Kids can hack it
We have utilized Q for a few years now on both of our teens (13 & 15 years) iso phones. My husband & I both have the parent end of the app on our phones, it’s nice for both of us to be able to oversee their activity & set controls as needed. Overall we have been very satisfied with the ability to monitor, steer & hold our kids accountable, which would be near impossible to do otherwise. Thank You Q I did give 4/5 stars because..... our oldest has figured out how to go in & shut off the daily time allotment we set for her, which is 4 hours. This takes place on the parents end of the app. I even frequently update my password, we are unsure how she is doing this. She has also gone in & shut off location services and few times when she’s being sneaky. So it is not entirely child proof from their end of things. Overall though it is a fantastic app when it comes to keeping a finger on your child’s pulse. -
Good++. Have been using 3 yrs. Lots of features to adjust depending on: child, parent, device, app, content. Helping us learn healthy limits on media. Glad to have peace of mind with content blocking. Making adjustments adding more or less time is easy. It would be nice to have closing notification options rather than closing abruptly (5/10 min etc). It would be nice to adjust a couple devices, days, apps at the same time rather than each individually.Helps us have good discussions for family safety.

Great overall
It is a great application, but not allowing parents to be able to have a pin to open the app just makes it frustrating. Kids often may have our phones for various reasons and can get into the app and make changes. For me, only way to prevent this is by logging out and logging in every time which makes it cumbersome. -
Very Expensive and disappointing. I use this app to get a degree of control over my 16yo's screen time. Unfortunately the Restricted Times screen is very primitive with a poorly implemented color block system and only works in 1 hour blocks. Not only that but reaching the screen is unintuitive as the user has to find the button at the bottom of the screen to open the list of 'rules' available. I would not recommend this app. Poor value for the money, even when discounted!

This is a great app and responsive. It does what I need it to.. mostly. It would get a 5/5 if it had the following features: a) application categories b) the ability to block applications (or categories) during certain times of the day (like during school) c) mute pc audio and microphones on locking (I made a task schedule that does this when his account locks) My only work around for games during school is to limit the their time, but then the kiddo could just play games for half of school.

Super easy to set up scheduled times for my child to use all functions of her device easily, and restrict distracting apps during times when she is supposed to be focused on her online schooling. I get reports of her screen time and the apps she installs. I can see what she is doing on her device

Its a good app keeps track with updates on what my child has been doing on the phone. I set time's and block stuff i don't want my child to dl. Overall I would recommend. You can also upgrade if your want more control.

So far so good. Consider easy to understand and use. Hopefully, the time limit setting could be easier rather than setting separately (day by day), it can be set up by a daily, weekly, or monthly basis

Work fast
Well, even when it was not working perfectly sometimes, I can give 5 stars because they are there to help me super-fast with the issues that I had, and now I can see all my kids are doing on their phones and check their locations too, it is really good for me, obviously not for them -
helpful
This app is great and enjoy its functions. However, I have been trying for the last three days to change the restricted time and it keeps say “something went wrong please try again”. I made for the premium upgrade but this matter isn’t getting resolved in a timely manner

Excellent app to manage screen activity for my kid. Only problem I face is when I want to block a particular app for limited time only, I need to do it manually - there is no option to schedule that. Other than that, it's working very well for me

Pretty good and we have the free version. One issue I'm having is not being able to copy and paste in specific website URL in the Web filtering tab under Exemptions... this makes it impossible to add any as these codes can obviously be really long.

A little disappointed
This app is not as user friendly as I had hoped. The Time Blocker does not work. I thought “this is great. I can set the times of day that I approve and magically at bedtime she would be locked out.” Not so. She can still get into everything and not only that, unless I block browsers, she can look for new apps. I finally found how to lock the device and that did work but it should not be so hard to figure out.....and no contact information......and it’s not that cheap. Takes a lot of work to get this do what I expect of it.
