Feb 20, 2021 Before having today's update, I was able to run this app on my device comfortably. But when I updated almost 7 hours back, I can't even open the app from then. After loading the front page, it shows like- "Your device is not compatible with the real research app....." This is to inform- I'm using a smartphone of android version 10. Please, have a look for solving this issue ASAP. Thanksmore -

Feb 16, 2021 It's overall good app but they don't look up into your problems properly. Customer service is unable to get solution of my problem even if I emailed them. I forget the my passcode for transaction of TNC but they need the current passcode for creat new. How can I get it if I forget it? And they told me that we can't do anything about it and sorry. What kind of customer support is this? They can't even send me link in email to reset the passcode.more -
Worst app ever
Feb 4, 2021 App just worked 1 day only since the past 30 days that I have had the app installed. Either the message shows that app is unavailable due to some upgrade going on background or some garbage alert informing that they are working to remove fake accounts. Worst part is that for both kind of alerts, you can only exit the app and not close it and use the app further. Till date I have not received a single survey to participate. Also, in the profile I had mentioned that I am from India but all the questions asked in the KYC series had content and brands from USA! No sign up bonus was given too. Looks like a scam app to get user data only to sell it for money. Overall worst app I have seen ever. Uninstalled!more -

Jan 6, 2021 I downloaded the app yesterday, I opened my account, I did all my kics and today when I open it it gives me a notice that I must have an update to be able to enter again, then it does not work. Very bad app. -

What is the meaning of this app. Also no referral reward is given, everytime i refer people, it comes with new referral link for me. This is a cheating method. Feb 19, 2021 I had the app on my phone until it suddenly disappeared. Before then, your survey wouldn't enable me move to level 3. When the app disappeared, I went back to download again, only for the app not to install again.

What’s Subpar
Everything was good until they didn't give an option to reset WALLET PASSCODE. Many people forgot their passcode and you don't have a way to reset it? Lol. We don't want such security which cause monetary loss. Please bring a way to reset it.
