  • Good app. Makes it easy to pay my bills. Feb 14, 2018

    Glad an app for PSO finally got released. Looks like the long wait was because it’s a high quality utility app. So far, so good. Polished and works well. Definitely better than the Georgia Power app I used before I became an Oklahoma resident. Anyways, I haven’t had any problems paying my bills or looking at usage.

    I like this app however one of the main reasons I go to your website is to look at my energy usage. I enjoy being able to see my usage day by day and i really wish this app would support that otherwise it’s not bad.

    Everytime I try to log on it says oops. It's a good thing I'm already on auto pay or I would be in trouble. This app used to work great but over the last few months it stopped working. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

    I activated my PSO account the last week of April and still have not been able to log into the app, but I never have an issue logging into my account in the web browser. This should be fixed and soon seeing as how it has been an entire month since I have been having problems. There’s no telling how long this issue has been happening.

    Doesn't work half the time, Never tells you why you can't make your payment until it's about to be cut off. Still have to call and talk to a recording what a wastein communication.

    I’ve called their support line multiple times and was told the issue would be escalated to their app team without resolution. No login issues with their website. App team appears too far removed from support. Most likely poor devops interweave.

    Extremely easy app in which to check how much usage you have up-to-date, file service claims, or initiate service calls. Also it's easy to report outages, specific to your immediate area. you can pay bills and do just about anything else that you could possibly do inside of a store, paying station, or any other venue of payment. also allowing you with many opportunities in ways in which to pay and you can also set up any type of payment arrangement, all from the app.

    Amount due is almost never correct - either wrong amount or a negative amount. Better to do it through the website - which unfortunately has horrible UI but atleast the amounts are accurate.
