    I loved using PureChat. I would highly recommend switching to the pro version as texts were the only consistent way that I would not miss chats. The notifications are excellent as well and the UI is easy to use and intuitive. Customer support is responsive and helpful and the whole system is not too expensive for the functionality that you get.

    Failing to deliver in time when the costumer is trying to reach you. The notifications are coming 30 minutes later or not at all !!!

    I missed all the notifications, when the app isn't running and device hace internet access. Even I got the notification for the chat after half of of an hour. Something wrong with the connection and notification.

    Found the app totally useless as it has failed to work every time when I tried it from my web site. Why a one needs to fill in a form in order to start chatting? Why can't it just be like any other messenger when you "type and send"?... Wouldn't recommend. The reason I'm Writing this review is that I again got a notification that someone has tried to reach me out through the app and couldn't. I couldn't log in as well due to a constant "oh no, something has gone wrong on our end"...

    This app is horrible, it fails to stay logged in so I just don't get messages anymore. I get an error that flashes by so quick you can't read it then I have to log out and log back in to get anything to work. This happens so much that it is basically worthless because I don't know when it stops working so I just don't get notifications until I manually open the app and see it won't login and go through the above process. It has been doing this for 4 months, ever since we started using it.

    This app drives my sales. It gets the conversation started with the customer. Customers still like to have interaction with the people they buy from at least on bigger ticket items. I think a lot of my customers call me or email me or chat with me to make sure that I really am there and not some website that was created and then forgotten by someone. We've all seen that kind of website. I believe that there is a larger piece of the market for you if you are willing to interact with your customer

    stopped working. white page with error on two different servers when connecting with shopify and didn't show up on websites. but now it's working again. love this app. i hope it will continue working. thanks

    After login for some time (without using it for a while) when I open the app back it won't allow me to connect to my account and I was force to logout and login again. (I try to click connect but it won't go through and keep on giving me the same page)

    It's a good app but it keeps logging you out and very difficult to log in. The only time you'll notice this situation is when there's is an incoming chat and you will end up missing it and losing customers. Kindly try to work on that for us Thank you

    So, the interface on this chat app is great and everything... Only, it doesn't generally do a good job of connecting in real time. Very often I'll see the chat default to a contact box, even when I'm staring at the app open on my phone. That's just unreliable.

    The same issue as lots of other reviewers. Sometimes this app works fine but most of the time you don't get any notification what so ever and they respond with the same "canned" response. No I am NOT using any power saving features. You will miss lots (most) of chats using this!

    Mobile app is the worst I have ever used. We miss 90% of our incoming live chats from our website. Best part is on their website "live chat" never has anyone live. I am on the paid version too. Not worth it. Online dashboard works good. Currently looking at new live chats.
