    I used to love this app when I worked for a company with it, I'm currently working with Handy and I'm in process of quiting it, I had such a good experience with Amazon and dealing with Handy is terrible in every aspect. Unfortunately they're not taking applications anymore for pros, otherwise I would love to work with them

    Amazon gives you a number to send a text message to the customer. This number is not verified by Amazon. It is often an old number and a landline that will not receive the text messages that you send to confirm the appointment. Also the contact for Amazon is the customer contact, not the service provider. You always have to wait on hold, give your information and then get transferred and wait on hold again.

    I appreciate being able to sell services on Amazon. That program is fine. I just think the Selling Services app needs some attention. I have my alerts enabled for the app, but I never get a notification or app badge when I have a new request for estimate. Fortunately I still get email alerts, but sometimes those get buried with junk and I want to be able to reply to a quote request as fast as I can. Also, I spent quite a bit of time setting up various packages and prices in my online account, but I don't have any access to those packages through the app. This means more time creating a custom bid every time. I'm a little confused in where those packages actually come into play in the customer's experience. I know this is still sort of a new system that Amazon is rolling out so I look forward to seeing the various issues resolved over time.

    good app , app need rework with new version i would suggest to open ETA 12AM all leads bez customer are available if have to till ETA open so if it's open 12am means can complete ASAP

    Just like unread emails, things that need action should keep the badge and number of whatever needs action. Especially when users want a request after business hours.

    App itself is terrible. Buggy, loads improperly, difficult to navigate, seems like you’re on an ancient website not a mobile app.

    No updates, no replies to emails. A veteran AHS with over 2k 5star ratings dropped like nothing with no replies to status updates.

    App never worked properly. I do feel like it always traked everything i did on my personal/work phone. Now they required picture of tech to close jobs. Services provided are poorly put together. Payment for services are low and Amazon fees are high, leaving contractor spare change to provide 5 🌟 service. Payment is/was late. Did i mention the app is terrible? Customer service has no clue to what's being provided to customer. Their best feature is they speak English. Never there when needed.

    I'm currently on my Samsung note phone and have absolutely no issue with this app. Amazon upgrade the app and make the product way more user friendly.

    I understand this is a new app and a new service which Amazon is offering and I definitely appreciate it. I think they should have had more updates by now. It's getting the customers frustrated and the contractors . Also if we an have the app link up to our calendar so we can automatically save the schedule on to the calendar for convenience. My calendar on my iPhone reminds me of upcoming events and its syncs up with all my devices , so if I could easily put the dates and customers information from the Sellers services app to my iPhone calendar This would be a big help. Please more updates to work out the kinks . Thanks

    It always gives an error message when I cancel a job, and jobs show up last minute and don't give me an option to give my time frame of availability.

    If job is scheduled to be done during the current week, app does not indicate the date of the job , but the Weekday only. Therefore it is very inconvenient to schedule another job without looking at the separate calendar. That would be nice to have a real calendar build in the app indicating all scheduled jobs.
