  • Amazing tool and app for recovery of all kinds. Apr 22, 2020

    By Rich 🐼
This app has made me feel so much strength and hope when sometimes that can be a challenge especially during a global pandemic. I am more then amazed at what the app so freely offers a way to have my goals in front of me, tracking my goals, personalizing it, and also a big community which is in the form of a forum. It’s beyond helpful and it’s something I will use every single day when I start my day, or anytime really I need or want to! That’s the beauty in it. If you’re in recovery or want to get help and don’t know how to start doin so then you should def Check this app out. It could very much save ur life, as well as MANY OTHERS 🙏🏻‼️🤟🏼♥️ thank you to the developers you are such selfless ppl and you have impacted my life greatly already and forever will.

Seeing progress in a statistical format gives it a bit more foundation to my mind. Numbers can be viewed as 12345 and there is no way to reinterpret "1" or "2" or "3", no matter what what our experience has conditioned us to BELIEVE or what varied cultures teach us, in any language "1" means "1". SO, I progress "1" day at a time!

After going to treatment for alcohol, I decided I wanted some accountability for myself and to be able to track every second I was sober. This app does the job, above and beyond. It’s so simple to use, and it tracks your sobriety time from the SECOND you stopped drinking / using. I use this app every single day as a reminder of how far I have come. The daily quotes are great and a helpful push on those rough days all of us in recovery go through. During the times that I struggle the most, I open this app and stare at the clock tick and realize that every second that goes by is another achievement. Over 30 days sober with the help of this app, and I’m so grateful. Thank you to the creators of this app, and for those of you in sobriety- this is a must!

I really love this app! The daily quotes are AMAZING and the fact you can track your sobriety from multiple addictions is exactly what i was looking for. I also really like the goals that you can attain/keep track of since each step feels like an accomplishment. Pay the 2.99 to unlock the entire app as well! You won't regret it!

It’s not even about me WANTING to be sober. Who WANTS to be sober when you’re like this? No one looks forward to never again having the only source of happiness they’ve known for however long they’ve suffered. Having this number, this goal to look forward to every morning is what keeps me going. I’d really like to go back to my old behaviors.. but I’d REEEEALLY rather see this clock ticking higher and higher. How far can I go? Once I get too far, I won’t wanna reset the clock, and the urges to use are gone, anyways. This app is extremely helpful and much appreciated. I’m sure it could use some additional features here and there as people have mentioned, but the idea of this sobriety ticker is genius. Thank you.

Most of the time I feel the app has everything as I need. It would be better if the graph in stats be improved. Currently I have mesrly 200+ entries and it is impossible to track my progress with it as the data points are too cramped to conclude any meaning ful information from it. Further, there is scope to add some more insightful representation under this section. Thanks you.

This is helping me to control my smoking habit! I love it and checking this app makes me feel good about my progress. It gives me something to look forward to; at the very least I can feel accomplished looking at how long I’ve gone without smoking (currently been 3 days and counting). I’ve quit before, but now having this app idk it makes me feel better about it and more incentivized to do so. I’m also using this app to track my break from social media. I purchased the widget so I can swipe right on my home screen and easily see my progress. Only 1 “addiction” is displayed on the widget tho :/. Other than that I appreciate this app for its functionality and it being free (less any additional features you might want to add). Shoutout to marzyjane (Marz Lovejoy) on IG for sharing this app!

I thing being able to see the hours and minutes pass was therapeutic, especially the first week which is huge. Just having the reminders and the pats on the back. We don't get enough of that. I guess only reason it's not a 5 is there's not a whole lot to do, but it's free so...

I've had this off and on for a few year's now. I like that this App is easy to use, you only pay not even $3 for full access to the App. I love the Widget showing your sober time. It's an easy reminder of my sobriety and the daily quotes are nice. 🙌💚✌

  • Wonderful app - so happy I found it. Jul 13, 2018

    By Kriskilc
It’s refreshing to see something (an app, a robot) caring about me and my sobriety. Though the app is a bit convoluted, it’s wonderful. It encourages you, you can enable notifications so it’ll say “One week Sober!” Or something like that. It’s motivating and it has “achievements,” such as “3 days sober” “1 week sober” or “double digits!” The app is VERY congested, it took me a while to figure out where to put my information, and I don’t use half of the functions available on the app. There’s just too much going on. But I only just check it now and then and it’s really helpful!
