Nov 1, 2020 I use my printer all the time! It has pushed my journaling to the next level! The sticky pictures enable me to stick them in pages for my photo journal and travel journal. This printer goes everywhere I do! The app works great and is fun to use!more -

Jan 14, 2021 Connection with phone took a little wiggle but it is fine now. I printed 3 pics. They came out with a line on them, sometimes showing in different places. How to fix that? Also, any possibility to print collages? I need very small pics. I hope to have a positive outcome from this review and change it in the future.more -
Junk. Printed one picture
Jan 18, 2021 Then tried new picture and printer said aligning print for minutes then said preparing to print. Then said printing. Nothing came out of printer. Tried multiple times including several resets. I could see image on phone each time. Still no print Last timeI tried got message “ out of paper”. One picture for almost $20 Tried to get customer service ... impossible to find phone number on web site thru ap Not worth the time or effort. Please give me phone number for customer supportmore -
Printer connects to iOS phone but hi-print app cant find it
Dec 26, 2020 App initially said printer needed firmware update from 1.4x to 1.8x but once updated it wont recognize printer is connected. Bluetooth shows printer connected to phone but app wont acknowledge this. I see this is an issue with iOS phones but need it fixed asap. Seems to be an app issue as two different iOS phones, a 6 and 11, both connect to printer but have same app issue with app saying printer not connected. Fix soon or we'll get refund and another printer system.more -

Sep 30, 2020 Very easy to use and navigate. Works as promised and the photos are fun and always a hit with friends. Some areas of improvement are in the sticker selection. I know this a relative new app so I am looking forward to seeing it improve over time.more

Dec 28, 2020 Like the title states, it could be so much more. A little bit of a learning curve, there aren’t really directions, and the app is weak at walking you through it. But the thing it could be more with is the fonts, colors of them, all of the add-on! In this age of fun Instagram and Snapchat filters, why not try and keep up?more -
Grabs two sheets each new cartridge
Dec 28, 2020 Cartridges are only good for 8 photos, not 10. Each new cartridge the printer grabs two sheets, slightly misaligned, so it wastes two papers. This is awful for something that is so expensive per cartridge. The prints are also larger than 2x3, so if this printer is used for 2x3 photo books the prints are too large for the boxes.more -

Mystery cropping
Dec 12, 2020 Photos are fantastic quality, but the app doesn’t show you how much it is going to crop when you print. It even crops the frames that you apply in the app!! So silly. Printer is 5 stars, app is 2 stars because it’s user friendly but the cropping issue is a very very big one for me.more -

Bluetooth connectivity not working
Dec 18, 2020 Brand new out of the box and my Polaroid hi print will not pair with my iPhone 11 Pro. I go to pair the device and it says that this accessory is not supported. Couldn’t find any other people with this issue online.

What’s Subpar
First time experience: firmware takes multiple tries to install; first print attempt says no paper even though new cartridge; second print works but with additional blank paper stuck to it (so now I've burned one of my prints on the cartridge); 5 prints later, same thing happens again. Bluetooth doesn't stay connected long enough. A cool novelty becomes a frustrating annoyance pretty quickly.

Hi is not working at all on my Huawei P Smart just crashes out, please help me it was Christmas present and I can't use it.

Won't detect my printer. Bluetooth is on and printer is paired, all I need is an app that will notice this and print.

We have tried 3 different phones to print from and all we get is that the phone is paired but it cannot find the printer. We have tried all suggestions on the app, from videos that we have googled, and nothing has solved the problem. This was a gift and its very disappointing.
