    I probably wouldn’t have chosen this app because the app icon looks intimidating and I would have thought it was designed for people more advanced BUT I love how easy this is to follow! Its designed simple without a lot of extra bull you don’t need. I’m VERY new to fitness and I love how you don’t need equipment, and it has animations, directions, and videos of each exercise if you need it. (Which a lot of beginners do). It allows for 20 second breaks between exercises if you need it and you can add more seconds if you want. And I also love how it’s not just for abs. After I’m finished with the 30 day challenge I’m on I’m going to purchase the extras. I’ll also be recommending it to my friends as it was recommended to me. And as of January 2020 it costs $40 a year to unlock everything. That is not a bad price. Anything more would be too much but I think $40 is a fair price. I only wish it was available for the Apple Watch as well. That would be amazing!

    Good app, but constructive criticism the video examples load time definitely need to be improved. In the time it takes to load the examples I can open YouTube and look up a example in less time. Other than that it's a great workout and would definitely recommend. It is user-friendly even if you're just starting out and not too difficult. I've been using this for over a month now with no problems excluding the one stated. 9/10 on a user score 🙂

    I’ve only been using the app for like a week and i know its too soon to jump to conclusions but these little workouts for me a beginner are good they make me hurt a little and i love it of course im soar every day but im sure if i continue and get to the level 3 workouts ill have a six pack next year for sure i havent seen any changes in my body to be honest but its because i just started and i eat so unhealthy but im sure if i eat more healthy ill see changes at least at the end of this month. Besides not seeing any changes i feel incredible its only like 10 mins of a workout but it really makes u feel the pain and the next day i feel different like my abs stay hard and i stay soar and ik it might sound weird but i love that feeling because you know your not doing your workouts for no reason your body is getting stronger😊 im in love with the app and ill let you know by the end of this month if i start seeing my abs form

    Awesome app! No “buy premium to get our best work out plans.” crap. (This is going to sound like I am working for the creators or something) I actually have used this app for a week and am truly already seeing results. I am going to keep using this app. I am doing both the beginner and intermediate levels at the same time. After I finish both of those in the 23 days, I’m going to start on the expert level. No weights needed. Also if y’all are wanting even more look at the other apps they offer. Totally free. As usual though in order to have a free app you have to deal with ads. I promise this app only shows adds in between screen changes. No other times. It pauses if you have a phone call and all. Work outs only take about 15 minutes to do. You’ll feel it when you get done.

    I have been working out every day for the past 3 months. I wanted to see if I saw any dramatic changes from using this app every day. I did the intermediate stage for 30 days and did not see major changes. The ab workout is meant for someone who doesn’t have access to things like a pull up bar or free weights. I was rarely sore from it, but then again maybe I should have done the harder level. For someone who is looking for a 10-20 minute workout at home this is a good app, but if you’re looking for a six pack I think other exercises need to be included such as ab wheels, leg raises, plank ups and others. I also did not exactly understand the stretching at the end, it was such a short period of stretching that it does little to nothing. Overall, the app is good in the sense that it motivates the individual to workout every day and follow a plan that does not require a gym. Sadly, I do not see it though as a solution to getting a six pack.

    Fantastic app. Very easy to follow exercises, great UI and an effective training plan. I would happy to pay for this as a service. Some constructive feedback 1. The total workout time doesn't include breaks that's built in. normally my session overall is more than 15 mins but the app shows much lesser. 2. The robotic voice is a bit annoying. Could do so much better with a nice human voice.

    I’ve been using this for quite a while now, and I somewhat recently got premium. 100% worth it. Don’t let the name of the app throw you off, because with the premium version there are MANY MANY workout plans to work on certain areas, such as your legs, arms, etc. But also the #1 program for general weight loss. Workouts include weights required & no weights required programs. Not exactly a need for equipment, if you don’t want to. I 100% guarantee, if you stick to a plan & a balanced diet, nothing crazy, you will see results in a month that will be quite shocking. I already feel so much better & stronger than before. Not to mention there are workouts not only for beginners, but for advanced muscle gains. Great app for quick & efficient results. Highly recommend.

    The app works if you're consistent with the plans it sets for you but I've changed my review from 5 to 4 because you have the option to like or dislike certain exercises during a workout. Sadly nothing ever changes in the workout programme when you dislike a certain exercise… it keeps showing up which is irritating really. Otherwise if you want to work on your abs then this is the app.

    I normally don't write reviews but this app is amazing. For starters to access the main part there is no bs. No credit card or long processes to access the six pack training. It has levels for beginners and a little more advance. Thanks for the developers that made this ab experience possible. The only flaw is that it can be misleading and some people may think you can achieve abs in 30 days. Also it doesn't specify that you wont be available to see your abs without a low enough body fat. But these are minor issues not relevant to the app design or how it functions. Biggest complement is that this app doesn't force you through pain-full ads to access any features.

I like this app very much because They give instructions for each and every exercise Moreover Videos of those exercises are available. In case if you don't know how to do that exercise, you can watch the video and then do the exercise

    I would like to start out, that I like this app. I’ve been using it since the beginning of this year and I have seen progress to my body. However, when I switched to premium, I unlocked more workouts and plans. Some of these plans can download, but others can’t. So I have that you guys fix this issue because I want to work on other parts of my body too, but the plans just don’t work. I would also suggest diet plans. Diet plans make it easier for people to track what they eat and how many calories they are consuming. For example, if someone does these workouts everyday, but they are not seeing results, it might be because they have a bad diet. So in conclusion, this app is great for workouts, but it has some issues and errors that could be resolved for a better experience and more.

    I love this, I really like how it goes from beginner exercises to more advanced because by training these exercises, you'll get to a level which will make them look easy, the only thing people must do is stay consistent

    The constant session with built in breaks and timers is great for building habit. I had completed the entirety of the advanced 30 day workout and I am sad to say I did not have a six pack by the end of it but I had lost about 35 lbs In that month which is a positive. My biggest critique is after the first month was over it doesn’t change, you just do the same workouts in a span of a month over and over again. I felt like I had outgrown the workouts given and decided to create my own. I unfortunately was not consistent as when I was using the app, I think this app would be 100% better with a feature that allows you to build your own workout and more customizations. But overall it was worth buying.

    Great App. It guide you and you feel like is same advise if you were on a Gym.. simple effective exercise to work out your belly. And get healthier. Even assist you to calculate and monitor. your BMI! And all for Free! Well done developer!

    Overall this app is great for working out pushing out the limits until the day 90 but afterwards even day 30 of advanced feels easier...im giving 3/5 only because there needs to be added custom workout option where we can make it more difficult after day 90 according to needs.... Also diet plan must be added to know how much weight im actually losing..

    Good workouts and plan, bad UX. The workouts are challenging and escalating. They recently changed the voice, seemed to slow it down to 50-75% of what is was before. Contradictory to the high energy music I use and a little demotivating. Tried changing the speech settings, but did not affect the output.
