    Love it but the only thing iwould add on the app is to be able to take pictures of the order once at the door so we have proof we delivered the order.

    Bugs are fixed. App has changed much since my last review. A lot of security features added to protect you and the clients, like hiding our respective numbers behind a universal Skip number. Added a cash out anytime option for a $2 fee. Decline order button. Not in that order, it's just been awhile. The improvements are great and deserve 5 stars. ONLY 3 STARS here's why They removed the ability to see tips before accepting the order. You can see tips only after the order is completed.

    Having problem. That I am waiting one place . No order. So I move from there and after long wait may be 15 or 20 minute then get an order for the place where I was 20 minutes ago. It took the distance from there . So it shows less distance and paid so much less. Where as I have drive sometime 20 to 25 km and $4 or $5 order cause of distance calculations. App is not getting real-time gps location. I am using Note 10 and having so many issues with app.

    I signed up and i have account on skip app. But every-time i need to sign up, after that app say you have major updates so i need to go app store but app is already new updated there so again i go back to skip app and again i need to sign up in app. So every day i waste my 5 minutes for app open and sign in. Please fix the problem.

    Worst app ever. When I signed up last year it said our team is reviewing your information and you will soon be contacted with steps to unlock the bags. And after over one year it is same thing and no email replies from the customer service. Waste of time. Zero stars. Dont bother

    No reimbursement for waiting. Especially now for covid. You wait outside for some stores. Doesn't pay you for wait times majority of the time. Once got 0$ for reimbursements even though I waited 30 minutes at one location. Swiped parked in front of the store. Swiped picked up inside the store. The app is made to be stingy

    Try not to miss shifts the app will perpetually let you know. It knows what you missed the last time. Leaving the Contactless option for the client to use makes no sense as most folks don't live in a house. In an apartment building scenario a concierge shouldn't be arguing with a driver, unless they are hungry and I'm armed with a Snickers chocolate bar. Remind clients not only to tip but leave criticisms as well.

    Things that could improve 1. Getting fair compensation for waiting longer that 5 minutes at a restaurant. I feel like that's enough time to complete a delivery 2. Acceptance rate. It says it calculates the last 10 orders but that is definitely not true. Please have this feature reflect the actual average 3. Unless the number of deliveries and miles traveled somehow increases a driver's base fee or some sort of monetary bonus i don't see the point of it.

    Hot Spots are so inaccurate. Back out of the app, then go back in and the hot spots are completely different. Repeat. Different again! Extremely difficult to know where to park so that you get orders assigned to you. Can't just drive around and waste gas hoping to get an order!

    In my phone settings, all it ask for my location permission and nothing else. So can't say allow to make phone calls. So when I am doing orders I have to text cux instead of call if there was no instructions for drop off. Doesnt even have option to draw over other apps like dasher. :| Please fix atleast the phone call issue.
