    COVID 19, Shutdown, mask on mask off , social distancing , 25% restart, Through all this and more , The staff at Shari’s Rich oh and has some how managed to Br as good as ever!! From cook, to waitress to manager, they have some how kept the service , quality and pride in service second to none !! It is so heart warming and appreciated by myself and I’m very sure all others who still enjoy a fine meal at Shari’s Richland

    Surprisingly easy to install and transfer points, especially after checking out negative reviews. I like that I didn't need to remember my card number (really, who keeps those cards?). And you can enter the bar code number off your receipt if the bar code is unable to scan.

    It’s been a pleasure to return back to dine at Shari’s Restaurant again since they were previously closed for in-room dining since late March 2020 due to Covid-19! Cynthia was our server & was friendly & attentive to our dining needs & requests! Looking forward to returning back soon to Shari’s & enjoy their consistent excellent customer service & friendly staff members including Ricardo, Nelly & Cynthia!

    How dare you not consider seniors or disabled customers that don't want to do apps or have cell phones...you should have both...the cards to swipe for the elderly and the apps for young people...I have spent over an hour trying to sign up for the rewards on a phone and had to have 2 restaurant employees helping me...Tom and Wendi @ the Shari's in Kirkland...they will verify all of this...they were wonderful & accomodating...not everyone likes technology...we are here to eat & relax...thankyou.

    We had dinner at your Port Orchard location last night. Everything was great! Fantastic service from Tyson and a very pleasant young lady! Our food was really tasty. We enjoyed our visit. We will definitely return very soon!!

    Restaurant is great but app is poor. Trying to reset password but never get response. Waitress at restaurant unable to let me use award points. Unable to see new menu.

    Most of the time it doesn't scan. Way to complicated for seniors, The card was way easier and senior friendly. You should have both so your loyal customers stay loyal and are not made to feel if they are not high tec they are left behind. Signed up and don't see where my free slice of pie is or how to access the code and because of this system my waitress and manage can't get into my account to help. Please consider all of you customers, remember seniors are the largest growing population.Thanks

    I do NOT like you “new and improved” system for points. We have not been very happy with the corporate changes that Sharis has made for the past couple of years and now this “NEW” system using the app will probably be keeping us from going to Shari’s as much. We used to go a couple times a week, but we have many other choices of restaurants in our area. I do NOT like to load up useless apps on my phone. We will give it a try for a while, but my be going elsewhere in the future.

    Still Terrible and Frustrating to navigate. The frustrating things like going back to order more items after viewing cart without inputting information again was not fixed. It is overwhelming viewing all items. Just all around a bad design.

    I showed up with 15 minutes left before closing and the attendants there took my order & my food was great. I’m a truck driver & I was hungry & I greatly appreciate the service I received!!!

    The receipt the barcode is on and MUST be scanned to earn points leaves the table when you pay. The customer MUST scan the barcode before they pay for their meal. Once they pay, that receipt is taken & exchanged for a cash or card receipt that doesn't have the barcode on it. For older people this will be confusing. Sheri's corporate needs to figure this receipt barcode out so the consumer leave Sheri's with the barcode on the paid receipt. Very POOR barcode system!

    Rhe new rewards system was extremely difficult to set up. It took 3 different attempts and by the time I succeeded, several receipts were too old to be accepted.

    Since this is a new app, it takes some persistence. Hang in there and you'll succeed in transferring your points and getting it set up.

    Great if you'd had what you showed on the menu for the meal we were out of cranberry sauce and I didn't get a roll right away I had to ask not happy

    You took a great system and made it very difficult to use both for the end user and the servers. And yet, I can’t order a stand alone waffle with marionberry topping. Focus priorities on making life easier for the consumer not the other way around.
