Real Drum: electronic drums

I’ve been using this app for about 3-4 years now. It has gotten so much better over time. I love the new kits that are added on a weekly basis, and the ability to create custom kits. It’s a fluid app that’s simple and very easy to use. However, one gripe I have about this app is that there are so many ads. It’s the same ad over and over again. It pops up every time I change a kit entirely, as well as when I try to change the individual pads. And even worse, it’s $1.99 a month to eliminate the ads and get all the loops. This is what I don’t understand at all. When I first started using this app, it was only a one time payment of $1.99. I guess with the expansion of the app over the years this is to be expected? But I still don’t think 1.99 a month is reasonable. Of course, this is just my subjective experience, and some may have less ads, and have no problem with paying monthly to get rid of them. I realize ads are used to support the developer, so if there’s no way to stop them without the $1.99 monthly payment, (and before putting device on airplane mode, 😂) that’s perfectly ok. All in all, one of the best drum apps out there.

the best drum app I found so far there's a lot you can do to tweak the sounds the only thing that really sucks is when you have headphones on so you can really feel the kick of the bass drum and you have the volume at acceptable level all the sudden and add kicks in at twice the volume and blows your eardrums out. I don't understand how that is good advertising it makes me hate whoever's ad it is. well known that excessively loud music with headphones or earbuds and can cause permanent damage

This is actually really, I have drums in my pocket now, and can play then whenever I’m board. But recently I can’t open the app and play them. When I open up the app, it takes to the drums like usual, but when I tap them they don’t move or make sound. I have deleted the app, and then reinstalled it again and then seems to work, but when I close the app and go back to it, it doesn’t work again. This might be just me and my iPhone is just stupid, but what ever, this is the best drumming app I can find, so it’s s sham I can’t play them right now.

Great app! However, I have one big complaint: the latency is REALLY high. It's like 300 milliseconds (this number seems to change randomly after I close and open, or update it, and is sometimes like 100 milliseconds or less). If this is fixed, I'll change my review to a five-star reiview. If you want to hear the latency, tap your fingernail on the screen -- Edit: this issue has been fixed

Suggestions: 1. A way to hide the panel in the corner, I always hit record accidentally 2. Preview option when changing pads. Finding a new sound is tedious. 3. Adjustable Background Audio and support for YTMusic bc the existing is too low. Still the most responsive, expansive, and polished drum app on any marketplace. Every free second I have goes to it. Get studio monitors! Anyone complaining about latency: It's your phone. Hardly any lag on my S20.

So let me get this straight. Downloading kits involve ads? Bruh they are not good to support them. And OH MY GOD I DONT PLAY GUITAR! So I know you want us H.U.M.A.N.S to download this app and support the adds we watch. Listen to this,” Hey! You wanna play guitar?Yousician Is the best app to download and its FUNNNNNN.” WOWW so you call that a nice ad to support. Excuse me developers I don’t take take take all these ads I get into IM NEVER GOING TO GET OVER IT. Okay now let’s talk about the good news. So you know all these people out there who love drums and HATE Ads? Well, I found out a way to get away from them. Either Opera GX, Or… Reseting the app and then getting back and then sometimes you might get lucky. It only works if you do it at the right time probably five seconds from now but luckily, it does let you get away from the ads. Wk grab some coffe sum snacks get to practicing don’t worry about the ads situations that glitch is here for you

The audio quality is good and there's potential, but the biggest issue with this app is the delay between the tap and the sound. I've been playing drums for well over a decade and thought this would be a fun way to play when I'm away but I can't get into it because it's so hard to keep time on here. UPDATE: the issue seems to stem from using Bluetooth. Without wireless headphones, there's no delay and the app is great. But with Bluetooth headphones, there's too much delay.

I love this app but I have a problem that I think is a pretty big one. This has been going on for a couple months now and I think it needs to be addressed. I went to choose a song from my music, but when I clicked on it, it crashed. (Meaning the song). Also, this app crashes horribly on my IPhone 7 Plus. Every time I open it I can only touch the screen and then it just crashes. Otherwise, this is a simple nice app that just needs a couple things fixed.

It just stopped giving anysound but I can still hear the conmercials. Before that it would cut out and mess up my recording when it would otherwise be perftect. That's pretty annoying because I like the selections of styles and the graphics. There is something for just about every genre. I enjoyed using it until it stopped working. I hope the bugs get fixed soon.

I am learning to play the guitar and so I need an app like this to help me record backing drum tracks for my practicing. I like the fact that you can see the parts and PLAY THEM and actually listen to the different sounds of the drum set...GREAT. What the app does not offer me, is the chance to place those sounds in a certain order, combine sounds and record the sequence and actually be able to use it as a backing track for your guitar learning. As it is, I see no practical use for it.

I think that this game is great but it’s not the best. I think that they should teach you more about the 🥁 and Not just let you play. I myself like to write music and I’m trying to find the right be to go with it but the thing is they don’t teach you enough about the drums to where you were able to find the right beat or anything like that. But the good things about this is you are still able to find the right beat just as you have to had had it for a while. I honestly think that is a very great app there’s just a few little things that I hope you fix. Some people might not agree with me but that’s just what I think.

I like this app but there are waaaaay to many ads. I am fine with ads to support the developers but it's just too many. You play for a min and then get 30 sec ads. It's hard to keep motivated with so many interruptions. This is the second time I've downloaded this and the second time I'm uninstalling. I hope this issue is resolved in the future.
