    I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this is the first I feel like I can stick with. I love the simplicity of the app. It’s very straightforward with a clean UI. With other apps I felt overwhelmed by the amount of content or the way it was organized in the app to get to the content I was interested in. Because I’m new at meditation I really like that the guided mediations are helpful and also 10 min. Any more than 10 and I’d be too overwhelmed to try. They also offer mini mediations that are less than 5 min. I also love that they give you actual free content that’s useful. And for those of you who are tired of paying a subscription you’ll love (like i do) that you can choose to unlock everything with a one time payment. In the end I actually chose the very reasonably priced 6 month subscription to try out more of the sleep sections and stress relief sections. But if I stick with it I will definitely upgrade to the one time payment. This app made it easy for me to want to support by upgrading. Keep up the good work!

    I really like this app and I'm looking forward to when it gets even more developed. The daily meditations focus on skill building which I really appreciate, as the daughter of engineers I like actionable skills I can use when needed. I very rarely fall asleep tonight meditations, but I've fallen asleep to a couple of these and if I don't fall asleep they greatly calm me down.

    I just completed Level 1 - Foundation. It provides a very nice overview of basic meditation techniques, including focusing on breath, and body scan. I am not new to meditation, but I am struggling to incorporate it into my daily routine, which I have recently realized is very important to me. The short time (10-12 min) that each lesson takes is perfect for helping me to commit to a daily meditation practice. It’s just enough time to provide me with a centering experience and almost guarantee that I can complete a session in the morning before anyone in my family wakes, which is my preferred timing for meditation (and I don’t have to wake uncomfortably early to accomplish my goal). Thank you for this free level! It helps me to start my day in a positive way, despite the various challenges I am currently navigating in my life. I encourage anyone to try out Serenity, no matter where you are on the spectrum of meditation experience.

    Wow. The peace and clarity that this has given my mind, even within the first few meditations, is remarkable. I feel better. And! I actually feel and completely understand what people mean by, being and feeling, "zen". This has an extremely positive, and much needed, transformative experience. And I'm so happy to continue this, and to keep bettering my health, and then thusly, my life.

    I have done this everyday since downloading it. When I hit the end of the free trial, I was a little disappointed. However, the way I felt after just a week encouraged me to spend the 20 bucks for 6 months. Man was it worth it. It helps me to find calm in the chaos. I’ve fallen asleep easier and quicker. I love these guided meditations so much that I’m working towards building up for an all day meditation session, using many of these techniques to keep me centered during those times. So glad I gave this app a try.

    Actually works very well compared to other apps by introducing techniques at the right pace and in short daily bites, great total volume of content. The free tier is quite useful for daily short meditations, repeatable sessions, weekly longer sessions, and slowly unlocking advanced content.

    There are a lot of guided meditation apps out there now. Serenity is my favorite! I’ve meditated for 13 years and this is one that offers topic driven programs from beginner to advance. Most are 7-15 minutes so it is easy to interstate them into your day and meditate regularly. The woman who leads the meditations voice is calming and soothing and that’s helps to settle yourself down into whatever you are focusing on, in addition to your breath. Wide range of topics too- highly recommend for experienced meditator and beginners alike.

    Can you please make it to where the daily mediations sync to the account as well. My only complaint is when I have to use a different device I dont have all my data. And please make a meditation for phobias. Like spiders, dentists, and clowns.

    Definitely one of the better meditation apps that I’ve tried. The background music as well as the voice of the narrator are very calming and help you relax easily. As someone who has always had a rough time meditating, I found these guided practices to be very helpful as they break things down into smaller steps and help you to ease into the practice of meditation slowly. This app offers various different levels and types of meditation, making it ideal for both those who are new to meditation and those who are more experienced.

    Its a great app, a little disappointing that level 2 and above unlocks 6 days at a time I spent $20 for 6 months of full access and no ads. I would do it again, the content is worth it. Adding this bit since I bought a new phone, nothing transferred so I have to start over from 0. It needs to be more clear that purchasing a subscription with an email is NOT the same as having an account with Serenity. It's still great content.

    Helpful in learning the basics of meditation, but I don't care for body scan meditations, and this app has a LOT of them. Especially in the daily meditation section. I really don't know why body scans irritate me so much, and I know of they are great for some people, but I feel like I would get more use out of the app if there were fewer body scans and more breathing or mindfulness meditations.
