    After years of muddling through frustrating apps for RR, this new app is a wonder. It took me to the exact page I most frequently use... delivery info. The app makes adding products so much easier than previous versions. To say I love home water delivery is an understatement. The brands, bottle varieties and flavor choices makes drinking water fun and interesting. Each family member gets to choose their favorite product each month. Best of all, we no longer have to lug heavy water through a store when it’s simply dropped at our door.

    I have had ReadyFresh for over a year and their service and products are great. But their website... not so much. They have made some improvements to it but it’s still a little clunky. This app was desperately needed and I am so happy it’s finally here! I often change my quantity of delivery items or my delivery dates and frequency and this app will make that much easier than on the website. Everything is there so easy to see and find! Products. Dates. Invoices. 🥳

Easy to find previous invoices/payments! I have been a customer for 2 years and never liked the website. Service has always been good but now I can now proudly recommend to friends because of the ease of this app!

    I am so surprised that there are so many 5 star reviews. The products are fine but the app and website are very frustrating to use. I have a stack of 4 sports cap bottled water cases because they keep sending them although I was under the impression that I stopped the service. When I go to the website, it says that I have no future deliveries and it says my last delivery was in December but I have the water and the email showing I got a case in March. And I have no other choice but to pay because it’s on autopay. Maybe somehow there are two accounts under my name? I called about this before yet I continue to get the unwanted cases. I don’t even drink that type of water anymore and we now get the sparkling water from the store. I would love to get it through the website or the app but it doesn’t allow me to update or change my order. The website is clunky and unclear. I’m unable to log into the app. Every time I put my credentials in, I just get an error message. You would think such a large company would be able to improve and streamline their IT issues. I have been experiencing these insufficiencies for many years.

    Garbage supposed to come out to the same amount right as long as you don't upgrade your plan .. so how did I go from 34$ to 200$ would not recommend to anyone .

    I wish more than anything this service worked better than it does. I don’t have a problem with the product or the the delivery. All the product arrives on time with lots of notifications allowing you to manage a better time or postpone if prior engaged. My problem is mainly with the app itself and the website itself, which is a big problem. Both the app and website run at a snails pace and almost make them both impossible to navigate and manage. The fact that literally every time I have attempted to change product or change product delivery dates for future orders is met with an error message on both the app and the website has made me lose patience and interest in continued service. My advice is to fix your app and website , if the interface your customers use to purchase your product doesn’t work , you will never sell your product.

    It won't let me sign in. Everytime I put in my password and username, it says incorrect password and username! Please fix UPDATE... I still haven't had this resoved. I keep the app updated in hopes that magically it will work. Starting to see the app is pointless!

    How about instead of telling everyone to call you if they continue to have problems which you already see they are continuing to have problems why make them go through more hoops when you can look at all the reviews and know you have a problem without hearing from anyone again! Just fix the damn app!

    Log on with my password. The app tells me I have to update my password before I can login. I reset my password, then able to Log in via the website. Went back to the app with the new password. Same problem. I went back to the website, it told me this is the first time with this email address. I have to register. I enter my email address, the site told me an account is already associate with this email. I went back to logon, got the same error prompting I have to register. It’s like wack-a-mole. I finally gave up and will call customer service instead. I am happy with the water service. I am frustrated with the apps. Please fix it.

    I received a suggestion that when entering my email address a phantom space my appear at the end of the email. There is no such phantom space. And my credentials still do not work. I also see from the reviews I am not the only one with this issue. I have no confidence that changing my credentials on the web site, which continue to work, will solve this issue. And I don’t have time to do that. There is an issue with the app, pure and simple. I can use my credentials on the website to log into my account with no problem. However, using the same credentials on the app tells me that my credentials are not correct. I know they are. Very disappointing.

    App works fine. I have a Droid and have no problems accessing my account, viewing my invoices, updating my payment method, changing delivery dates, adding items for delivery, etc.: all is a breeze with this app! Works much better on my phone than the desktop site. Thanks!

    Can schedule future deliveries. Easy to manage. App is a little laggy at times which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it's worth it. Glad I have it.

    App is useless. I can't deduct from your delivery, you can only add. If you want to reduce, you have to call ReadyFresh. There is no feature to contact ReadyFresh from the app. You are directed to the website to do that. I have their number, I don't need an app. You can't schedule bottle pickup from the app. Basically, you can place an order or cancel an order. Nothing else.

    This app is so frustrating ..whenever I go on it freezes immediately and I have to shut it down and try to restart. Can never do anything I want on the app ..have to go to my web browser to get things done.
