Mar 22, 2021 Rental of the cars are cheap and good. Have a large fleet avaliable and always ready to rent. However, app always gives problem and tends to have glitches. Whole app doesnt work at times, making it unreliable. -
Mar 21, 2021 The app have problems. After getting the 4 pictures,the app shut down when I pressed next. Multiple times. Fuel pumped but still does not rise.Maybe electronic issue. But the car is nice,clean and good steering. Just hope can fix the issues on top.more

Feb 2, 2021 This company openly discriminates against foreigners by charging exorbitantly higher fees to them. They require a $100 deposit if you are a citizen/PR but mandate a $1000 deposit if you are on any long term visa. That’s TEN TIMES HIGHER! Even if you’ve lived here for years or even decades and have a perfect driving record! Just because your IC is a different color you are a criminal in their eyes! Do you want to support a company that openly endorses discrimination? If not, then I suggest you take your business elsewhere.more -
Apr 11, 2021 System totally crashed on my booking day and no responses from the helpdesk with regards to the booking glitch. Booking did not happened but payment have been made and shown as completed even before the start timing. -
Apr 2, 2021 Wronfully charged of amount $56/- for late returned of the car when infact I did returned it earlier and after all the prompting to check and submited all the requirments such as photos and ending trips plus locking yet they charged me.Awaiting for their replies to rectify the glitch.Disappointed.more -

Mar 20, 2021 My first booking was horrible. I tried to take photo of the exterior and upload to the app, but it crashed 4 times. I informed the helpdesk and the operator told me it is a known issue for android user?! This feature is so impt in safeguarding the driver and yet they are not solving it immediately. I had to cancel the trip cause the car is in bad shape, with cigarette buds, smell and broken dashcam. I reported all this to the helpdesk, hope something is done. Thankfully, I got full refund.more -

No phone number to call at all. I'm stuck and family is very tired. This is very bad. App sucks badly. But the car rental service for short trips is most affordable among all ride sharing app.more

What’s Subpar
Please do something about your verification process. Signed up more than 2 weeks ago and my information is still pending verification. Texted the customer service support last week to check about it and was told that they would "expedite" it. One week later, nothing is done and no response received. Please look into improving the process.

Took more than 12 hours to reply to a problem and then they continued to ignore my issue with the application. FYI the things that the bugs caused can be considered as fraud and not abiding to the e wallet law in Singapore. It is totally unacceptable and illegal.

Bad experience before I can even start using the service. Took forever to complete the verification process even after umpteen requests to expedite it. Already more than a week still can't get it processed. Customer service only reply to wait and nothing happens after that.

Very lousy app and service. Deducted $30 for fuel level that was what was indicated, 1/4 and above. So my fuel gauge was at 1/4 but I was deducted a $30 penalty. Today the app has an issue and there is no way to end the trip. No respond or solution given by the live chat support which is the only way to contact Shariot. Very very lousy ride sharing company. No service level at all. Not recommended.

The deposit process was horrible. Apparnetly a cheque will be sent to the residential address and Ur account will be deleted immediately after requesting for the deposit hence you can't double check your residential address. I then received an email saying will receive the cheque within 30 days while an agent said it will take 60 days. Inconsistencies. I have yet to receive my deposit till today.

Great if you live nearby. it will be even better if we could see the available timeslots, instead of manually tweaking the timing to see the empty bookings. Should change requirement to full tank, the fuel guage is buggy and doesn't move past 1/4. Randomly charges 30 dollar for low fuel.
