    A few weeks ago I went into the Mojácar branch asking to to help install this App. They installed the App and also set up in English. This App is so easy to use and I now can check all my transactions 24/7 with no worries. Thank you "Santander.es" for making my life so much easier...

    Occasionally buggy and thus not very reliable (for the banking app). Some parts are missing English translation and others sound awkward. It lacks some polish.

    Unreliable. Many times I try to access and I get the message that the app is unable to respond at this time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem. It works about 50% of the time. I use a Galaxy A50.

    Mobile banking apps and websites in Spain are in the Stone Age UX wise... Why a financial institution with this much money can't hire some decent developers and UX designers is beyond me. I urge you to take a look at ING Romania for example, and se how they solved the secure authentication and usability.

    Absolutely diabolical , you change my acount, without asking, my debit ran out in may in , I haven't received a new one, now I believe I have to keep a balance of 6000€ and have 1200€ transfer each month, into my acount, I can't have my car revision I have no card credit debit, it's racial discrimination, Punto to.

    I have been using this app for 4 years now and it's wonderful. I traveled to my home country and my sim was blocked. No way to access my online banking because I needed a code for confirmation which I cannot get because my sim is blocked. I have called the customer service for God knows how long and no one is ready to help. I am fade Santander. I have no plans coming to Spain anytime soon to get this sorted. But then, I need help to access my account.

    La app está muy bien, pero el sistema este que tiene el Santander en 2019 de tener que acudir a una oficina a por la firma si se te bloquea el acceso es tremendamente ridículo. Yo vivo en Estados Unidos y hace meses que no puedo usarla porque está bloqueada. Trabajo con otros bancos españoles y estadounidenses y se puede resolver por internet, con autentificación por email. Como se te olvide o pierdas la contraseña estás perdido, y “mi contacto personal” en mi oficina de mi ciudad lleva meses sin responder mis mails. A ver si se ponen al día!

    There's a bit of confusion on logging in on the front screen not very well thought out. When you select your identification in the first box you then have to click on the text in that box to input the details.. as if you are writing over your ID not underneath in the empty box... Even the helpline couldn't help me with this I found it totally by accident. Please make the sign in screen clearer. Once you figure it out you're ok but lots of people have the same issue.

    This app is mediocre. I am a Moroccan Student who has been in Spain for six months and I have noticed quite a big problem for me. In respect to my Moroccan Bank account, the data processing in Santander is SLOW. It takes two to three days to process an online purchase (it can be bought right away but the app would show that nothing happened). I know for some it might not be a big issue but for people who are actively using their cards for e-commerce, this problem starts to be flagrant.

    Clearly designed to make you accept things you don't need. To do something as simple as checking the account, you have to dodge several buttons every time. Not usable by elder people AT ALL.     Since the update, like many other people, I can't get into my account. Connectivity problems apparently but all my other apps work. Fed up with this bank, when they took over Banco popular they also gave me a 123 account and because I don't have enough standing orders going out, I get charged every month. Last time I visited the bank, I waited 3 hours to withdraw money and cancel a direct debit. I will be closing my account with them ASAP.
