  • My favorite yet! Jan 10, 2018

As an educational student I am always looking for new educational game apps to help my students and this is my favorite one. I love how you can choose different languages for your bia-lingual kids or to simply expand their mind. The words are actually relavent to life. As they progress through the leels it feels more like a game so they stay interested.

Such a great kids game app! I'm 6 month pregrangnant as soon as I feel baby move I turn on the app & put it close to my tummy, the more I play the app the more the baby moves, I am sure this will be a great way for him to learn his first words.

My son spends a lot of time on this first words app, he is learning quite a bit. The repetative teachings along with the sounds and pictures are really helping him grasp the concept of words.

Looks like a great app from what I can. However I can't hear a thing. Any ideas?
  • No sound Apr 12, 2018

The app doesn’t have sound. Looks cute but basically pointless without the sound.
  • Great concept - misses the boat! Sep 17, 2012

Words like "albatross" should not be considered a first word. Why not use "bird" ?
  • Not educational Feb 26, 2012

    Doesn't use phonic sounds.

What age is this for? Surely not preschool. This is not my choice of a good edu-game for a preschooler.

  • Nice Mar 20, 2012

Nice but it needs sound to indicate what letter they are picking
  • Stupid buy full version button May 4, 2012

    By BellaOku
I'd give it a 5 star if the letters didn't go right by the "full version" sign. And everytime my 2 yr old tries to touch a letter by it, it goes to the flipping app store. Other than that it's cool. I'll give it a 5 stat when you move the stupid "buy full version" option

Great app, but why all uppercase letters? We do not see these words written like this. Also, kindergarten teachers ask that children learn lower case letters except for the first letter of their name. Can you change this aspect?
  • Not really impressed Jan 6, 2013

I understand it's only a sample version but common words would have been nice besides holiday
