    Many cities in South America, particularly Lima in Peru, can be challenging to travel across without transport. Buses come in especially handy because they can help get you to your destination quickly and while keeping you safe. Luckily, Peru is a reasonably cheap place to visit so a bus fare will probably only cost you the equivalent of 2 or 3 bucks.

    Services are good, but the offers system like GPAY coupons doesn't applies to my bills for some reason and that's annoying. Rest all, everything is great, when they say it's primo, it really means they are premium than others, in many possible ways.

    I find redbus as a company that is interested only in making money but not to make sure customers get the money’s worth . I booked a ticket via redbus on SRM transport in a volvo multi axle bus for 840/ ticket. 4 hours prior to the travel SRM called me saying the bus is canceled due to breakdown and they shifted me to a sleeper bus on 760/ticket. Neither did SRM bother to refund the difference nor redbus works . Every time I call redbus to complain regarding this my call goes on waiting for 20minutes and gets disconnected. Pathetic to see such companies thriving in our country.

    Boarding Time change without informing the user. I book tickets today at 1745 but they just change it without my consent. I only know it after i calling them, not they calling me the customer. I feel terrible as customer, as how they service the customer like this. I really disappointed and probably will never using it again.

    Worst service , the bus operator number provided was invalid the contact they provided was unreachable. The bus location was not tracking properly. Fortunately I did not miss the bus. But the experience was horrible !! My actual rating is -10 . Pathetic.

    Typo: “Singin” instead of “Sign In” on homepage Payment: Amex not accepted but the error message does not tell you this. It’s only when you switch to the website to pay that you are told this. Processing: Handshake gets dropped so even though payment has been taken, the bus seats don’t get purchased. Had to call up customer service to resolve this.

    Horrible costumers service I had booked a ticket and the operators took us in a antique traveller van for 100kms then we had our bus. But the details was not shown in the booking app. When I called the customer care to Register a complaint on the same the representative mercilessly said can't help. What kind of service are you providing. Poor, disaster

    They have worst service ever in the bus industry. I was told by red bus team that i will get refund for my ticket once i book another ticket. Then again they said you will have to complete your journey. And after completing my journey, they said they can not refund. Customer service of red bus is worst. They even wont listen you. Better go for paytm bus or any other bus service.

    Providing very cheap service. Got traveller instead of bus, all the parts of bus are either broken or making sound. No space to sit properly. No space for luggage. Bus driver is asking anyone to sit anywhere. When contacted redBus customer care, agent not giving proper reply and trying to end the conversation by giving vague answers.

    I recently traveled twice in 4 days. On both occasions, the app showed that I boarded the bus an hour before I actually boarded!! Also, payment fails so frequently and then that seat is blocked.

    Worst customer care service, they are not at all professional and we won’t get any help from them. Worst payment gateway and reschedule option won’t work at all it keep on fails and ended up to push to cancel the ticket.

    There is no negative rating. Worst customer service ever. Concern not addressed at all. Tried contacting customer support via app and via social media. Still concern not addressed, they don't give a damn about your concern once trip is completed. Better go for other applications rather than Redbus.

    The app works great and is a good one, overall. But my biggest concern is that the seat map of sleeper bus is not clear. When one wants to book side by side lower berths in the same cube, he/she may actually end up booking adjacent seats but in adjacent cubes. Web version on the other hand shows the partitions clearly.

    The app was better in giving necessary info...Had a better travelling experience...1st time by redbus ....safest journey...loved alot....but got dissapointed by customer service....they changed the boarding point n had no intimation.... I used to call frequently to know the boarding point......finally I boarded on time....it's better to improve customer service .....Had a good experience 👍

    They charge us service charges extra and service don't provide it! One you book ticket then you are your own to board the bus and if any problems you got like delay, cancel bus or any then it's not their concern! I am raising issue since last month regrading my travel even escalated issue, nothing is happening.

    Redbus app is quite good & convenient for booking bus tickets, but I'm NOT AT ALL HAPPY/SATISFIED with redbus's ticket booking "Convenience Charges", as they are charging a bit high for every booking which doesn't sounds convenient. Hence If redbus is reading this review, then they should seriously look/revise their extra booking charges which we have to pay every time while booking the tickets, and discourages us to use redbus service very less or to book bus tickets directly from the operator.
