Outstanding
Jul 8, 2018 I have used this app for about 4 years. I have many task that I need to accomplish each day. I have tried many methods and apps on my iPad. This app is the most well thought out and implemented GTD (Getting Things Done) application that I use. The iOS version is an OUTSTANDING application. The iOS app offers synchronization (requires a subscriptrion) with my Mac OS app and the Web Version. It is all seamless. If you can’t afford the subscription then simply use the iOS version. The iOS version is really worth trying out. Cheers to the developers. This app has grown from a basic app into a full-fledged business app. Yet it has accomplished this feat without adding complexity or confusion. This is a MUST-HAVE application.more -
Love the app and great support!
Dec 29, 2018 I used this app a few years ago and, as life changes, it sat unused for a time. I went back to use it and found the pricing strategy had changed - but a call to support was super helpful... I‘m using it now on Windows and iOS — a couple weeks in and it has me so much more effective with my time!! (And I‘ve used and use a variety of productivity apps from simple lists to true organizers) This one provides a visual that I need — and things no longer get lost. —— Love, Love, Love that i can focus in on a single project with the 4-square visual of all the details. —— And LOVE that i can switch to the “Master List” or “Calendar” view to know exactly what i should be focusing on at any given point in time. Other good (and key) features is the ability to customize the quadrant for different projects — my “learning/development” goals are captured one way, my home and work “projects” have a more typical 4-square matrix. I use this for myself although it’s actually created for team use - i would imagine it’s a great collaboration tool... Love it!!!more -
Eisenhower of the future...
Mar 12, 2018 Great implementation of the Eisenhower method of organizing, but enhanced with very usable features for those who who want them. It comes with several templates with very useful base ideas, and customizations for creative people with a sense of style to make it look exactly like you want. I’ve found so many uses for this easy-to-keep-up-with visionary software creation, and it’s so easy to use! Love it, and I use it every day to capture and organize my fleeting artist ideas. Kind of a hybrid of visual and list organizing, and it’s been very stable, too!more -
Well thought out, very effective
Jan 21, 2020 I switched from another task management app 2 months ago, I am impressed how much more organized and efficient I am, running a video production company. Well worth the learning curve, wish I would have done the switch to Priority Matrix sooner. The four quadrants paradigm provides a much easier method for viewing and executing tasks and projects. Integration with Outlook for Mac is a very helpful feature. It’s a little pricey, but if you’re on the fence just use the trial for a few weeks and see for yourself.more -
Great Product with GREAT Support
Apr 2, 2020 Grateful I found Priority Matrix. I’ve been looking for a cross platform all in one organizer. PM is great for those of us that need to start small and grow into using more and more of the apps capabilities. The support team has been helpful and clear as I’ve created problems with mismatched accounts and password issues. I’m using the app for my personal and professional projects.more

Used to love
Jan 13, 2018 Loved this app on iPad and windows computer. It was awesome. Then they did a update last year and never worked the same. Customer support tried to fix but just wouldn’t work on computer so no reason to use the app anymore since part of the beauty was to be able to have it sync with all devices. Got to buggy and also expensivemore -
Great idea but the functionality is terrible
Dec 12, 2017 They add so many new gimmicky "features" that they forget the point of the Esienhower grid in the first place. People attracted to this sort of app want simplicity and functionality. It seems like they need to use their own app to get the priorities straight. But maybe that explains why the functionality is so poor. Each new version of the app has gotten subsequently worse. And when I wrote them all that they responded was "sorry it's not a good fit." What a waste of my time trying to give constructive feedback, to get a slap in the face. Really wish they'd go back to the essentials and fix the app. PS: the forced log in is ridiculous.more -
Great Idea, Execution Pending
Nov 19, 2018 I love this idea because I struggle with prioritizing my time. I’ve heard of using the quadrant method which has been very helpful! Curiously looked to see if an app exists - it does! However, this app glitches, responds slowly, or doesn’t work at all. Conclusion: Great idea but the execution could improve. Will be deleting this app because I created my own quadrant in InDesign.more -

Nov 22, 2018 This app along with alot of others make you sign up for an account for you to even try it I personally don't like to give out my email accetra just to check out an app I may not like. So with that I end up with one more person sending me more junk mail after gettting rid of something I don't like. I'm not even going to look at your app.more -
Bug
Nov 14, 2017 Sometimes I cannot move tasks from one tab to another, the app just doesn’t let me do it. That is very annoying and I’m considering using another app for the same purpose.

User friendly
Dec 12, 2019 This app is easy to use and understand. It helps with productivity when there are multiple projects -
Best way to manage lots of moving parts
Nov 21, 2020 For me this is the best fit for managing events, appointments, emails, meetings and results. Takes some getting used to all the many parts but a very robust management tool. -
Great for major projects & syncing to desktop
Jan 8, 2014 This app kept me sane in the final two months before my wedding. It enabled me to create different screens for each major project, and I could drag tasks into one of four quadrants based on the priority matrix (urgent & important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent/ not important). I paid for the windows desktop app as well so that I could update that way. Sync worked perfectly each time. I could open a screen that just filtered out my tasks from the first quadrant for every project, which made it easy to determine the imperative and urgent steps. Same applies for the tort categories. I could also assign deadlines to tasks (such as paying vendors). I found this far more useful than Omnifocus because of it's four quadrants and filtering options. I would recommend it mostly for big projects and if you will use it on your desktop/work computer all day. It's not ideal for me for everyday life because input is too much of a hassle and I do not have an office job. It takes extra clicks to open up an item to assign an icon if you want to sort them with the gtd method. There is no keyboard shortcut for assigning icons. You also cannot drag a task from one project to another, at least not on the phone from what I can tell. For my everyday life, I'm trying out Sooner right now. But I'm keeping this app for any other major projects that come up.more -
Solid and practical solution
Feb 19, 2013 I run several small companies so my To Do list is rather extensive. The quadrant system is a great way to break down tasks. I like that I can break up my lists by different projects and prioritize within the projects. Would like to see the ability to look at all projects at once with prioritization. Being able to see all four quadrants with all projects would be awesome. Creating a task is easy at the project level - three quick steps. Tap in the quadrant where I want the task. Speak the task into my iPhone. Save. Some aspects are not quite so efficient. To enter a task from the task overview list I have to take three steps just to get to the project level before I can take the three steps to enter a task. Since task prioritization and listing to do's is the primary function of this I would like to see the process become more efficient. Thanks for a functional app-keep pressing on.more -
Solid organizational tool
Sep 27, 2012 I really like the 2 x 2 grid. It is easy to use and has a fairly intuitive interface. It doesn't take much work to get up to speed on all the ins and outs. I would probably give it five stars except that the calendar functionality, time choosing, and general scheduling interface could use considerable streamlining. I really don't like that there is no alarm when items become do. There should be some sort of notification outside the program. It would be nice on the calendar to be able to skip years instead of just months. Also, hopefully they will implement a web interface soon. I don't like having to purchase a separate application on my Mac and Windows computers. But overall this is a really solid app and I believe it will considerably enhance my project management.more

Such a useful tool
Nov 17, 2017 I would have given them 5 stars but I can't stand how busy the desktop program is. It looks very complicated and you do have to watch the tutorials to make sure you don't miss an easier way to navigate. I love how you can sync outlook and assign tasks with emails. There is such much this does to make my life easier. It also needs a chat room feature like so many other task management appsmore -
I want to love it
Jan 8, 2019 I really like this app. However, I cannot justify this expense. There are more robust project management tools similarly priced for business. For personal use, this is terribly expensive. -
Very great but..
Nov 9, 2020 Its an awesome app but if I could add another box cause i use weekdays to organize my tasks. Thanks -
iPad Landscape View
Aug 4, 2019 Any sensible reason this is only in portrait mode on the iPad? -
I like the idea
Nov 6, 2013 of the quadrant view but the update just now lost all my current data and set it back to about a year ago. I'm not happy. Update: I had to go back and manually update my info and I realized the issue was my fault as I had not synced my data prior to updating. In the meantime, I contacted Appfluence and expressed my frustration. While there was nothing they could do to fix my problem they were very responsive to and sympathetic to my issue. I will continue to use this app as I really prefer the grid layout for task and project management. I have no doubt they will offer great support should any future issues arise.more

Unhelpful Enough
Aug 9, 2018 What if I don’t want to share it or use it while it’s online. Plus, ain’t no color option of the matrix box? It’s kinda boring. Needs better update.

Nov 11, 2017 Won’t use this app again as long as login reqd. I understand the login requirement if syncing across devices or collaboration is the goal. But there’s absolutely no functional need for daily lists, personal projects, etc. -
You have to give away too much information
Mar 25, 2019 You have to allow permission to way too much personal information -
Bye bye
Mar 15, 2019 Loved the app up until the forced login Let us know when you change your mind on that Until then, you’re deleted. Another forced issue is to have to give a star to rate it -
IPas interface is worthless
Sep 28, 2019 The developers took a good product and destroyed it on the iPad. The screen is split so your quadrant is only available on half the screen, making it almost useless.
What’s Groovy
From business and digital strategy with execution...to life at home and stewarding personal leadership in my family, priority matrix is it critical tool I use daily. For those of you who have not used these types of matrix frameworks in the past, know that every area of your life can use this platform. Each quadrant can be customized to assign importance and organization in accomplishing any objective. I now use Priority Matrix on every device. It prompts me in the evening and morning. Note: I have no connections to the company or it’s products...I am an individual who wants others to know this platform exists and that it can change your life...rare to find a user experience and application executed so well. Kudos to whoever concepted and designed this.

What’s Subpar
This app is like a smothering girlfriend/boyfriend who won’t stop texting you until you check in with them. Even when you turn off the notifications in your phone settings, the app knows this and tells you to turn it back on every time you open the app. I love Priority Matrix, but I have to rate 1 star in hopes that this gets picked up on someone’s radar back at headquarters. Seriously, guys, cool it with the reminders—I keep them off for a reason. I would give it 5 stars if not for this issue, it really is that annoying.
