    Terrible😖 no problem opening up an account in English but when I had problems with my card " No one could speak English ".... My card was stolen along with my belongings, ordered a new card 2 hours waiting to get through the door very rude and abrupt staff in San Pedro branch except for one very helpful and nice lady. There is a man working there bald and glasses so rude so unhelpful and couldn't wait to get rid of me. A lady employee can over to help she was very nice. long ques outside

    Useless translation - some parts are still in spanish. I blocked my account and can't get any help. It told told me an option to unblock my account online but it doesn't tell me where to find it. Hard to use and very unpleasant

    I am a customer of this bank for the last 12 years. Many times i have faced problems with the bank but this time it's the worst. As my bank card was not functioning properly, 4 weeks ago i applied for a new card. They told that I'll get the new one in one week. Now every week they give me a new reason. And today a lady employee treated me in a bad way .As i explained that in covid time i need a card she tried yelling at me. When i said tht I'll change the bank she was very ok with that.

    Since the update, like many other people, I can't get into my account. Connectivity problems apparently but all my other apps work. Fed up with this bank, when they took over Banco popular they also gave me a 123 account and because I don't have enough standing orders going out, I get charged every month. Last time I visited the bank, I waited 3 hours to withdraw money and cancel a direct debit. I will be closing my account with them ASAP.

    There's a bit of confusion on logging in on the front screen not very well thought out. When you select your identification in the first box you then have to click on the text in that box to input the details.. as if you are writing over your ID not underneath in the empty box... Even the helpline couldn't help me with this I found it totally by accident. Please make the sign in screen clearer. Once you figure it out you're ok but lots of people have the same issue.

    Not quite there yet. Keeps prompting for password change after I've activated fingerprint. Uk version works fine. Even shows fingerprint screen when quitting! Banco Popular app worked OK! Gone back to not using fingerprint.

    This app is mediocre. I am a Moroccan Student who has been in Spain for six months and I have noticed quite a big problem for me. In respect to my Moroccan Bank account, the data processing in Santander is SLOW. It takes two to three days to process an online purchase (it can be bought right away but the app would show that nothing happened). I know for some it might not be a big issue but for people who are actively using their cards for e-commerce, this problem starts to be flagrant.

    Clearly designed to make you accept things you don't need. To do something as simple as checking the account, you have to dodge several buttons every time. Not usable by elder people AT ALL.     App doesnt work 90% of the time says ir has problems and doesn't load.. then only half loads the information after a while.... just not reliable for quick information! when it does work it's a pretty good app but should be working all the time ...

    Mobile banking apps and websites in Spain are in the Stone Age UX wise... Why a financial institution with this much money can't hire some decent developers and UX designers is beyond me. I urge you to take a look at ING Romania for example, and se how they solved the secure authentication and usability.
