Photo Prints Now: CVS Photo

Very easy to use. Unfortunately, I had a problem where I selected 22 prints, went through cropping each one, and clicked "Print to CVS", only to be told there were only four photos I selected. Tried again, and this time only 19 were selected. Turns out if you spend too much time cropping the photos, the app deselects some to supposedly "save up space on their network". Locations aren't being displayed (most likely because it's closing hours?), which makes it impossible to start your order.

If you just want to print your photos exactly the way they're saved, this is fine. Esp if you are rushing and you just want to print a bunch of 4x6 or other very standard sizes. The cropping "tool" is easy to use, but it's absolutely inaccurate. These days we all have selfies, and that means they're right up close, so keep in mind even if you don't crop your photo, it's going to be trimmed a little and that means faces are gonna be even more zoomed in! Other features are non-existent or broken.

Status Mar'22: most of my advice from last year still not implemented. Needs an order history page. And photo enhancement tools. __ Jan'21: Pros: Very easy to navigate (intuitive). Works well with Tmobile Tuesday offers. _ Cons: Requires both email & # to order, instead of and/or. Does NOT send a confirmation text to phone after you place your order, so you wonder if you even typed the right email. Lacks an order history page. Lacks photo enhancement tools (fix brightness, sepia tinting, etc.)

I got some free prints from a promo and they don't look that great. One was missing, one was duplicated, and at least three or four were blurry/fuzzy. Other apps don't have trouble with photo quality so I don't get why CVS consistently has issues. No notification that the order was finished and ready for pickup. I wasn't even sure if it had been placed properly because the app crashed and then it wouldn't let me redo anything

The app seems to delete free offers. I ordered a paid order and then a free tmobile one right after. Tried to cancel the paid one via email. When i got to the CVS store the free one wasnt even there even though i received two "order is being printed emails" with separate order numbers. The paid order with corresponding order number was the only one i could get. Losing a free offer aside losing an entire photo set in general could be disastrous. Just keep that in mind.

This app is horrible at letting you know where your pictures will be cropped. It shows a huge area to work with, and I really don't think that's where the margin and bleed line are. I guess I will find out when I pick out my pictures later, how they are going to look. And, if the cropping is bad,I'll have to hear from some teenage child that I should have followed the "cropping tool" on the app...even though I centered each one of my prints. After 20 years of experience, I know photo printing.

I gave this app more chances than a normal person ever would & now i’m no longer wasting my time! Every time I download it and try to get the app to open, it completely FREEZES! i shut down the frozen app & try re-opening it, but guess what happens? it freezes again & is utterly useless. i thought it may be best to completely UNINSTALL it, reboot my phone and then download the app again & reinstall it…. yet THE SAME ISSUES persist! the app locks-up, freezes & doesn’t permit me to move forward. this has been happening for over a year! they say “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.” well it’s embarrassing just how many times i’ve been fooled into thinking this app works because it simply NEVER HAS! if anyone has advice or knows a trick to make this unstable app actually open & allow me to upload photos…. please post your solution here. i genuinely appreciate it!

My 2 orders of 10 pics each were supposed to come out free as I followed T-Mobile Tuesday promotion, downloaded the app for me and my husband and as I placed orders they were showing the total 0 , but then I got and email that one of them came out not free, so I have tried to use my promotional coupon again since it didn’t go through the first time but it did the same thing showed that it’s free while placing order and then I got email that I will be charged. Please take a look into it , it is very upsetting that I spent so much time trying to download the app and add features to my phone like payment method and spent time picking pictures but now I’m getting charged for both orders which were supposed to be free . I m not going to try and place order again as it is so confusing.
