    All of the reviews describe how hard it is to cancel... I also experience that.... the customer support email just kept saying I had to fax... I don't even have a fax... I mean honestly, to have to fax a termination fir a digital app is just a way to make it difficult to leave... by chance I saw that there is an unsubscribe option in the playstore.... I really hope my cancellation has worked! And your response to all these complaints is that you have multiple ways of termination.... Rubbish!!!

    My credit card was stolen and I lost money on my account. I sent many messages to your billing department explaining to them the situation and of all the billing department of all other dating sites that I have worked with you all are very difficult and not flexible to deal with a situation when a customer has a issue. I have offered a solution to the problem but after several emails the person I that is working my case is being extremely difficult and threatens me with collections legal action. I am writing a this review to let people see how difficult your customer service in your billing department refusing to work with a customer who his credit card was stolen and the bank has locked his credit card. I hope this review help me to fix my issue

    Wat a load of bs! I asked for cancellation of my subscription and a refund within 24 hours of paying for it, because of yr misleading information about payment and I was denied after 2 days of waiting for a response! I will see the first month out because u have given me no choice, but I advise others not to pay an exorbitant amount of money for this dumb service! Your cancellation process is also bs...don't do it, just dont join or sign up! Update - their recommendations are bs too!

    The women are fake and you can't cancel your subscription as they give you the run around in the end I had no choice but to cancel my credit card or else they will just keep taking money from your account and they keep sending threatening emails if I dont pay so why should I pay for something that I did not subscribe further than the first month money hungry scammers is all they are!!!!!

    I want to know why iPhone and iPad users fee are different from pc users. Tried paying over the pc and price went different compared to my iPhone where I’d like to pay using my iTunes card . Why the difference ? Why?

    i registered for a 1 month subscription. now they are treatening me with debt collectors because they could not debit my account. The money they want is 3 times more than the 1 month subscription. i still want to use the service... but why are they charging more than the 1 month subscription.
