    Mobile credit card processing though small Bluetooth device. Once sale complete can't return to process another payment until times out on small Samsung phone. Ok on medium size phones.

    For iPhone user, recommend blue tooth reader. When you first pair you need connector but afterwards your good to go. App wise, good to be use but.. I’m pretty sure they can do better.

    I've only been using this app for about 2 weeks. I love the convenience of being able to use it wherever I happen to be and I'm not tethered to a phone jack. I also like doing paperless transactions. I get a copy of the receipt emailed to me and I can file it away electronically. I am looking forward to using the inventory function as I have been doing it manually with pen and paper for several years... The only thing I really wish this app did differently is the tip option. I am a hairdresser and my guests regularly tip more than 20%. I've had several people mention that the slider won't let them add a nice whole number to the total. I can bypass that by letting them know if they'd like to leave a tip, I can add it before I run the card, but I find that to be a bit tacky. I'd love an option for the guest to type in the amount they'd like to leave, or for the slider to go all the way to 100%. Other than that, so far, it's a huge improvement over what I was using!

    This app is almost perfect. I like how the itemized e-receipt gets sent to me and the customer instantly. The layout is also very intuitive. I do have my gripes though... The sliding tip scale is set at 0%-20%. Who tips less than 10% on anything? (Its called NOT tipping) And why is the max set at a mere 20%?! In my industry, our customers routinely tip much more than a mere 20%. With this app, they often want to tip more but are not allowed to. Also, the last required step of leaving purchase notes on each transaction is a bit annoying to always have to skip through.

    This is a good app. I like the lower fees then I was paying with the square. I've had some cards not swipe on this though and they do on the square. I'd also like to see an item list option, ie. 1 cd $15, 1 flute $150, and so. This could then be included in the receipt emailed out to the customer. I do weekend shows and having a history report for each day and for that show would be nice. Now I have to keep a manual log to track this. I think a customer would also like to have more detail reminding them what they bought from who? Signatures in the landscape mode is also a must do for them.

    It does what it is supposed to do but is rather unwieldy...if you use it on an iPad, be aware that you will not be able to access your photos.... You just get a black screen. Hopefully, this app will be updated to universal to give it the needed functionality...

    Pictures from my phone and IPad upload perfectly. Love how you can keep inventory on the app. Also love the receipt that it sends to my customer. Shows each item purchased, logo, location of where the purchase took place, link to FB/ twitter/URL. Very cool! Also I have had no issues with the swiper no hand punching in cc numbers so my cost is less. Not to mention, I can build a data base using the email addresses. No issues at all.

    This version is a vast improvement over their previous version. I like how I can add items to inventory on the fly with picture. It has a scanner built in for scanning items from inventory. Unless you have a lot of items,it is easier to pick from the list The receipts now include item pictures and a map of where I made the transaction. This makes it easier if someone disputes the charge.

    Edible company , I don’t recommend to anyone , The beginning nice , but after while they broke the law and charge you as much as they can , I charged one of my client $2,791 , After three weeks they didn’t deposit to my account I gave them my clients phone number , address, and also I sent electronic invoice to this company ,but they never respond , they hold the amount, They don’t want to deposit to my account and also they don’t want to refund to my client account. They said we will do refund in 10 business , but it’s almost one month they didn’t respond , And today they charged me $97 for no reason, They recognize my phone number and they don’t wanna pick up the phone. .... I highly recommend clover go company app. It’s four circle , three green circle , one white.

    I dislike how the tip page comes before the signature part. People click the 'add tip' when they haven't selected one and there is then no way to go back to the tip part and their card has already been charged. I'm missing out on multiple tips because of this and am now looking into different ways to accept credit cards. DEVS, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

    They started to charge me $70 a month instead of the $15 they told me from the start. What's worse is when I fired the company they continued to charge me on a Technicality. There form they emailed me to Terminate service fax number wasn't even a working number. $210 later I found this out. No refund was given & there so called customer service is never around when you need them. There up-date that you have to down load would give your software problem & wouldn't charge people cards afterwards. This happen to many times to me. Very displeased please save your money, time & get another company that actually cares about ripping people off. Don't lose your money to.. Thank

    This app is major step up from standard ROAMpay. It looks and flows much better and includes new features like Tip, tax and sig capture. I love it! There are a couple minor things they can add in future rev, but over all I am very happy with the new app!

    Great app for taking credit card payments on the go. I feel safe knowing the Roampay swiper is encrypted much unlike square or other ones. The upgrades are exactly what I was looking tip, tax, and sig capture. Keep up the great work guys!!

    Overall I like the application. A couple things I don't like. I currently have 8 reps using this in the field and I don't feel safe knowing they can run refunds in the field without my approval. I also wish I could run one report that includes all activity on my account rather than looking at individual accounts. These seem like simple changes but very important to me. I like this ap, but it seems more appropriate for individuals than for companies like mine.

    This program is reliable and easy to use. I've been using it for about four years. I have few complaints about the way it works. When the quality of my cellular connection changes, say from lte to hdpsa or gsm, then i have to logout and restart the program. One problem is it doesn't have an option for taking cheques, just cash or card. Which is understandable: this program was made to take cards, cash is just a bonus functionality. But it would be nice. This program used to have a dialog for giving tips after the signature portion which was awesome, I was making lots of tips. Now if I want a tip I have to ask if they want to give a tip because it's before the card dialog and signature. I am losing tons of money because of this decision. I wish that I was able to send invoices with this program. It lets me store prices for my inventory in there so it would be pretty easy to enable this functionality. All of the one star reviews I presume are fake and intended to draw users away to other card processing apps.

    I really like the app and the features are useful. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to put in my password every single time I open it. The customer support has been great, and I have found it very user friendly. Better than square.

    Overall I like the app. I only wish that the four digit application pin could be used to always open the app. I don't like having to type the password every time I want to use it. Please make the four digit pin available to always login with. Thanks!

    I previously had intuit, and it was a much better app. This does not automatically generate the clients name or email address, so you would have to type it it each time to send them a receipt. It also requires for you to add the tip up front, so you have to ask if they want to add a tip, which is unprofessional to do ( so I'm probably losing money there). Over all this app is ok. Wish that it could function in landscape mode...
