    First, those that are having problems signing up, I'm guessing, don't know how this works. If YOUR VET uses this app/setup/website then YOUR VET has to have your email in their system linked to your account. If your vet doesn't have your email address linked with their system then you will be unable to properly sign up. The app works fine for appointment requests, to see future appointments, and what your pet is due for. What I can't find, what the app is missing, are actual records of your pet's history. No shot records, no past visit summaries, etc and the app description states "medical records". So that's my disappointment in the app.

    Low contrast for many fonts; it hurts my eyes. I haven't used the app yet for its purpose - my vet - but it was enough to stop me from exploration.

    Just recently got an email from my vet about this app and just started using it. Some of the information in the app was incorrect, my pets prescription information was not up to date and my pets records were not there. I am blaming my vet for this since they probably haven’t uploaded all their records to the app yet. However, I do blame the app for its extremely poor readability ( tiny grey letters on a white background are difficult to see). Also, would be nice to be able to use Touch ID to open app rather than type a password each time. Will be a very useful app if these issues are resolved.

    If the app is not working, reach out to them via email! They were so helpful and got my app up and working again. It was a very simple resolution but it took a few different trial and errors to fix but they didn't stop trying to give me different things to try! Glad to have my app back up and running!

    I can find a decent amount of information on my pet appointments, can ask for prescriptions and additional appointments. However, the info is not very detailed, just says the date of the appointment and reason. Would love to see patient summaries or notes added. Also, I go to more than one veterinarian but don’t see an option to add more than one. Can that be added? Is it an option? I have a specialty/emergency vet, and a primary one. Would make sense to have the option to add more that having to choose just one.

    I love this app. I’m the worst at remembering appointments etc. I love being able to go in and see either any upcoming appointments, or upcoming vaccines and when everything is due. Not to mention I love the feature where I can go in and request appointments, or email the clinic. It’s nice too they have an emergency option of who they recommend!

    From what I see, the app looks good, but on certain screens you can’t scroll down all the way. Like I’m trying to scroll through my pets and this blue screen prevents me from scrolling all the way to see my other pets. Then on the main page it gives you your vet and more info. Once again I can’t scroll all the way because of that blue screen blocking. Please fix.

    The bottom menu is vertical instead of horizontal. It takes up half the screen. There is no place I see for medical history? I was hoping for vaccination records to be kept here at least

    It's okay; it provides appointment history and past prescriptions, as well as vaccination history, but that's about it. I don't use it to request appointments or prescriptions, so I can't speak to that function. However, the previous app my vet used allowed you to log your pets' weight and this one does not. That would be a nice feature to have on here.

    Works well for me. I used the email address that my vet has for me and the signup worked great. Suggestion: When I'm looking at an individual pet, I should be able to click on the reminders and jump to making an appointment for that pet with some of the basics already filled in. Also some text in the app is very light grey and a little hard to read. Or because it's grey it seems like it's 'greyed out' and not an option. Needs work but otherwise I like it a lot.

    I thought I’d be able to go on and see the actual records from the vet kept on my cats, with notes from wellness exams, results from tests, and any information the vet wanted to share during the visit. Instead it just lists the dates of appointments. It actually doesn’t even list the dates of vaccines given/tests done, just reminder dates of the next time they will need these vaccines/tests. You have to extrapolate on your own when your pet got them last based on when their vaccines or tests are next due.

    Filled out all the data for refill, but there was no functioal method, nor access to, "send" it. No send "button" tab or whatever. There should be a send ability after filling out all the data.

    The app logged me out, and it keeps saying I have the wrong password. When I hit Forgot my password, it brings me back to the login screen as if I was trying to log in instead of doing a password reset. I also don't get the email. Obviously problematic.

    I have never had such a difficult time downloading an app. It asks for that code and this code and that code again. Then, it can't download; then I can't find it in Google Play. I have tried this for hours and now give up.

    This app is no where near finished. Far too many issues with simply updating your profile or really just ANY information. You have to send in a request for any little thing you want changed. Also, they didn’t have my current pet, they had only a recently deceased pet showing up. So instead of being able to quickly fix that, I had to send a request for the pets name change, request to remove his profile but not the info, request for the deletion of his picture showing up every time I open the app, a request for adding my new pet, adding her name etc., etc., etc. Thanks for the reminder, fix this dumb app or delete it, that’s my request.

    I love how convenient this app makes scheduling appointments, in theory. The menu at the bottom of the app does not collapse, and therefore makes it literally impossible to see everything on the page. It also means that I have to play a game of hit or miss when trying to press buttons because the menu obscures things like the button to request an appointment. If the bottom menu was either completely removed (since there’s already a collapsed side menu) or collapsible, the app would easily have four to five stars from me. This one flaw renders the app useless.

    This app seems super helpful for setting appointments and staying up-to-date on my pet, but the button menu across the bottom literally takes up half of my phone screen. The menu covers the bottom half of any given page, and I don’t see a way to change the settings to fix it. I’m missing parts of forms because I can’t scroll to see the bottom!! Please fix this in an update soon!! The app is almost unusable as it is now!

    What a horrible app/website to use for your business. Site goes down multiple times daily and claims that I'm using the wrong username/password or 404 errors WAY to often.

    Updated: Support contacted me right away and helped me determine that it was the font size setting on my phone..not the app itself! Thank you for the quick response! I have had the app for just over a year now, but recently I have been unable to schedule appointments through the request section. It will let me select all the information but there is no option to submit the request.

    This app is great. I saw many reviews about not getting confirmation emails so I was worried at first. When the sign up page loaded, I actually READ the instructions where it states to use the email address you have on file with your veterinarian. I guarantee all the bad reviews are from people who don't READ INSTRUCTIONS!

    The app works great on my iPhone 6. No problem with the menu bar. For those who can’t find it- Vaccine info can be found by either clicking on your pet link or the reminder link.

    I used to be able to get on now it won't let me. I've tried for over a month now. Today I tried again and now it says thanks for signing up check confirmation email and nothing. Still waiting on my emails from months ago as well!!

    Great idea, but it is obviously orphaned by its designer as seen by their failure to fix long term problems dealing with screen format. The menu obscures 75% of the screen which compresses information to nearly unreadable dimensions. Further, the app is only as useful as the data input from the vets which is minimal. Inoculation and appointment dates is hardly worth the space.

    As previously noted the actual records aren’t there, just appointment dates. When you open the menu bar it overlaps the main screen and it looks like some app developed in 2000. The two stars were for useful listing of prescriptions and the date prescribed. Also interesting to see how often we go, anything for our sweet girl.

    Downloaded the latest version of the app. Went to one of my pets information page. Was unable to see because of the menu at the bottom of the page. It was vertical instead of horizontal.

    Downloaded this app because my vet uses this. Thought I could simply print off the shot records for one of my pets but couldn’t figure out how to do so. Ended up having my vet email me the shot records which kind of defeats one purpose of mine for having the app.

    I have two cats, but started the app with the newest we adopted as a stray and can’t find ANY way of adding another pet into the interface though she already has records with the same vet. Given the other reviews of this app, I’d say the developers really don’t care about the concerns of those who use it and make the vet clinics look like fools for using it. Shame. Fix your app!!! There is a whole litany of complaints here from a year or more ago and your last update was 5 months ago, which didn’t seem to fix anything but “bugs”.
