Samsung does that here and makes it easy for users to see what they offer from TV’s to appliances to smart home devices. The design is modernistic with a stylish clear background that is easy to view images off of and read text from. Users can quickly navigate from product category to product category. Each product item has detailed information of features, technological specifications along with high quality images. This application is well worth a download for anybody who is invested in their products or like me who is curious about the catalog.

    I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

    This is my first time buying directly from Samsung and it was a good experience. I appreciate the user-friendly app platform, there's no guess work, it is straight forward. I was also surprised by the price. I would have purchased it elsewhere for slightly cheaper, but without the Samsung guarantee. With just a bit more, I get it directly with the guarantee.

No opinion on customer service as of yet, but I would imagine it's like everywhere else with customer service progressing downward. Not thrilled with shipping times, but overall, I had a good experience. Will revisit this review, if needed.

    I have had some issues with my Samsung so I purchased a new I phone, well my iPhone was fast challenging and by enabling all the cookies in the apps I received the wildest adventure. However my Samsung was the most reliable and productive, useful phone to date. If you only knew the stories between me and my phones. The videos have been taken the Samsung 10 to unbelievable limits. The app developers really utilize all the technology possibilities for me and my sons.

    i’m honestly disgusted with the customer service i was given 2 days ago my new S9 that i ordered 2 months ago was corrupted by a system update that you guys pushed. i called the tech support and they could not help me and when i tried to talk to a supervisor i was told they were busy for over an hour on the phone and when i asked again i was transferred but then hung up on i called so many times the system new my name. so now i have to pay for t-mobile to replace a phone losing all my precious memories that i have had over the years thanks to your phone i have pre ordered every samsung phone since the S6 and even bought the samsung tablet and new S3 Watch because i believed in your product ....but now i hate to say i’m very unhappy with samsung and feel like just getting rid of all the products i have in my home and going to another brand you were apart of my family and you let me down

    After days of researching TV’s we decided to go with the Q90 series 4K. The last day of cyber shopping, after business hours, my wife tried to do this online. Our financing approval fell short by less than 100 which we could have easily covered by other means if we were given the option. Then while doing the online chat with “Raul” on the same evening he said there wouldn’t be a problem. He said all we had to do was call customer service during business hours and inform them of the situation, and they would still honor the cyber shopping sale price. So when my wife did call on the next business day, they did increase the credit line but she was treated very rudely and even hung up on by one service rep when trying to get the sale price as “Raul” said would not be a problem. Very disappointed customers of multiple Samsung products.

    I’ve always had a Samsung phone but this was my first time trying to purchase my phone through them directly and I’m already regretting that decision. My order was canceled due to an issue with my billing information. That made no sense to me seeing that they already authorized the payment instantly. Customer service wasn’t able to tell me exactly what the issue was that I should just place my order again. How am I supposed to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again if I am not aware of what the problem was. My billing information had no errors. I’m having to wait longer to receive my phone now, didn’t even bother upgrading my shipping due to this issue. Worse customer service I’ve experienced quite frankly and I woke in the field. I will never purchase with them directly, considering not purchasing all together.

    The chat app is horrible. Whenever I use it on my Note 20 ultra, if my screen goes dim, I lose connection with the representative, and have to start over with a new representative, wasting my time. Also, sometimes I'm typing and the keyboard hides the textbox, so I can't see what I'm typing.. furthermore, you can't back out and come back in or you will lose your chat session. Frustrating.

    Samsung does not provide any support. I ordered a Samsung S7 Edge for my son for Christmas using the app on Tuesday and paid extra for expedited shipping. I called today to check on the order. I was told that my order-and hundreds of others-did not go through due to problems on Samsung’s side. I never received any information on any problems with my order. I spoke to many customer support people who all explained there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestion was to cancel my order and reorder. But that I would not be able to order for at least a few business days. No responsibly or help. Just sorry but we can’t do anything to help. Will not order from Samsung again. Show why Apple is a better choice. They actually have customer service and stand behind their products and services.

    I would like to order a dishwasher with installation, but I am unable to locate this option. When I use the app provided information to call for help with my order, when I choose the right options I am given a recording and told to call during normal business hours - but this is 5:30 pm central time and the app states that order help is available by phone 9a-9p eastern - so this is well within normal business hours. When I intentionally chose help with phone and tv orders the rep immediately transferred me to a line that disconnected me again. I just want to make a purchase. It is unfortunate you’ve made it so difficult to use your app or online ordering service.

    By far the worse experience I've had with no resolution.. How do you PRE-PAY for a service, send it in to get taken care of, and then Samsung voids the transaction and won't allow me to repay and tell me they can't do it?! I made it clear what I needed done when I PREPAID!!!!!!!! 2-3 days turned into 17 and I still don't have my watch back. I only needed the Home button fixed 😔 I just hope they didn't mess up my watch now... That's what it sounds like currently. I won't send my Z Fold 2 now 🤦

    The developers need to realize being forced to use an app in vertical when you have the device in a horizontal case is beyond annoying. I tried to buy a Gear S3 frontier wearable and you can get all the way to buy now but the blue bar does NOTHING when you push it. The app is absolute garbage! Samsung how do you expect to sell anything to iPad users? I have a Samsung phone and will be forced to use it or a computer to purchase from your company directly. Not sure about that.....just wondering why you did away with the larger screen Note model with the new 10 series? 🤔 P.S. I am David B......not anonymous pizza addict...not sure what wise crack pulled that witty name out of you know where?

    Your customer service SUCKS. It is horrible. I placed a call almost a month ago to the day on 4/19/2021 and still cannot get a replacement charger. My phone is still under the initial year warranty. The process of getting a replacement is ticket after ticket which is redundant in the fact that Samsung could eliminate this absurd chain of phone calls and create a phone number that puts customers directly in contact with the accessories department, but no, that would be to easy.

    I've always been a Samsung fan I use their phones, watches, washers and dryers ect they have quality products and the support has been solid so far if any problems arise. The first responders discount is an added bonus and is appreciated. I have no bad any major problems with the app and it's been my primary source for ordering anything Samsung. Thank You!

    I dropped my 43” OLED 4K TV over the weekend, and I was really bummed out. I decided to check out Samsung to see what deals were available for Black Friday. I upgraded to a 49” QLED 4K TV. Purchasing it was super easy, and it should arrive in a few days. I’m looking forward getting it. The majority of my products are made by Samsung, and I really like them. I’m an actual customer, and I wasn’t paid for this review.

    Not able to use my discount eligibility in some cases. Reduced prices are shown on every page until I checkout, and then they revert. Regardless whether I am logged in prior to shopping. Easy to use site, fast, but occasionally must call support to get offers.

    It doesn’t give you lots of options for the IOS shopping. It’s slow and it keeps loading. It doesn’t save anything in your cart, if you leave the app you have to start over again. If you use their website, you can find more products including phones which in this case with this app is not possible. So if you’re planning to do shopping for the phones, watches and tablets I suggest you to go to their website until somebody realize that they need to work on this app and fix things.

    Other than prices shown at first this app is great. It's like, get the new "xxx" for "$xxx!" Sounds great, but that low price you see is assuming you are going trade in a very recent, and still very expensive device. So after a few clicks, the device I selected went from $8 a month to $25 a month all because I am not trading in my s21ultra, note20 ultra or iphone12. Just list your asking price first, then let me select my trade in. Don't show me a price that includes a trade in I don't have

    I am currently using an IPhone se and I want to purchase a Samsung galaxy note 8 off of the “shop Samsung” app. When I went to get onto the app and look for smartphones they weren’t on there. I don’t know if it’s because I have an iPhone or what but I got on the app about a month ago and I could view smartphones. I would greatly appreciate if this problem could be resolved because I would soon like to purchase this phone.

    For an app designed to “buy” things this one does a poor job. It frequently crashes during normal item browsing but consistently crashes when doing The final “buy” operation. I keep hoping that with analytics the app team will see the crashes and will fix these but this app has been doing this for over a year. I’ve even replaced my phone and it’s still doing it so I don’t think it’s me. Please fix this app. Two stars instead of one since it does mostly let me browse, I just have to buy on a pc with a browser. Sad.

    Ive had Samsung phone for ever they are one of the few that i like and can be use as a medical device with an app that I need. But service is horrible. The can take my money within minutes but it take over 10 days to return it on a phone that was never used since I was lied to about it capability with one app that I needed to make it a medically necessary device. Before I ordered the phone I made sure and was told that I would be able to download and was not. So I returned it. And still i wait

    Anything I do on the app directs me to the web page. For some reason, the app no longer includes tablets and mobile devices, only accessories. Also, when you view products, you can no longer view the full specifications and features, nor compare different devices with one another. And again, even if I click on a product in the app, I’m directed to a webpage. Therefore the app is literally useless on all of my devices, including my Samsung phone.
