to keep going, and am now at a point where I have to spend more to keep going again. Pretty lame if you ask me. Money spent should be a choice, for upgrades, more rewards, better prizes, exclusive content etc... Not a necessity to keep playing.👎

My opinion echoes a lot of the reviews I’ve seen. The graphics are great. However, the further you get into the game, the harder it seems to pass a level. Maybe not so much “hard” as not possible. It costs 3200, 6400 or 13,800 coins per round. If you have to replay a round a handful of times, or more, that’s a lot of coin wasted for little return. You don’t get back even half just to play the round. But then if you win the round, you only get the amount you spent to play the round and then maybe, if you’re lucky, 1000 coins on top of that ( I played a round at 6400 and won around 7200). I guess that’s how they get you to spend money on buying coins; which I’ve done but they’re gone in minutes so it doesn’t make the purchase worth it. I won’t buy coins anymore. Someone else mentioned that the further you get into the game, the more stressful it is. I have to agree. It’s frustrating to have one card on the board and flip 8-10 cards and not a single one you need only to lose the hand. I’m not sure how that’s possible. One of the responses from the developer I saw on someone’s review was that it’s a game of luck and something about their 2 million followers on Facebook. *eye roll* If the game is set for the player to lose, that’s not luck. And what’s the point of mentioning the amount of people on Facebook? Lol. Seems odd. Anyway, within 24hrs, I went from having over 200k coins down to 3k because that’s how many hands I lost and so I deleted the app.

It's a decent game, graphics are good, the further you go you receive 100 or 200 points over what it costs to play, there are also times when you win less money than what you paid for that level I've used 40,000 to 50,000 in money and you can't pass that level as there's a card left & you are expected to pay double what the level cost. To buy a free costs 10,700 and they make sure you lose. My opinions that they cheat you, hoping you'll get SO WRappRD UP IN THE GAME you'll break & pay! NO!
