I can honestly say this is one of the best game designs I have seen from mobile games in a while. At first, the design seems kind of generic, and underwhelming; after all, many mobile games have the same feel to them. However, as you play this game, you’ll learn that this game is pretty unique. Apart from the fact that your character can have a multitude of different playstyles (like the cooldown oneshot build or the vampire healthy build), you also notice that the game isn’t strictly pay to win. In fact, it demands you to have a strategic brain. Now of course, there is a purchase that makes things easier, but it barely does anything in the face of the overall skill based gameplay. The art of the game is bloody amazing, and is a good indicator that the creators really cared about the game. Although the game feels small right now, with time it’ll get more and more content. Try it for yourself and see if you like it.

Ok so first of all, I didn't expect this to be so enjoyable! I can't believe I played for hours without noticing it! The mechanics are simple and is easy to understand, the design is simple but unique, beautiful art style, the music suits the atmosphere of the game in my opinion, ads do appear but not often and I understand why and I have no problem encountering ads. So far I'm not experiencing any bugs and I'm also looking forward to the future of this game, I hope it grows!

I really like this game. I love the art style, I love the enemy designs, the environment, I just love it. The style and music is my favorite part of this game. The play style is really interesting, I always liked rouge like games, especially card game info games, and this is no exception. I like all the different decks you can build, and the fact that you need to play around with cool downs, (and health in risky mode) is which really helps this game stand out on any other rouge like card game. My only complaint is that it’s too easy, once you figure out the boss gimmicks you don’t lose a lot (except against Charlotte as a stage 1 boss, but she’s not too threatening if she appears as a later boss fight). The hardest part for me is getting started, but stages 2 and especially stage3 aren’t that hard for me because I already have my deck built, I don’t know if it’s just me but I don’t think that the enemies scale enough in strength or to punish you for playing certain gimmicks (like Time who was the first boss I lost because I stacked a lot of bleed on her). This game needs stronger enemies, and ways that they can counter you if you play a certain style (I played decks with a lot of bleed debuff so many times and won because none of the enemies except Time and Lucia have a way to deal with debuffs). Overall I like this game, and would recommend as an introduction to rouge likes.

I believe that I've found my new favorite mobile game, a true masterpiece. From the artwork to the gameplay, to the soundtrack and the lore, who could've ever guessed that an action card game could be that interesting? Never gets boring due to the edition of new cards throughout the game, and the new game modes that are being added with every new level. The idea of finding notes through the game is fascinating and makes you look into more details. I only wish that we could have more lore :)

The game is fantastic, a perfect way to kill some time in my opinion. The mechanics are innovative, the story is interesting, especially with the lore bits we have to dig up through playing harder difficulties. A lot of the fights are genuinely challenging and require you to think before you play. With the amount of variety in this game, it's hard to believe that it's free- but it is. It's a great game and one of my favorites. But there's a lot of unexpected bugs. The most disorienting, and really, the one that should be getting the most attention, being the constant crashing. The game can crash at any moment for seemingly no reason. Initiate an attack? Crash. Tap on the opening menu screen? Crash. Do literally anything? It crashes. No matter how fun the game is, it's annoying, especially when it happens constantly without fail. Other than that, I'd say that this game would be perfect if it was just polished a bit more. I really enjoy it and I'm looking forward to its future.

VERY good game. Love the art, gameplay and story. Plus, it isn't PayToWin and have very few ads. Every diamond level comes with a new set of challenges to deal with, which hooked me up. Even though you kind of have to rely on luck to get through the start of some levels, you can survive a lot of times with some skill and planning ahead. This game has a very good combination of these two things and I love it. Also the skins are awesome :). 100% recommend it.

Pretty sure slaying monsters and close friends wasn’t in the job description but this maid has to do it anyway. I must say, I am having fun with this game. The last game of this kind that I played was KH Chain of Memories and it was super fun, I am loving this one too. You have to decide which cards you keep and which ones you discard. The monsters are also pretty tough if you get rid of cards carelessly so pay close attention when you decide to discard them. The art is amazing and so far, Reina is an interesting character. Sure, she hasn’t said a word and we mostly have to infer what is going on but regardless she’s pretty cool. Beware the cute maids, they are often times carrying butcher knives with them. Give the game a try, you might enjoy yourself like I am!

This is a very unique, cute card game. If you like goth loli anime style game, this is the game for you. It's easy to understand (You just need to read the card descriptions and its effects.) and everyone can play it. The art, its minimalistic approach, and its simple game mechanics is just wonderful. I only wish for it to have a PVP mode, other characters you can use, voice lines, immersive story, and other background music. Other than that, it's a very nice and cute card game. Thank you, Maka.

-My biggest problem is with card upgrades. A lot of the upgrades I see so far add flat dmg or defense but not the effect or cool down. I.e. star sword deals 9 dmg, needs 7 turns to cool down and reduces cd of all attack card. When you upgrade this you only get +1 flat dmg, which is likely not going to make a difference. If the upgrade makes the card reduces cd by 2 instead, there will be a lot more possibilities of investment for players imo. -I think the story is a bit confusing. I’m on standard diamond so idk if everything gets explained later, but it would be great to add some dialogues so that we have a better idea of what’s going on. -A bug that occasionally appeared to me: after hitting battle button, the current turn would automatically repeat itself. With all that being said, this is still a great game with a lot of potential!

  • This is just amazing. Surprisingly of the highest quality Oct 5, 2020

This game omg am I glad I stumbled upon it. It just oozes quality. A rogue like where you try to go as far into the dungeon as you can. Each death leads to better cards for the next run and the loop goes on. The visuals are breathtaking imo. Love the style of the characters. Great UI and background music. It’s truly a free rogue like game that could be worth $20. You don’t have to pay a penny to get the full experience. I’m loving the game and will definitely shell out some $$$ to support the developer. Also, I love the different character skins for Reina. Keep it up!!!

Honestly a great game; I'm shocked to find this much quality and effort put into a mobile game. No pay-to-win, next to no random ads, very quick loading, enjoyable gameplay that actually requires you to think, great art, satisfyingly dark atmosphere... This is one mobile game I can actually recommend. The only con I found is that there's not really a great tutorial in place? I didnt know the inventory/backpack system existed until a good few hours in. But other than that, I have no complaints.

This game is actually really good. I like the strategy based gameplay, and how diverse the levels and monsters/ demons are. I do wish there was more Reina skins, but after this it's an all out good game. I would also like to add that there is sometimes a bug when I start some battles. Whenever I enter into a fight, I am not able to place cards, and I have to close the game then go back in. Great game 10/10 would recommend to others. :)

It’s a pretty fun game that doesn’t drain your wallet. I was getting a little burnt out on the other games I play, so this was a nice change of pace. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and aesthetic. And the gameplay, while simple, does seem pretty solid for the most part. Edit: I also wanted to add that for those of you who are dissatisfied with the story, you can actually unlock documents expanding upon the lore after completing different adventures. :) I’d recommend going back and completing every level on risky mode for the full story. I found the gameplay so addicting that I actually discovered these extra texts on accident. It’s honestly amazing to think about how this game was created by a single person. Keep up the good work!

I originally purchased this game on Steam, granted it plays almost the exact same as it did on there BUT it seems to be tailored to the mobile experience. It has been awhile since I’ve played the one on steam. Since the last time I played, any cards played would be removed from the deck. Now it’s cool down based which I like a lot better. Maybe the developers changed that because this version is far more enjoyable than previously done on its PC version. I gave it a 4/5 stars because gameplay wise it’s very well done. But you can tell the Developers are hurting for money since 2 skins cost anywhere from $12-17. Truthfully that alone makes me kind of want to delete the game. My suggestion is to add DLC that include extra cards like the Fire and Lightning packs, put those skins in there and sell those for the $16 price tag. Two skins alone isn’t worth the money and anyone who buys it must have extra funds to give anyway. Lastly items, these need to be seen or highlighted I always forget I have them. I’m too into the calculations. Overall the game is well made but it is optionally money hungry.

Bought the starter to get rid of ads, but not because the ads were annoying. In fact, it was because the ads were not annoying. Very reasonable ads and a really fun game. I wish I had more deck options, because dissolving cards every few rounds is annoying. Upgrading duplicates or ignoring rewards would be nice.

It's a fun game to burn time on, there's a lot of similar games on the market but this one is my favorite so far. The game has updates but with a small crew it can be quite slow but the quality is worth the wait. In addition, this game has expanding lore that is told through books that you collect as you play, my main complaint is not being able to collect said books in order. Overall it's a pretty good game, I can't say it's a must play for those who like these kinds of games but I recommend it

Firstly I am enjoying playing this game. I like the way battles work, strategy and wit prevail and truly make a difference. The whole concept of this game fresh and rewarding 😺. However I am having an issue with exiting some of the ads. It seems to get stuck when using the browser to forward on to the ad’s app page. Returning to the game there is sometimes no way to close the ad to get back to the game. Reboot phone! Please fix this so I may continue playing your game 🙏

I like the the game but the only problem I’m having is when I go into certain tabs like upgrades for the My Room, my game crashes or I won’t be able to tap the battle button in the middle of a battle unless in close out the game and come back. I hope an update comes out soon to fix these because it’s getting a bit annoying and I really like the game and don’t want to uninstall if this gets fixed soon.
