    After years of muddling through frustrating apps for RR, this new app is a wonder. It took me to the exact page I most frequently use... delivery info. The app makes adding products so much easier than previous versions. To say I love home water delivery is an understatement. The brands, bottle varieties and flavor choices makes drinking water fun and interesting. Each family member gets to choose their favorite product each month. Best of all, we no longer have to lug heavy water through a store when it’s simply dropped at our door.

    Can schedule future deliveries. Easy to manage. App is a little laggy at times which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it's worth it. Glad I have it.

    I have had ReadyFresh for over a year and their service and products are great. But their website... not so much. They have made some improvements to it but it’s still a little clunky. This app was desperately needed and I am so happy it’s finally here! I often change my quantity of delivery items or my delivery dates and frequency and this app will make that much easier than on the website. Everything is there so easy to see and find! Products. Dates. Invoices. 🥳

No more dealing with the outdated clunky website that never remembers my information no matter how many times I ask it to. I’m thrilled by this new development for your brand.     Using the app is so much easier than going directly to the site. It would take me about 15 minutes to add anything to my order. Using the app it took about 2 minutes. Thank you, Ready Refresh, for the app.

    Thre app is useless. Displays a December delivery date (it's January). Won't let me update, edit, change anything about delivery. Had to go to the website to make changes
  • Log in Credentials don’t work Dec 15, 2020

    I received a suggestion that when entering my email address a phantom space my appear at the end of the email. There is no such phantom space. And my credentials still do not work. I also see from the reviews I am not the only one with this issue. I have no confidence that changing my credentials on the web site, which continue to work, will solve this issue. And I don’t have time to do that. There is an issue with the app, pure and simple. I can use my credentials on the website to log into my account with no problem. However, using the same credentials on the app tells me that my credentials are not correct. I know they are. Very disappointing.

    App is useless. I can't deduct from your delivery, you can only add. If you want to reduce, you have to call ReadyFresh. There is no feature to contact ReadyFresh from the app. You are directed to the website to do that. I have their number, I don't need an app. You can't schedule bottle pickup from the app. Basically, you can place an order or cancel an order. Nothing else.

    Terrible app. If I want to set up the account have to go to the website but customer service told me the I could do it on the app itself. Was with Palomar water before they sold to Ready refresh. Very disappointed so far.

    Log on with my password. The app tells me I have to update my password before I can login. I reset my password, then able to Log in via the website. Went back to the app with the new password. Same problem. I went back to the website, it told me this is the first time with this email address. I have to register. I enter my email address, the site told me an account is already associate with this email. I went back to logon, got the same error prompting I have to register. It’s like wack-a-mole. I finally gave up and will call customer service instead. I am happy with the water service. I am frustrated with the apps. Please fix it.

    They keep changing my monthly bill and when I go into the app to check why there’s always a glitch even when I delete the app and re-install. It’s annoying to change credentials when it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Please fix the bug!!

    It seems that the app would be convenient if I were able to make changes within the app. I still had to go through the website to make changes to my delivery. Willing to update my review when this is no longer an issue.

    Frozen This app always freeze. I can't navigate through it because its always frozen. Its been frozen on the home page for the past week now.
