  • Pay attention to sizes! Sep 7, 2020

    I have made two transactions using the app now where I select my size and after purchasing and receiving confirmation both the app and confirmation email have the incorrect size. SST order it was one size up and yesterday’s order was one size down. It’s a very annoying glitch and I’m only able to cancel the order but do not want to because I would more than likely not get the item again. It’s just frustrating to think you’re getting one thing and you aren’t. Other than those two times, the app has been okay. Sometimes, especially on release days it will not let you check out with PayPal and after the 20th time of trying, it will work. Lol. Just glitchy in my opinion, I have hope it will improve.

    I’ve only made two purchases so far, they were both delivered accurately and within 5 days of being ordered! I was nervous to order as there are many negative reviews about delays, but pleased to report that has not been my experience. Lovely clothes, it does help research each piece on their website and through user reviews to understand fit, composition, etc.

    This app has worked beautifully in the past; however, it won’t even open now. It crashes as soon as I click to open. I even updated it and still the same. Please fix before Sunday!

    It is great to browse, set notifications and set favorites. However my app is set to deliver in Spain, but ONLY displays UK or US sizes... This resulted in me receiving a size 42 pair of sandals... And a size 38 dress, when both my sizes are 40. I thought I could bypass the problem by using a size conversion chart they have on their website, but those sizes didn't match up either. I have written about it to customer service, and look forward for that bug to be fixed as it is very important.

    I love the Sézane app so much! There are occasional instances of it crashing, however 99% of the time, it is fully capable of everything it’s meant to do. It’s a wonderful app and I highly recommend not to mean toon that the clothing line is STUNNING! Forever in love with Sézane! 5 stars for sure!!!

    This shop continues to amaze me. Very high quality materials and fits very elegantly. I’ve lived in France before and while I was always a fan of French design, these pieces are affordable, comfortable, unique AND beautiful. A stand out in all the areas that count.

    I’ve loved the aesthetic and mission of this brand for a long time. Unfortunately, the UX does not align with the beautiful design. The app doesn’t allow for functionally choosing a geography (I’m in Portugal and EU countries are not displayed for me), the CTAs don’t work within checkout, and support simply suggests trying a laptop. Alas, I’m without a laptop at the moment and inventory sells out quickly, so the multiple items I attempted to purchase are no longer available. Quite unfortunate user experience for a brand that seems to value beautiful, thoughtful design.

    The app is really not good, sorry Sézane. Browsing is nice, but prices show once in pounds and then in euro (in the same session). My basket was emptied without my intention to do so. The country delivery infos are not clear. You should test it more ;).

    Im in France and the prices show up in Pounds or sometimes dollars, there is no where to change the currency, I keep updating my location to France but still doesnt work.

    Love the brand, hate this app. It takes 10 minutes just to find a simple list of clothing options by type when you first start using it. Then the shopping basket will only keep things in it for 30 min so if you don’t buy right then you have to start all over. There’s no size guide. I wasn’t able to add a unit number to my address. Basically, this thing is a dumpster fire.

    Get it together! Your app is always frozen or crashing, and the time allowed to checkout is insufficient. I just had 5 items in my cart and was selecting shipping method and was timed out—now I have an empty cart and have to slog through the app again to add everything. Tip: if the customer is in the checkout flow, it’s in your interest to not clear their cart!

    So complicated to find anything or to sign up or pay. You want too much personal information. Constant glitches with screen shutting down. Setting up shipping was so frustrating and again lots of glitches. I almost gave up and didn’t order… : / if people don’t want to log in make it easy for them to buy your product- sheesh!

    The new app is beautiful but it doesn’t have the one thing you absolutely need: the possibility to actually validate your order! At the last step, there’s a bug saying: « Billing address problem (stateorprovince) » and it‘s impossible to validate your order. Also, Apple Pay doesn’t work either... Sézane please fix that! 🙌🙏

    Why is it so hard to see sizing chart on the mobile website and app? All it says under sizing is “choose your usual size” but given this is a French brand I need to compare to US sizes. I can’t place any purchase without having to chat with someone? That doesn’t seem very efficient.

    The previous version of the app made it clear what items are in stock from your wishlist, now that feature use no longer available. Since it is what I primarily used the app for, it's not as useful anymore. Please bring that feature back! 🙏

    Was trying to make a purchase in the app yesterday when the app crashed on me repeatedly suiting checkout process. After sheer brute force it finally worked but it was painful. Would appreciate a more streamlined checkout process that’s integrated with my account.

    I downloaded this like an hour ago cause i wanted to buy some clothes,and i am still waiting, it just keeps on loadong and loading , i thouht this was a good app , cause by the images i liked it , but when i download it , i just havr to say , its bad , sorry if you can fix it , it will really help me , but if you dont i gotta say noting
