I have NO idea when I started taking some of these medications. Should be an option for that!!

Ever since I downloaded the latest update, the app won’t open at all.

I use this miserable app on my iPad, which is set on a keyboard in landscape mode. This app is designed to only be used on a phone in portrait mode, because the programmers are too lazy to bother with any other display. If I take my iPad out of the keyboard case and turn it portrait, the doctor seems me turned 90 degrees. If I leave the iPad in landscape mode, I see the doctor turned 90 degrees. This makes it awkward for either of us to show something on the screen. Piece of crap and barely usable.

The app is only good to keep up with your appointments; which are also sent via email. You can’t pay your bill through the app. Only information on the app is the information you submit and your test results. Again you get a phone call for that. It’s basically useless. I can do without this app. I was easy to set up and user friendly just not useful.

Horrible experience. After I Downloaded the app to my Android, I filled in the ton of info that's required to login, but the link sent via email took me back to the play store. Once I got past that nightmare, the login page did not recognize my password and when I tried to change the password using the link provided, I was redirected to a blank page. Uninstalled!

Recently used this app when I had an iPhone and it worked great. The Android/Google version is horrible. It's the same login I had before and it didn't work. So, I did the password reset. Clicked the link in the email and it doesn't open the app it just opens up the Google Store over and over again. Horrible! Update your app!

This app would not let me sign in and locked me out at the first attempt to sign in. I had to the call doctor’s office to get my account unlocked to sign in. Also, I tried to replace my old pharmacy (Walgreens) with CVS. It looks simple enough. I first deleted Walgreens. Then I clicked on the “add pharmacy” option and the app brings up a list pharmacies. After I click on the radio button to add CVS as a pharmacy, it does not do anything. Also, my allergy information is missing from this app. It is going to take a lot of time for me to add all my allergies. Did anyone at my doctor’s office do any testing before imposing such a poor app on its patients? I have two other apps with other medical groups and those apps are excellent! I am not going to use this APPatient. I will call the office instead.

The other one stars are right. When resetting your password it sends an email. The email has a link and I made sure to read everything clearly. The link then takes you back to the app where it prompts you to log in again with no way to reset your password. This needs fixing as soon as possible because people cannot fill out the paperwork they're supposed to fill out before going to an appointment.
