This is not user friendly at all. It does not give you accurate totals of boxes sold. It only totals what is transferred to the girls the what is sold at booths. It fines not include keyed in orders. And that’s another thing. How is it we can edit anything in the app?! I decided I did not want to key orders in and now it won’t let me delete them. I am a co leader so I tried to go through our leader side of it and there is no option to edit girls orders. Called tech support and that was a waist of time cause it was someone from India that I could hardly understand. At least with the old version we could edit what we as parents enter or make any changes.

This app is terrible. It doesn't even match the app that's in the video in the resource tab. I can't find my child's unique URL anywhere in this app.

Need to make so that we can add more than one child to our profile instead of multiple profiles.

If the goal of app development was to encourage people not to use the app...Mission Accomplished! So many bugs and points of frustration. Rather than type lengthy paragraphs...let’s just write some bullets. - Having to login every time! No remember me feature, no login with thumbprint. So annoying. -no inventory tracking. It would be great if we could log how much inventory we have of each cookie and as we log sales there is real time updates, allowing for ease of balancing. - the gluten free cookie is not even an option in the menu. -the girl delivery order taker is absolutely ridiculous. If my daughter is out selling on her wagon and is tracking her sales, to go through three screens is just ridiculous. And to have required fields such as email is unnecessary and discouraging. What’s the point if 99% of the time we are entering a bogus email address to log the order. -to update an order whether it has been paid and or delivered is just as ridiculous. -the filters are useless, the ability to just see open orders should be an option. While there is value in paid and delivered, she just wants to see what’s open. - this doesn’t feel like an app, feels more like a website converted to appear an an app. -0 stars if possible. -not sure how you continue to make this worse each year, but you are quite successful at it.

Need credit card scanner for touchless transactions. Come on and do better

This app is literally not helpful. It took me forever to get an accurate and working Login. Then once I did I found placing orders takes longer than it should. It requires email addresses and last names, some of which we just don't always have. I have another app that we use for tracking cookie orders (initially due to the login issue). Now I'm trying to use this app and transfer info over and it is taking forever.

My mom ordered 100 boxes cookies ($400) on 1/29 and the website indicates all orders will be processed within 72 hours. It’s 2/10 and I still haven’t received any shipping information. When I log into the app it indicates the order has been delivered. I’ve sent multiple emails to the email address on the site and haven’t received a response back!!! We paid $60 in shipping and haven’t received anything. My mom went out of her way to purchase from my kids troop and could have easily purchased cookies in her hometown. These cookies were meant to be Valentine’s Day gifts for her essential workers. This is terrible and Girl Scouts and this crappy website should be ashamed of themselves. It’s one thing to have delayed shipping it’s a whole other thing to have delayed processing of orders. Shame on u and I will no longer be doing business through this venue!!!

This app is really bad. Totals don't match the website, you can't enter the gluten free cookie here except in the "sold from inventory on hand" section, the log in is slow and required each time you open the app, you can't enter an order without an email address, and any of the useful features from last year seem to be missing this year. Why can't we do better?

Where do I start? This app is so bad in so many ways. 1. When you upload a profile picture, it stretches and distorts it. 2. When you take an order, it forces you to enter an email address. No one ordering cookies wants to give out their email addresses and get spammed. You can get around this by entering a fake email address, but it is an extra, unnecessary step for the girl taking the order. 3. The process for taking credit cards is horrible and cumbersome. You have to mark an order as delivered and pays before you can enter the credit card information. 4. The total sold on the dashboard only includes direct ship orders, not manually entered orders. 5. If someone orders cookies to be shipped directly to them via the shareable link, the app does not tell you who ordered them, so there is no way to thank the person. 6. The app does not provide a way to keep track of what inventory you have. This would be very easy to do. There is probably more I could think of, but overall, the app is so clunky and buggy, they should not have released it. Very little has changed since last year’s sucky app. They had a whole year to work on it.

literally ruined all the usefulness of this app. last year, on the girl end of the app, it was a simple way of keeping track of orders without worrying about losing a piece of paper. now, you can enter your orders, but there is no way to see order summaries (ex. I need 25 boxes of thin mints total)...now in order to get summaries to turn in to troop cookie mgr for initial orders, we have to literally go through EVERY single order and tally them up...might as well go back to the paper&pen method
