    There's a bit of confusion on logging in on the front screen not very well thought out. When you select your identification in the first box you then have to click on the text in that box to input the details.. as if you are writing over your ID not underneath in the empty box... Even the helpline couldn't help me with this I found it totally by accident. Please make the sign in screen clearer. Once you figure it out you're ok but lots of people have the same issue.

    Useless translation - some parts are still in spanish. I blocked my account and can't get any help. It told told me an option to unblock my account online but it doesn't tell me where to find it. Hard to use and very unpleasant

    I am a customer of this bank for the last 12 years. Many times i have faced problems with the bank but this time it's the worst. As my bank card was not functioning properly, 4 weeks ago i applied for a new card. They told that I'll get the new one in one week. Now every week they give me a new reason. And today a lady employee treated me in a bad way .As i explained that in covid time i need a card she tried yelling at me. When i said tht I'll change the bank she was very ok with that.

    After updating the App, I am no longer able to enter into my account. I am trying to enter my password but it's not appears on the screen. It is weird, I don't know what to do. Still I don't understand why they updated the app, it was totally unnecessary. Please have a look at this and fix the possible problems. Thanks

    Can't get into my account. Says I have to disable all apps that can overlap, whatever that means. I just want to get into my account, I don't care about customising it. It used to be fine and now it's utterly unusable.

    This app is mediocre. I am a Moroccan Student who has been in Spain for six months and I have noticed quite a big problem for me. In respect to my Moroccan Bank account, the data processing in Santander is SLOW. It takes two to three days to process an online purchase (it can be bought right away but the app would show that nothing happened). I know for some it might not be a big issue but for people who are actively using their cards for e-commerce, this problem starts to be flagrant.

    Clearly designed to make you accept things you don't need. To do something as simple as checking the account, you have to dodge several buttons every time. Not usable by elder people AT ALL. Too complicated and misleading. Diseño engañoso para que aceptes sin querer cosas que no necesitas. Totalmente inusable por gente mayor, demasiado confusa, y parece que a propósito
