    Good app. But it is unable to contact customer care and also no update available regarding any request. I hv given request to correct my e mail....but after 4 months the issue not rectified. The app should be more transparent in terms of customer and bank relationship and also account statement.

    Amazing app developed by SBI for Credit Card users. But there is only one problem. We cannot see our transaction, on which transaction, how many ‌reward points are received. I hope you solve this problem as earlier. And make this app clean like a mirror.

    very good app and happy to see the continual development of the app. One suggestion ie after fixing limits for different types of usage, the remaining limit for individual usage is not shown. For example if I fix 20k for pos limit and 30k for online and after usage the ramaing limit is not shown . Kindly fix the issue. Thanks

    Before recent update i was used the app with no issue, but after recent upadtes it's not working and showing the message i.e SBICard This mobile device does not meet the minimum security requirements needed to use SBI Card App. Please use another mobile device to access your account via SBI Card App. And now tell me the solution???ASAP

    App not working at all. Suddenly started getting the error "This mobile device does not meet minimum security requirements needed to use SBI card app" Tried to mail using sbicard website but there is not option pertaining to SBI card app in the drop down list for mail subjects. Please fix. Edit: I mailed from site and to sbicard customer care but no resolution. I cannot access the app.

    App keeps crashing every time I go to access my mailbox. Even after charging exorbitant Annual Fees third class nationalised bank customer service is provided. Agents cannot understand basic English even in the Nodal Office. My simple complaint is pending for over a month without proper response or resolution. Most disappointing REPLY: EVEN THE APP DEVELOPER CANNOT READ BASIC ENGLISH. MY FIRST SENTENCE STATES THAT I CANNOT ACCESS THE MAILBOX YET THE RESOLUTION PROVIDED IS TO USE THE MAILBOX!

    Worst update app stopped working a popup coming along with message that this device does not meet the minimum security requirements please use another mobile device. What's wrong with my the phone even my phone is not rooted and i am not using any custom rom. My phone is poco F1 and I can't change my phone just for an idiot app yes but i can simply switch my bank account that more easier for me either fix your problem or I will switch to another bank thanks

    Current transaction status is not appearing, transaction is not reflect immediately, no option is available, my due date is every month 10, payment processing by auto mode, after processing the payment it shows still outstanding Very Bad

    The app shows variation in dates of in process unbilled transaction and settled unbilled transaction.Even one of my credit amount from irctc got vanished from in process unbilled transaction on the very next day and it reflected back in settled transaction after I raised the complaint with screenshot for the same after 4 days.Even one of my transaction that was done on 18/10/20 and was in process as on date 18 is being shown as settled on 17/10/20.Please rectify such serious issues.

    App is just perfect, but I saw a feature somewhere 😜 which let us to track the fee waiver progress for the next year. Which simply means how much I spent in current year yet and how much you need to spend for complete renewal fee waiver. How I can see that also in SBI card in future.

    Hii Team, App experience is quite good one more feature I want to see in the app dashboard which is card details show that we can see our card details on dashboard like RBL and IndusInd bank providing this feature as this feature can help lots of your customer's to view the card details without having physical card.     Everything is good but sometimes tractions details are tough to understand. And there is no offer section available as in sbicard online account. Otherwise it is very good app.

    I have faced CPP bill problem before.. with fine and late fees.. But after so many attempts customer care service solved my issue with half of the CPP bill. My suggestion.. please close the CPP option from SBI card.
