Update: still a 1 star review. The below issue was addressed. However, with the change to 4 Streams the check in part is functionally useless. The list under Emotions are not actually emotions so it's useless. This app is no longer useful in recovery. The app no longer loads. Says my 30 day trial had expired. I have no idea if I can use the app to track check-ins. Disappointing.

Been a long time user. First installed in 2016. I completely dislike the emotional options while checking in. You should be able to check your feeling without your energy. If this doesn't change i may uninstall.

Couldn't even get it started. Registered three times, and when I tried to login, it said there was no record of my email. Also, to input your birthday, you have to keep hitting the arrow button to go to a different month. Took over 270 taps to get to the right date! That is very poor UI design!

I paid for subscription, my account didn't change to premium and after contacting them twice they haven't responded... Poor customer service and boggy system. Unpleased.

They WONT communicate with me
Ever since i’ve had a problem playing the video section of the app, the communication from RTribe is non existent. The one time I had a quick Responce was when they said we received your feedback and we will circle back around and reconnect with you. We’re working on it. That was many months ago at this point and I’ve made many more attempts to ask why my videos(which I had to pay for), won’t play. When I try to play them, the RTribe app crashes. Shuts down. I would be disappointed if they were free and Rtribes communication with me was this bad, but I actually paid multiples time the fee of $9.99 and so there are many reasons why this is inexcusable. Again, many months have gone by and there has been no Responce from RTribe, and the app has not improved.

Not enough support
There are some good things about the app. Loved the fingerprint passcode and the victory badges. But ultimately unless you pay for counseling there is nothing else truly helpful. The community chat part doesn’t work at all. It gives you a dozen or so suggested people to anonymously friend and then supposedly you can reach out to this people when you feel triggered. But I friended everyone they ever suggested and no one accepted. So this community probably isn’t big enough to make the features actually useful. I couldn’t see paying $40 a week for one reassuring but generic chat message a from a random counselor. They weren’t instant either. -
Since this app has updated. I lost all my purchased vidoe. How do I get it back ?? Please tech team respond to me.
