    I probably wouldn’t have chosen this app because the app icon looks intimidating and I would have thought it was designed for people more advanced BUT I love how easy this is to follow! Its designed simple without a lot of extra bull you don’t need. I’m VERY new to fitness and I love how you don’t need equipment, and it has animations, directions, and videos of each exercise if you need it. (Which a lot of beginners do). It allows for 20 second breaks between exercises if you need it and you can add more seconds if you want. And I also love how it’s not just for abs. After I’m finished with the 30 day challenge I’m on I’m going to purchase the extras. I’ll also be recommending it to my friends as it was recommended to me. And as of January 2020 it costs $40 a year to unlock everything. That is not a bad price. Anything more would be too much but I think $40 is a fair price. I only wish it was available for the Apple Watch as well. That would be amazing!

    Great app!! I just finished the intermediate cycle and I didn't have a lot of fat when I started and now I have a six pack showing. I love the exercises I've never done abs these ways and never had results. Just started the advanced today and I feel good about myself sense starting. It's how I start my day and it has started me down a healthier path. Thank you so much for creating!!! Wish i could post a picture 🖼️

    I’ve only been using the app for like a week and i know its too soon to jump to conclusions but these little workouts for me a beginner are good they make me hurt a little and i love it of course im soar every day but im sure if i continue and get to the level 3 workouts ill have a six pack next year for sure i havent seen any changes in my body to be honest but its because i just started and i eat so unhealthy but im sure if i eat more healthy ill see changes at least at the end of this month. Besides not seeing any changes i feel incredible its only like 10 mins of a workout but it really makes u feel the pain and the next day i feel different like my abs stay hard and i stay soar and ik it might sound weird but i love that feeling because you know your not doing your workouts for no reason your body is getting stronger😊 im in love with the app and ill let you know by the end of this month if i start seeing my abs form

    The first day on beginners level it only took under 6 mins and each day it gets slightly harder by a few seconds of work. If you are prepared to commit to 90 days from beginners to advanced you won't be disappointed from up to 8 mins work day 1 to around 20 day 90 it's amazing how a few more seconds a day can change your life. If I could see then what I would achieve then I would have paid good money for this app. 5 stars for a 6 pack I thought I would never have. Thank you!!

    Awesome app! No “buy premium to get our best work out plans.” crap. (This is going to sound like I am working for the creators or something) I actually have used this app for a week and am truly already seeing results. I am going to keep using this app. I am doing both the beginner and intermediate levels at the same time. After I finish both of those in the 23 days, I’m going to start on the expert level. No weights needed. Also if y’all are wanting even more look at the other apps they offer. Totally free. As usual though in order to have a free app you have to deal with ads. I promise this app only shows adds in between screen changes. No other times. It pauses if you have a phone call and all. Work outs only take about 15 minutes to do. You’ll feel it when you get done.

    Just started using this app and to be quite frank I'm addicted to it; It helps create a sense of discipline in terms of starting the day off great. I've been using advanced training and it definitely has had me taking some moments to catch my breath but the feeling of finishing with the par time is so rewarding and refreshing. If I could rate this app more than 5 stars I would without a moment of hesitation.

    I have been working out every day for the past 3 months. I wanted to see if I saw any dramatic changes from using this app every day. I did the intermediate stage for 30 days and did not see major changes. The ab workout is meant for someone who doesn’t have access to things like a pull up bar or free weights. I was rarely sore from it, but then again maybe I should have done the harder level. For someone who is looking for a 10-20 minute workout at home this is a good app, but if you’re looking for a six pack I think other exercises need to be included such as ab wheels, leg raises, plank ups and others. I also did not exactly understand the stretching at the end, it was such a short period of stretching that it does little to nothing. Overall, the app is good in the sense that it motivates the individual to workout every day and follow a plan that does not require a gym. Sadly, I do not see it though as a solution to getting a six pack.

    I love the app, definitely got abs starting from a gut. Admittedly, if you want to see the results advertised in the 30 day period, you should ALSO be mixing in some heavy running, weight lifting, and a clean diet... Also, I really wish there was a way to customize the workouts more to maybe mix the types in each plan up and stuff. Either way, it's good stuff, the tips on form are nice!

    I’ve been using this for quite a while now, and I somewhat recently got premium. 100% worth it. Don’t let the name of the app throw you off, because with the premium version there are MANY MANY workout plans to work on certain areas, such as your legs, arms, etc. But also the #1 program for general weight loss. Workouts include weights required & no weights required programs. Not exactly a need for equipment, if you don’t want to. I 100% guarantee, if you stick to a plan & a balanced diet, nothing crazy, you will see results in a month that will be quite shocking. I already feel so much better & stronger than before. Not to mention there are workouts not only for beginners, but for advanced muscle gains. Great app for quick & efficient results. Highly recommend.

    The workouts are hard and challenging which is what i like i will say though their are 3 different plans. Beginner which has 30 days medium which is 30 days and hard which is 30 days. It isn't just one 30 day course. It takes nothing but you and your confidence to get this app. Just remember that progress is progress no matter how small. ❤

    After day 1 of beginner I think this is going to be a good addition to workouts. It has a variety of exercises so you're not just doing crunches for 10 mins straight. Animations are easy to follow and give the option of a easier or standard variation. Can't tell after the first day but I think we'll see some kind of progress in the first thirty days.

    I normally don't write reviews but this app is amazing. For starters to access the main part there is no bs. No credit card or long processes to access the six pack training. It has levels for beginners and a little more advance. Thanks for the developers that made this ab experience possible. The only flaw is that it can be misleading and some people may think you can achieve abs in 30 days. Also it doesn't specify that you wont be available to see your abs without a low enough body fat. But these are minor issues not relevant to the app design or how it functions. Biggest complement is that this app doesn't force you through pain-full ads to access any features.

    I would like to start out, that I like this app. I’ve been using it since the beginning of this year and I have seen progress to my body. However, when I switched to premium, I unlocked more workouts and plans. Some of these plans can download, but others can’t. So I have that you guys fix this issue because I want to work on other parts of my body too, but the plans just don’t work. I would also suggest diet plans. Diet plans make it easier for people to track what they eat and how many calories they are consuming. For example, if someone does these workouts everyday, but they are not seeing results, it might be because they have a bad diet. So in conclusion, this app is great for workouts, but it has some issues and errors that could be resolved for a better experience and more.

    The constant session with built in breaks and timers is great for building habit. I had completed the entirety of the advanced 30 day workout and I am sad to say I did not have a six pack by the end of it but I had lost about 35 lbs In that month which is a positive. My biggest critique is after the first month was over it doesn’t change, you just do the same workouts in a span of a month over and over again. I felt like I had outgrown the workouts given and decided to create my own. I unfortunately was not consistent as when I was using the app, I think this app would be 100% better with a feature that allows you to build your own workout and more customizations. But overall it was worth buying.

    The app is good. But when we're honest. It is not possible to gain a six pack in 30 days. But I use the app as a additional workout of my regular workout through the week. It's a good addition to work on your abs, you can never do enough ab workout! The ab has good exercises that not only work on the abs. They also help you to burn some fat too. This app is great for an additional workout but not as main workout. But for those who aren't the fittest, this app is perfect to get at a good fitness.

    Great app. The workouts are solid and paced well. I only have two issues. 1. Why does the 3 second count down go away after a few workouts? 2. I know my body fat or BMI. This one size fits all scale is very old school. My body fat percentage is about 13% and this BMI has me at like 27ish. I should be able to put my known measurements in and track them. My two issues are not even close to a big deal. I’ve had this app for months and all the workouts are solid with enough variation to keep your abs guessing.

    I use this app regularly, content is still good and useful, but the new update made negative progress. Voice cueing is now off (the countdown does not match the actual time, which is off-putting), the “schedule my next workout” screen after you finish has no “skip” option, and the calendar of progress which was a nice motivator is now buried in a different sub menu instead of being split-screen after the workout. Go back to the UI before this last push (.20).

    The app works. I’ve done it a couple times and noticed abs coming in during it. However, the workouts start to become full on workouts... which makes sense if you want abs in this short amount of time. It’ll take dedication and discipline to finish it

    I love the workouts, the variety, the intensity. Everything is A+. The only issue I have is that the screen will lock when doing my workouts, causing me to have to stop and unlock my phone. Add the option to keep the screen from auto-locking and it’ll be 5 stars. Thanks!

    The exercises are decent. Whether you actually get a six pack while following these workouts will also depend on your diet and body fat. Big issue with the app is the schedule. The exercises are intense and the time you spend working out grows. But the app tells you to work out THREE DAYS IN A ROW. Muscles need to recover. Your gains will be better if they do. The chance to get injured gets higher if you don't take breaks. Some reviewers comment they got injured, which comes as no surprise.

    I like this APP and would recommend it to anyone out there who needs an app as a replacement for a fitness coach but LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS! After purchasing this app and sticking to the program for almost 6 months, l’m just starting to see results and no, l wasn’t overweight when l started. I had been running for 2yrs (3 times a week for a total of 10miles per week) before l got this app so l was fit but wanted a six pack (and to tone up a bit). The name of this app is misleading of course so don’t expect to have a six pack in a couple of months! No disappointments here cos l had mentally prepared myself for 6months at least. All that said, if you’re willing to put in the work, eat right and be patient, you’ll see that 6 pack emerge! Good luck!

    I purchased the subscription, but it keeps giving me the free version for some reason. I tried to tap the ”Recovery purchase” option, but it keeps failing. I have my card still on my account (the same one I used to purchase it). I've used this app before (on the same phone) and have never come across this problem.

    I’m a little disappointed with this because I had this on my old phone a while back and there was nothing premium about it. It could do the 6 pack abs one and pay nothing. Now that I have a new phone it’s premium? Why? But, I really like this app it works fantastically. I just wish I could go a little more extreme without paying like I used to.

    I think to emprove your app you should make “loose Belly fat” and “rock hard abs” free (or you would make it about 10$ to get it and not re-pay) so you can choose the exercise that’s right for you 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ I also did not see any of my friends that used this app get a six pac, This app is truly a scam, I would not recommend this app the others. This app does have some UP SIDES though, for example it buy’s some time, it doesn’t show your mussles but still builds it, and one ☝🏼 of the workouts are free. I am strongly voting this app a “three”. Oh also the first 2 reviews on this app are the guys who helped make this app 🤨🤔🤯🤐

    I went through the first 30 days of an workouts in the free version and they were great. Got 6 days into the second 30 day ab workout and the app gets stuck on ads trying to press “x” out of the ads does not work, so unfortunately my journey is over with this app. Good first 30 days though.
