  • Best out there in my opinion Aug 29, 2020

Not much to dislike about this app, and I do set up some setting up guitars for people all the time and I'm a freak about intonation. So I'm a professional at this. The one thing that irks me as I don't need to see the message to tuneup with an! Or tune down. Yes I know what I'm doing and that kind of thing annoys me that little message popping up. Of course I know if I need to tune or tune down.!!! Otherwise the app is amazing.

This is a great app!! I tune my violin to it whenever I play and am always impressed with how it does exactly what I want it to, and that there are some really helpful options like picking which instrument you are tuning, or a specific note. Simple yet it has more than the basics and its free! Thanks 😊

Excellent app, I’ve tried 8 different tuning apps and this is my favorite. Accurate, clean UI design, allows for different instruments and voice. I use it daily for voice, guitar and bass tuning. Big shout to the devs, job well done. Don’t be fooled into using other tuning apps that slap some instrument brand in the name. This app is the most useful and accurate.

Best tuner yet. Ads are not intrusive, but I will buy the pro version just to support the developers. Displays analog note meter (with cents) plus actual frequency to 0.1 Hz. Great debouncing on read out. Meter and frequency freezes the reading when sound stops. You can set any A4 reference pitch frequency. Supports transposing instruments. Four different pitch pipe sounds (spanning 6 octaves).

This app is really helpful for my students; teaching tuning over Zoom is hard, but being able to select an instrument and see whether you should go higher or lower gives my kids half a chance. Thanks for making it available!

I use this app to tune my guitar. What I love about it is that using it also trains my ear - I'm getting better at determining if my string is flat or sharp. My only complaints are that I wish it were a little louder (even with the phone volume at max), and once in a while it goes on the fritz and I have to close and reopen it. But neither point is a big deal.

I use this app to tune a charango and it works great. The only downside, however, is that it is so sensitive, I have to go in a secluded place to have an accurate tune...great app though...

I really like the app. One of the best I've used. It's super easy to use. However, sometimes I've questioned if it truly given me the correct assessment of pitch, but the pitch given could have been compromised by others things around me as well. Overall, I'd use this app first before I go to another.

There’s no piano option in the instruments list I try to creat a costume list and couldn’t tune the base part.
