    Dear QFX Team kindly update the points and Goji points It's had watched House full 4 and Frozen 2 where as I booked the tickets from mobile and took the tickets on counter. Over all 8 tickets had been taken The counter person said the point will be automatically updates but it's been 15 days for Housefull 4 and 4 days for Frozen 2 still not yet credited Kindly check and solve the matter. Thanks

    App is very glitchy. It doesn’t work more than it does. Often times it shows no theatres at all. When you reserve a seat through app, and later go back in to show at box office it shows you haven’t reserved anything, and then after you haven purchased the very seat you reserved(with no help from the app) the app sends you a notification saying you only have a little while to purchase your ticket.

    What in the hell is wrong with this app. First it doesn't show anything so I reinstall the app. Soon enough I can't log in to my account. I changed my password from online site but still it doesn't let me sign in. This is the worst app even when working, you cannot buy tickets online if the traffic is a little high.

    App should be updated like your website time and again. It was updated 2Y ago, and now it has gone glitchy. Try to make it user friendly and less glitchy as possible.

    There is serious bug in goji login system. I have registered goji loyalty account and activated. But the qfx system is not allowing me to buy or reserve tickets and says 'Please register and configure Goji account for ticket purchase' even after I have synced goji account. I have tried in mobile app too. It didn't allow me to login to my own goji account and says 'Already a goji registered user' Is that a right error message to be displayed while logging in? Does it make any sense?

    Useless, don't even bother. Won't let me sign up. Plus worst customer service. Been trying to call for straight 3 days for a booking, nobody answers or the line is busy. Tried to book online, wont even let me sign up neither on the browser nor through this app. Lot of glitches. Not happy at all.
