    I have lifetime 500gb membership and it is so sad to know that pcloud never transfers all of the files I upload manually or from the automatic backup from google drive or onedrive. For example, I have 102gb worth stuff on my onedrive and the pcloud automatic backup only transferred around 76gb??? Same happened when I uploaded around 6000 photos manually and only 5200 were uploaded??? What a waste of money! Please fix this as soon as possible or I need my refund

    There are better companies. Don’t trust this company (or the friend who suggested them) unless you have the spare time to read everything on their site, because they won’t tell you until it’s too late. I use my calendar diligently to remind me to check on things, keep up, etc. So if they had said sign on often, I would have put it on my calendar. Had I known this company doesn’t give a crap about free members and solely focused on your money, I wouldn’t have used them. Thousands of photos deleted, and they told me 6 months after they did it. They said inactivity of a year gets your account deleted. I signed in around Sept/Oct, have had crazy health problems since and unable to sit organizing photos. It hasn’t been a year, but they emailed me saying they were deleting my account (they didn’t do it, it was a bait email). They deleted ALL my photos tho. I go to look for customer support, and after 7 minutes of searching see “after 6 months deletion” of all photos. Which is not what they email you. So definitely feel lied and scammed. They delete all your photos, and don’t tell you, and wait to delete your account all while pushing for you to pay. Find a better company.

    I’ve been a customer with then for some time now and after a few months I finally made them my cloud storage of choice for my media company. I switched to Apple billing back in December and since then they have repeatedly sent me notices about deleting my account and moving my files to trash. At this point in may of 2019 I’ve sent them proof every month if my payment and I am still waiting on my customers files to be removed from their trash. When approaching them about this issues, for months, they have repeatedly turned this issues around to be my fault. After pointing sending them the Last proof of payment I receive An email saying “Yes, I see you paid last month but what about the last 3 months?” I’ve literally been sending in proof for the Last 3 Months! Horrible customer service! They have yet to take responsibility for their action and I’m simply over this and will Be sure to plaster this review EVERY WHERE!

    its extremely hard to export any old photos. because you have to do it manually. there's not even a select all button. even If you multi select only one can be selected to export

    I already signed up for pCloud with my email. Ever since the last update, I have not been able to sign in using the app. I can type in my information but then when I tap "log in" it goes to the "loading your account" page. I know I don't have that many files on my account so I know that's not why it's endlessly loading. That's basically my problem. Can't log in for whatever reason. Keeps loading. And if I close the app and reopen, depending on how much time has passed since last time I "logged in" or opened the app, it will either still be "loading my account" or I will have type my info again in order to log in again. Please fix that. Then I will fix my review. Thank you.

    after the latest hideous update we no longer can present a slideshow because it's permanently filled with lots od pathetic icons over the images. it's a great service on Windows but horrible on Android.

    Do NOT trust PCloud, there are the only software or app I’ve ever, ever seen that will kick you off and have no access to your data (that you pay them for). I have 1.3tb of data that I can’t access, they kicked me off while I was on it, the password recover doesn’t send a recovery email, there is no customer support ( I tried all channels; Facebook, email, website support, Twitter, instagram, Google Plus, etc). Literally the ONLY software and I use an pay for almost 50 a month and guess who is the ONLY software that doesn’t work and I have no access to... Don’t use PCloud stick with Dropbox and ICLOUD...

    1. Camera roll backup - there’s no option within the app to delete files that pcloud has confirmed are uploaded 2. Email support system - when you end up sending them something their replies never contain your original email so good luck figuring things out if you have multiple tickets open. 3. No Heic image support 4. The auto backup camera roll really only works when you “physically” change your location which means you need to enable location services always which is silly. Even then it only uploads for a few min since they don’t support uploading in the background. Fix these things and I’ll consider dropping SugarSync for pcloud

    In the third sentence of the app description “Start with 10GB free storage”. But when you actually sign up you find only 3GB free and need to jump through hoops (install their software on a pc, turn on auto backup, spam your friends, etc.) to “unlock” up to 7GB more. Dishonesty in the first 5 minutes of a relationship is a bad sign...

  • Great if you exclude Crypto Folder

    Great online storage with relatively cheap storage plans but Crypto Folder is overpriced considering that there are great free options like Boxcryptor or Cryptomator (mobile version is paid) which do the same exact thing with a better security (in my opinion) and Cryptomator is open sourced. Realistic price should be $15-20 a year for a crypto folder.

    Uploading in the background doesn’t seem to work even though I have all Background App settings configured. I think this is a bug as it should upload in the background and that I trust it to. Syncing is hysterically slow on iOS devices.

    Any company that floods you with sales emails, then provides an unsubscribe link does NOT work is underhanded and unethical AND DESERVES NO STARS. This is a bad tactic and conveys the opposite of the trust you'd require from a cloud company with your personal information. Ugh!!

    I got this app because this is the only thing ISaveit will export to (ISaveit is the only app I found on the App Store that can actually download and save audio to your iPhone instead of just playing it). As a crucial app to help do the thing that iOS's developers were too incompetent to include on the iPhone, I have a major question to ask. Who's the name of the person who authorized the latest update? He should be fired since the app is now riddled with problems. Not only do I have to log back on everytime I switch to another app in the background, THE APP ALSO CRASHES WHILE TRYING TO EXPORT. Your app helps to provide a function most computers already have to the iPhone, and I expect it to actually work correctly. One star until this is fixed.

    Since last update, video content uploaded to pCloud account cannot be downloaded to iOS device. Pictures downloads work fine. Audio plays good too. In my experience, previous to last update I could upload video from my computer or iPhone to pCloud, then download it to my camera roll seamlessly. Right now, it's not possible to do that. If video is downloaded to iPhone, it shows download progress circle, it says "File saved to library" but nothing shows up in camera roll. Please fix it!

    Unable to access my crypto folder via the app. Prompts me to set it up, despite already having been configured on desktop. If I use the same passphrase to set it up I'm able to temporarily access the folder and contents. If I make any changes I'm immediately taken to the screen wanting me to either subscribe for crypto services or start a free trial...despite the fact I'm already subscribed and paying for crypto.

    pCloud itself is a fantastic cloud platform but it's mobile app is just not up to standard compared to others. No fingerprint login. And lack of features and options. The whole thing just not as seamless as Dropbox. But it's pCloud virtual drive is superior. pCloud also lack connection to apps.

    When I try to import an image to the pCloud app from a browser, the pCloud app immediately logs me out. Also, the pCloud app really needs landscape and animated gif support. Thanks.

    Downloaded this to share an audio file and when I sent the link in a text and then clicked it to check the file path, it sent me to a link called “dummy.com” that led to a page flashing an advertisement for something but NO LINK to the audio file I was sending??? Big, huge red flag that this app is probably a bit shady

    This app advertises itself as "SECURE" but it really does not secure your files once anybody has a shared link that you generate they can send it to anyone. App desperately needs to shared links THAT ARE TIME-LIMITED, so that we can offer limited access (and not "ALL OR NONE").When user shares the file through a shared link, the recipient can post that worldwide and the link is no longer secure in anyway shape or form. That's why the developer needs to have a time limit AND/OR number of plays that WE, the admins can EASILY set (OneDrive offers this).

    Are you are looking for a cloud soultion to access your pictures or documents on the go from the cloud? THIS ISN'T IT! Currently you can not access your files in pCloud over a data connection. You must have WiFi. Appearently they are "working on it". Trying to access word documents from your iPhone? NOPE. Want to use this on your iPad? NOPE! No iPad Support. Also unlike cloud services like SYNC.COM which offers a 30 day money back guaranty, pCloud only gives you 10days. No refund even when their product fails to work. Look at other options besides this or you will be dissapointed.
