    Haven't used Mobile ordering yet, no location near me is accepting it. However, on my device (Galaxy S20FE on Android 11) the app icon doesn't exist. It's just the generic icon. Please fix.

    It’s very easy to use, and I particularly liked that I could go back and change the pickup time before finalizing the order. And of course, it gets me Canes deliciousness faster. :) Only suggestion is that the location tracker is perhaps too sensitive. I live fairly close to the restaurant and put in an order for a set time (about 45m later) with the tracking option on. But as soon as a picked up my phone a little later, the app thought I was approaching the restaurant.

    Seems to work fine, no crashes or bugs seen so far. It gets three stars from me because you cannot order exactly as you want. I like to get no slaw AND no toast to get double fries but that’s not an option. Please add that in, because if not, there’s no reason for a lot of people to use the app at all.

    I noticed that almost everyone is claiming the app is broken because their Canes isn’t on the app however not every location is using the app just yet. Only certain Cane’s locations are using the app and that’s why not all locations appear.

    The app wouldn't process my order. Is not fully developed. It's missing appropriate app icon. Looks like malware. Using a default android pre made app icon. Don't get me wrong food is good but the app is not as good. It needs an update with better experience and a raising chains icon. And actually process orders.

    Every time I try to sign in/sign up for an account the page always refreshes and I have to put in my information all over again. I can’t even fill out most of the information fast enough because it refreshes too quick and it’s slow to input text on the information boxes and trying to move to the next information box. I haven’t ordered anything on the app yet. I heard about the app from a promotional email from Cane’s and thought it would be a good idea to at least have an account set up for when I plan to order. I did read a few reviews before the app installed on my mobile device and already knew it was going to be bad, but not being able to even set up an account was a bummer. Hopefully they fix this app soon.

    Software needs to communicate with restaurant systems for queue. I placed my order and got a time to pick up but it was not ready for another 20 minutes.

    Takes way longer to get your food through the app compared to just going through the drive through! Waited 30 minutes for my food!

    I’ve used the app twice. The first time when I arrived to pick up my order I was told they never received it. I showed them the confirmation email and was told I did not do the final step. Then why did I receive the confirmation email stating they received my order? Tonight thinking the first time was my error I place an order using the app. When I arrived I was told my order was lost. I was told they saw the order arrive on the screen and then it disappeared. Once is a fluke, twice is a reason rate the app and warn others it is not reliable.

    The app may still be in early stages of release, I'm not surprised if not many restaurants don't support the app yet. But where it does work, it works very well. Don't be fooled by all the 1-star reviews, they mostly say that it doesn't show any locations, and it does show some now, and I'm sure any issues will be fixed in the future, hopefully soon. Great app, great food!

    I love Raising Cane's so not going to badmouth the app, but it's true that not everyone will be able to find "their" restaurant to make an app order. Please read in the app under "about this app". For whatever reason, they just don't offer app orders at very many locations, but several are coming soon and, hopefully, more after that. Be patient... who knows why but it's clear they aren't fully equipped yet to do this everywhere. I'll carry on with the drive thru.

    Wow!! After the feedback from the community, They update the app and it's looks super modern and clean! It also keeps me logged in and added a favorite section to save my previous order. I love it!!! Thanks for listening Raising Canes Dev Team! Bravo!!! Only concern I have now is: -Raising Canes locations and the location staff seem to not have a standard unified approach on how to fufill mobile orders for in store pickup as well as Curbside.

    To me it’s no point in having an app with no reward system to reward the customer for their time and money. Canes drive thru is already fast so the only advantage would be a few minutes at most. A rewards system similar to chick Fil a or even Whataburger would be GREAT!

    What's the point of an app when you can't order past 11pm? If the location is open until 1am you should be able to set your pickup time to 12:45am at the earliest since a customercan drive up at 12:59am and usually still be served. I've had too many places screw up my order at the drive through so prefer to order via app so I can customize it and get it in writing how I want it.

    From previous reviews, it is getting better at customizing, but it is still not there. It is missing options to say no salt on fries and to switch the too spicy cane's sauce for the heavenly honey mustard. To be fair, I do that every time at drive through and still get the wrong sauce half the time. Also, upon sign up, it mentioned a caniac club card, which I had no idea existed, but there's no option to sign up for one or directions where/how to do so.

    I understand the app is new but please update it with a feature letting employees know when you're at the restaurant waiting to pick up your order. I waited 20 minutes before anyone even realized I was out there and because it was lunch time there were roughly 20 cars ahead of me. I had to call to let them know I even placed my order which they told me "wasn't set to priority". They moved it up the list and brought it quick which was nice but this should be a standard feature!

    Signing up was a bit of a pain as there was no “Next” button to go to the next field. Can enter your Caniac card number but no way to display it at the store for in-person ordering. How is this still not a thing!? Pretty much every other restaurant with a loyalty program has a virtual card. Needing a physical card is ridiculous.

    Unfortunately until you open the app and login do you find out that mobile orders are not available in your area. I would think that in the world we live in currently that this would have been a priority of getting restaurants online. That is one major issue.

    I thought I was the only one who had this bug where the app doesn't show you any of the locations near you even when there is one. I have a Raising Cane's literally 10 minutes away from me and when I type in the restaurant's address it doesn't pop up; it tells me 'there are no Raising Cane's restaurants near you.' PLEASE, PLEASE fix this obvious error AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I will even take back this review and rate this app five stars if the issue is fixed. Because clearly it’s not working right now.
