Sep 26, 2022 By z Z RedVeNoM Z zReally great game and only for a buck. I would not sleep on this one. If I remember correctly this game use to be like 5 bucks and I would say it's worth that too. Has all the features you'd want, exploration, leveling, dungeons, a story that's not terrible, plenty of gear, bosses, upgrades, skills and much more I'm sure. My point is this game is far from bare bones so don't let the price fool you or think it's a free to play title for a buck.. it's not. 10/10 more -
A perfect ios experience
Feb 22, 2018 By MoshgraThe battle mechanics are great for one handed or two handed play. I really wish more games would provide the option to change from portrait to landscape view. The dungeons are quick enough to complete when I have an awkward amount of time between my daily activities, but it also has enough depth to keep me occupied for longer play sessions. The story, however, leaves something to be desired, I’m not very far yet and perhaps it opens up, but so far it’s clear that it was written by someone who speaks english as a second language. That being said, it’s much better than other experiences i’ve had. The depth of crafting and purchasing equipment is in that sweet spot of ease for quickplay, but also great for min/maxing when more time is available. I would like to see an optimization for the iphone x, i’ve found that i have a hard time completely enjoying games that haven’t utilized all of the screen real estate. it’s alway in the back of my mind, kind of like when a teacher leaves the mouse pointer on screen during a movie presentation. I nearly passed this one up thinking it would be a plain experience, but i’m glad i didn’t and appreciate what the devs have done here. more -
Jul 22, 2019 By A Google userit is a good game. don't confuse what I'm about to say. the game doesn't fit any mold of the term rogue that I'm aware of. you level up through steady progression, collect loot, and play through set missions and maps. there's no randomized playthroughs, no resetting of certain aspects of progression, no loss of loot, and no randomized dungeons. it's a straight forward turn based game. it's good, but you should purchase the game with this understanding in mind. more -
Nice, just....
Sep 7, 2020 By CuatreroxI like the game, the mechanics are good, the design in really good and the game has the potential to be compelling. The pace of the game is as you decide. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to buy Chrystals in order to advance faster, this could be a trap. And you already paid for the game.. furthermore, crafting is a real pain, is so difficult to find materials, and the way to craft is so confusing. You end up with a lot of material filling your bags and force you to buy more space.... there is no balance....there might be some that met loose interest on the game. Overall is a great game if you are persistent, just be careful not to spend too much..... more -
Sep 28, 2018 By A Google userTop quality production. The game controls as smooth as silk. There are no ads, and no energy system. For a dollar, you can play endlessly. I don't understand the complaints about control. There is tons of loot for equipment, crafting, skills, upgrade your town, etc. The game is worth more than a dollar, obviously, that is just so they don't totally lose their shirts on the cheapskates that expect completely free games. more -
Best rpg played in a while
Apr 15, 2018 By RilavinThis game is great. It moves at the pace you choose to go. Spending money can help but achievement through work is entirely attainable. The characters are good and diverse in ability and skill. The weapon recycling system and upgrade section is wonderful. The only complaint I have is sometimes you have to wait on things like sorting or breaking things down for parts/points. Combining stacks is only possible with their sort button but it can only be pressed once per minute. Kind of annoying to have the cool down when you are trying to sort your bank. more -
Great RPG wish it had a multiplayer aspect
Feb 25, 2018 By Kiruki_TetsuI love the game so far and the dungeon crawling. The way you craft items is fair and makes for a little grinding by going back into old dungeons and killing monsters for materials to make weapons and armor. You can even find recipes from chests that drop after slaying a boss monster. I hope to see some multiplayer aspect in the future maybe PvP or PvE like raids and such would complete the game. There is already a chat system which makes me hopeful, also guilds would be cool or maybe you could form parties with people in the pub and go on raids and quests together. Overall good game! more -
Feb 11, 2022 By JoshuaI saw negatives regarding the controls: these may have recently changed, but the controls actuallydrive this positive review. That combined with a unique fast-paced "turn-based" style makes this a great game so far. I have trouble getting into mobile games, but this one I've sunk a solid 8 hrs of play into (so far), which far exceeds the average. I would give 4 for lack of crafting instruction, but want to offset the score for you guys from what must have been a rough start. more -
Fun but...
Mar 2, 2018 By Dbilz0I really like the gameplay so far. I’m only level 8 so I’m not very deep in the game. Gathering and crafting is a large part of the game which is fun. It would be cool if it didn’t require quite as many items to craft something but that’s ok. I don’t like the fact that I paid for the game up front even though only a dollar and they try to have you pay more for IAP. The IAP are also pretty salty for what you get. I would rather pay $10 up front for the game and not have IAP, I mean it’s a single player game so it’s not like you’re paying to stay relevant with other players. more -
Jun 28, 2020 By Allen RoundsThe game's good. The controls still feel a bit weird but I normally don't play action games on mobile because of the controls are all weird so I may not be a good one to judge. Seems pretty standard controls for action games. I wish if there was a better way to sort what you can and can't craft though. I have recipes but don't know which ones I've unlocked and where to craft them at. That said, the game is fun. Entering combat and the way combat flows is really interesting and well thought out. more

Aug 16, 2020 By Diaga StarFrustrating. Things are poorly explained. The story doesnt make much sense and is missing key information. The crafting and upgrading system gives zero help to figure out how it works. The levels are bland and the same hallway or room in a different orientation. Sep 8, 2019 By A Google userI never write reviews but this one deserves it. In short it's a paid game, with pay to win mechanic. Currently I'm stucked at level 10 with the only quest avilable at level 11 and no way of leveling up other than repeat previous missions or paying to level up skills. And love it when side quest is literally you going through the dungeon and destroying objects. There are no enemies. Just piles if rocks and statues that you have to destroy... more -
Cannot pass first level, game offers ZERO support
Feb 3, 2020 By jbob4242At the end of the first Moretia Mine mission, my character just says “it is suspicious. I should investigate further” when I try to exit the dungeon. Tried googling for answers, and I found someone else with the same problem, but his question remains unanswered as well. I even tried starting over, and got the same result. Considering there is no way to get support from this developer, I’ve basically just wasted my money on this game, because there is no way to progress. Avoid this game, and anything else from these dishonest devs. more -
It’s fun, but...
Mar 11, 2018 By BeoslasherIt’s clearly leaning toward IAP. You buy the game, and then the game expects you to spend money on gems open Rare and Unique chests in dungeons, to reset cooldowns for premium items. The user gets 2 gems per day, but when it’s 100 for a premium item then it seems like a hopeless grind. I find myself losing interest especially as there isn’t an offline way to play. I’m very disappointed as had I known the IAP played so big a part in the game I just would not have purchased it. I think I’ve destroyed more statues and pillars than actually fought things. I hope this game gets fixed! more -
Pay for a freemium experience???
Feb 26, 2018 By LavaFlaminG6Why does a one dollar game have to be built around baiting players into buying freemium "gem" purchases. The second you get into the map the traditional freemium header bar with 0 next to an image of something shiny and a plus sign which links to the in app purchases was definitely not expected in the paid section of the App Store. Only reason for 2 stars is the decent gameplay and visuals but seriously saddening that freemium is even pillaging the paid section of the store now. more -
Grindy, but good core
Aug 17, 2018 By DigitalBlackNice core game, spinel mechanic is horrible...you have to grind low levels to craft high level items? Then after you finish the story you are expected to replay the bosses (still have to play the regular level dungeon) over and over and over and that is the game they want you to play. No new content in months...ever since iphone came out. You have a good core game, get on with the story mode or add ANY new content, let me explore...something other than grinding for items to kill bosses I have already killed a hundred times. more -
Good gameplay becomes grind
Jun 21, 2018 By EI JoeDecent graphics and controls, varying bosses and puzzles. The story is generic and poorly written, but at least the designer is trying. There is even a fairly decent Quest tracker and a chat function. However, the amount of gold, gear, skills, and XP you need to progress means you absolutely have to grind. The only way to minimally shorten the grind? IAPs of course! If you enjoy daily repetition, farming, and working for weeks in order to earn a useful item, you might enjoy playing. But I’m over games like this. more -
Cant play offline....
Mar 1, 2018 By LonelyProphetSo tired of developers creating games that will only work with online servers. Cant enjoy this game on the subway cuz its a deadzone for cellular service. Im forced to play something else and quickly lose interest in this game cuz of this nagging disappointment that in order to play you need to be online. If there was a offline mode then it would be a solid 5 star, just be aware of this fact and save your $ if you were looking for something for BOTH offline and online play. more

Fantastic, so far
Feb 26, 2018 By Games yoAs long as this doesn’t turn into a P2W scenario, this is my new favorite mobile game and a mobile masterpiece. In which case I’d be happy to pay 15-30 bucks a month for a healthy supply of gems to support new content. If it does turn p2w, this review will drop to one star and app gets trash canned with all the other could’ve been great games that suddenly brick wall the players with excessive monetization strategies. Really addicting
Mar 15, 2018 By Bigkenken2548372At first I was contemplating weather to buy the game or not but I thought to myself “Eh, is only 99 cents what the hell.” And bought it. The dungeons are really fun and the story isn’t half bad. Game has a lot to offer for 0.99$ and IAPs don’t effect anything in the game. Just one thing though, PLEASE ADD AN OFFLINE MODE!! The most annoying thing is when I don’t have strong connection to play. An offline mode where online things are disabled would be the only thing missing. All in all, buy this game. more

Pretty good
Feb 28, 2018 By J. mini CricketEntertaining; simple mechanics, you will get plenty of playing time out of this without spending any extra money. If there is a paywall, I vent reached it in a dozen hours of playtime. s Some logistical issues could be improved: knowing which inventory items will give you an improvement should be obvious from your inventory screen- you shouldn’t have to tap on each one—that seems like a no-brainer. Some of the training quests are overly confusing (how do you know which “super-moves” the monster will use? Must be a better, more artful way than trial-and-error! The crafting system isn’t complex, but you shouldn’t need to go to so many places, look up so much just to figure out what you need to craft the items necessary for daily quests- that’s just annoying, as is having to go back to the “pub” to get and turn in quests. Good job, developers, but keep ironing out the kinks, please! more -
Pretty Fun to Play, but not Roguelike
Feb 25, 2018 By BubbacephusThis is an enjoyable RPG-style game. It has all of the features that we have come to expect from an RPG dungeon crawler on iOS, plus a better, more intuitive touchscreen control system than average. It is not, however, a roguelike game. Aside from being turn-based, there are no roguelike features at all. No procedurally generated maps, all items are identified immediately, no permadeath, etc. If you are looking for a solid RPG, this is well worth the buck. If are are looking for a true roguelike, this is not it. more -
Mar 31, 2022 By Val, NIt's a 5 star game untill you finish main campaign. Afterwards, it drops to 3 stars -- it gets too grindy to keep enjoying it for long. You'll be defeating the same bosses over and over for a chance of better gear. There is an option to drop $$ to open loot boxes with better equipment to decrease the grind. Overall: worth playing but don't get too attached. more -
Seasoned RPG
Jun 9, 2018 By CratsbyThese developers have obviously played plenty of RPGs. The battle tactics actually require tact and the skill sets are very customizable so that you can plan out your attack or escape. The storyline is good and simple, as any great RPG is. I also appreciate how giving they are even though it’s not pay to win/play. My only complaint is that there should be more interactive environment like traps or animals. more -
Oct 13, 2021 By Thomas BarrackGreat game!! Only thing is. Gold drops are too low for the requirements of the game to progress, improve, and enhance. Also, it costs money to open the chests with the best gear. Overall it's not that bad, much better than p2w games, but still I think the drop rates for gold and purple equipment could be slightly higher and more common from chests other than crystal chests. Overall great game though. Fun and challenging progression! more -
Nov 23, 2022 By David McKayThis is the best $1 I have spent in a while. Simple, yet detailed gameplay meets decent plot with a well balanced challenged turn-based combat system. Lots of RPG games on mobile are often free, but with horrendous pay walls and often have a story that's more waffle than gameplay - as if they copy and pasted a book and then added a puzzle. This is not that at all. more

Mar 11, 2022 By Dan H (Dumhed)Pretty fun dungeon crawler game. Enjoying it so far. But I will agree with other reviews that the economy is unbalanced to the point that certain game features are barely accessible, like crafting. Even turning basic materials to refined ones (needed for use) costs way more than you can farm gold for. Thus, crafting may as well not be a feature in the game. more -
May 21, 2019 By A Google userit's a really good game with one big flaw: you are forced to play a character. no classes, no customisation. play this dude. that's it. you want to play the archer? still have to pay the warrior. nope. i want to create a character, not to be forced into one. apart from that the animations could be a little better, especially the running animation looks awkward. also the controls could be more responsive. more -
Needs better controls
Mar 9, 2018 By MusiqMysfitGood concept. But it’s just too hard to maneuver around the character on a phone. You have your finger in the middle of the screen trying to drag but you can’t see where you’re going because your finger’s in the way. Then you come up to some goblins that you had no idea were there. Then you’re trying to click to move forward but your character just sits there smashing his shield like an idiot. more -
Jan 20, 2019 By A Google userPretty good RPG.. some poor translation in the text but a great looking game. Love the rogue-like aspect, but.. monsters are too damn easy, loot is prolific, and crafting is difficult due to high resource requirements. It feels very repetative, you're stuck defeating the same monsters over and over again grinding levels in the same place (the mine) until at least level 7. Basically, it has balance issues. Worth getting, as I'm sure that these problems will be resolved. more

If there was a offline mode then it would be a solid 5 star, just be aware of this fact and save your $ if you were looking for something for BOTH offline and online play. more

I hope this game gets fixed! more
