    Touch ID is super helpful- I don’t like logging in each time but that makes it way smoother. I love the fact that I can book an appointment, put it on my phone calendar and set up text and email reminders within 30 seconds. Super convenient

    Why is there still not a text option for clients? There’s a call option but it’s 2021. Everyone texts now. Also, the phone version is very limited. I wish you could make and edit notes on the phone version and require payment or remove require payment for clients.

    The app does what it is supposed to, but the add to calendar button doesn’t work. Also there is no way to add text alerts in the app to an existing booking. Otherwise, it does allow you to book appointments with your barber with no issues and let’s you see your upcoming.

    i use this app to book haircuts, which means i only use it about once a month. pretty much every time i do open it, it asks me to log in, which is really frustrating.

    Searching for a new barber in the city and this app has been the most annoying part of the whole process. It’s not intuitive. I can’t figure out how to view everywhere I am on a “waitlist”. There should be a simple option that whenever you log into your account, you can see all of your outstanding appointments, waitlists, and cancelled appointments. When I log in, it just prompts me to update my profile (which has everything in it already), and when I want to check the status of a place where I’m on a waitlist, it doesn’t just pop up. I downloaded the app in hopes that it would be easier and it seems worse. SO frustrating that the barbers I want to go to use this app. Earlier, I received a notification that a waitlist spot had opened up. Within, LITERALLY, 1-minute I was trying to log in and snag the spot. Couldn’t find it. Couldn’t figure it out. Their online chat support must have been at lunch or something because I was #1 in the queue and it took them 15-20mins+ to respond. By then, it was too late. I actually ended up booking with a different barbershop who doesn’t use this app. They used a similar app but it was a much easier process. REALLY need to improve UX/UI.

    The app does the job of letting me book an appointment but the convenience is almost lost with the lack of features in this app. Every time open the app, I have to log back in which is a big pain and the lack of not being able to see my past appointments would be a really nice feature to have moving forwards.

    ive been trying to reset my password 10 times and don’t get a email response from you to reset it. Nothing in my email or junk email. I have to call the barber shop to send up appointment for them. Please fix this issue ASAP

    This app needs a lot of work , crashes every time you try and view a clients past history, crashes every time you click on a clients profile , and crashes for no apparent reason , someone needs to get on top of this ASAP!!!

    Don’t waste your time trying to figure this app out. “Enter location key” how the hell do you find that?? Also when you click help it goes blank. Maybe the creators brains are blank.

    I downloaded this app because it’s what my barber uses. It is “unable to find location”, no matter what I put in. I’ve tried “town”, “town, state”, and even “zip code”, all to no avail. I will be deleting it and using the old fashioned phone to make an appt. Very sad that this app is such a terrible user experience because the concept is so great! If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
