    I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this is the first I feel like I can stick with. I love the simplicity of the app. It’s very straightforward with a clean UI. With other apps I felt overwhelmed by the amount of content or the way it was organized in the app to get to the content I was interested in. Because I’m new at meditation I really like that the guided mediations are helpful and also 10 min. Any more than 10 and I’d be too overwhelmed to try. They also offer mini mediations that are less than 5 min. I also love that they give you actual free content that’s useful. And for those of you who are tired of paying a subscription you’ll love (like i do) that you can choose to unlock everything with a one time payment. In the end I actually chose the very reasonably priced 6 month subscription to try out more of the sleep sections and stress relief sections. But if I stick with it I will definitely upgrade to the one time payment. This app made it easy for me to want to support by upgrading. Keep up the good work!

    I just completed Level 1 - Foundation. It provides a very nice overview of basic meditation techniques, including focusing on breath, and body scan. I am not new to meditation, but I am struggling to incorporate it into my daily routine, which I have recently realized is very important to me. The short time (10-12 min) that each lesson takes is perfect for helping me to commit to a daily meditation practice. It’s just enough time to provide me with a centering experience and almost guarantee that I can complete a session in the morning before anyone in my family wakes, which is my preferred timing for meditation (and I don’t have to wake uncomfortably early to accomplish my goal). Thank you for this free level! It helps me to start my day in a positive way, despite the various challenges I am currently navigating in my life. I encourage anyone to try out Serenity, no matter where you are on the spectrum of meditation experience.

    This app has the best meditations. This year has been hard on me, like most other people, and I found comfort being able to have this safe space at the end/ or beginning of the day. It not only is relaxing, but it has helped me cope better with my anxiety. I'm so glad that this app is a thing because my life has changed for the better. They also have really good plans for how to pay for more sessions and another option to apply for free sessions if you can't pay for it. Life. Changing.

    Never before have I ever tried to meditate. I’ve always wanted to try it because i’ve heard so much about it and how it’s changed peoples lives for the better. I absolutely love this app and the way they break it down in stages and go step-by-step from beginners all the way to expert level. I’ve just started to use this app and I’m only in the beginner stage but it’s already helped me to concentrate more sleep better to clear my mind and get out of my head and my body. The way they break it down makes it easy for anyone to follow along and get to a place in your mind so you can achieve any problems that may arise. Looking forward to getting further into each stage and see where it takes me. Can’t say enough about this app it’s really starting to change my life. I highly recommend it!!!

    I've been meditating for over 25 years. I was looking for a basic guided meditation app I can share with someone new to meditating. I did the level 1 pack myself and thought it was a perfect introduction! Now I am exploring the rest of the app and really love the variety. I highly recommend you try this app whether you're new to meditation, coming back, or looking for an addition to your current routine.

    For those of us who need more than just imagining something, who want something a bit more concrete, this app is perfect. I’ve been using it for awhile. Their free content was good enough that I did decide to pay for it, but I definitely could’ve only used their free and daily sessions if I needed to. Their paid content is excellent though. I emailed them about a couple ideas I had and they responded within a couple business days and informed me that my one idea they had already made and were planning on releasing and the other they seemed to like, but they have a backlog of over a year’s worth of new content! Which is so exciting! The creators obviously care about and believe in this app, and I’m so glad I’m able to support them with a subscription.

    I rarely leave reviews on apps, but I had to for this one in particular. Great free experience and I plan on buying premium or some of the other services once I have established a daily routine; however, I definitely would say the price is over the top expensive for individual packs. Otherwise, the best free meditation app I've seen.

    There are a lot of guided meditation apps out there now. Serenity is my favorite! I’ve meditated for 13 years and this is one that offers topic driven programs from beginner to advance. Most are 7-15 minutes so it is easy to interstate them into your day and meditate regularly. The woman who leads the meditations voice is calming and soothing and that’s helps to settle yourself down into whatever you are focusing on, in addition to your breath. Wide range of topics too- highly recommend for experienced meditator and beginners alike.

    It's a second meditation app I have used. I'm only 4 or 5 sessions in, but I like it so far. Enough to do a few sessions at once. The previous app gave let me choose from a few voices & background sounds which I found very useful. This one doesn't (maybe in the future sessions), but I find the voice & background music very pleasant so it's not a problem. Consistency has been my Achilles heel when it comes to meditation, hopefully this app will help me maintain it.

    Definitely one of the better meditation apps that I’ve tried. The background music as well as the voice of the narrator are very calming and help you relax easily. As someone who has always had a rough time meditating, I found these guided practices to be very helpful as they break things down into smaller steps and help you to ease into the practice of meditation slowly. This app offers various different levels and types of meditation, making it ideal for both those who are new to meditation and those who are more experienced.

    Despite the repititive meditations, the single voice and cheesy background music... I was digging and getting use out of this little app for the first week. Then access to the meditation course was blocked for a week. I'm assuming that's to encourage you to upgrade/pay. Sure there are a few "mini meditations" or "daily meditations" but very limited. I'm uninstalling. Paying for the upgrade isn't worth it, there are plenty of free, more expansive offerings.

    Edited: it asked for a 5 star review with the implication it would unlock more sessions. It did not, so I've edited it now that I realize how expensive (and not "free") this app is. Only the first few are available for free. It is a good app for absolute beginners learning to meditate. It does it in small, manageable and attainable increments. It offers reminders and positive encouragement to keep you focused. It does get repetitive after a bit.

    Overall, I find this app very pleasant. Lots of options for specific meditations, and the lessons are simple and effective at gradually building on ideas. Of course, there is a payment incentive. After Level 1, there's a delay between new lessons unlocking. 7 days between lessons in Level 2. 9 days in Level 3. Etc, etc. This might be a deal-breaker for some. However, they do several payment options. Plus, they don't use a limited "free trail" to hook people in, which is a bonus in my book.

    It's very gently guided. A lot of positivity encouraged. While I like that several techniques are covered in 7 days, I also dislike that it sometimes makes me feel jumbled. I'm wondering if the music volume were a bit quieter it wouldn't be as overwhelming between it, the guides voice, and my brain trying to "do less". During some sessions I feel like such a failure because I have a hard time switching between the techniques in a single session but at the same time I always finish feeling proud

    Great for beginners. Though I'm not new to meditative techniques, I find this app to be an excellent guide for maximizing an experience. Really wish I had this available to me when I first started meditating! I'm really enjoying it & definitely recommend for people that need guidance- I just wish there was a little less of it. The voice interrupts concentration quite a bit. Needs to give more time between directives because it's too distracting.
