  • Great...but May 23, 2017

Excellent for tracking pain in a detailed level however would be 5 stars if stress and fatigue were included as free instead of additional $2.99. Understand that medication tracker add-on is additional cost but that can be done for free with MediSafe app.

  • Best App For Chronic Pain Tracking Jun 4, 2018

    By calamityvain
Not only does it look like the form most pain docs have you fill out (from memory) 15 minutes before your appointment, it allows you to print out the average pain locations, times, weather, and description. My doctors have appreciated this information, and it allows us to jump into the vital issues instantly. It’s a lifesaver for those who need pinpoint problems with their doctors in the limited times allotted. Excellent app!

  • Excellent App for tracking Pain & Journaling Aug 31, 2018

Love this App! As a Chronic pain patient of over 40+ years and having to need to track my pain and monitor it for doctors for the last 25, this App is a godsend. Easy to use. A bit clunky in places, but with a pain community and server support behind it and a companion app, as well as reporting features to send the information to your own email or your doctor. Well done!

  • Best Pain Tracker Apr 6, 2016

This app covers everything. You can change the measuring units from US to metric and vice versa. It even automatically uploads the weather information for you! Pretty cool how you can draw on your pain area instead of choose from a preselected list of body parts. I will definitely be using this from now on. It makes pain tracking easier than I've seen yet.

  • Date entry is too clumsy Jan 4, 2019

    By Zgypa
App is overall decent but UI is very prob problem Mattick: entering the date and time of pain starts and pain and pulls up a custom date and time picker which starts from 1970 every time. It takes about one full minute or more just to pick correct time for experienced user. This is unacceptable. The default Apple date and time picker would be a lot easier to use.

  • Be ready to keep pay 4 this app, very suddenly Sep 16, 2017

    By Tasha N TN
This app will freeze & apparently repeatedly run down the battery of bran new iPhone. When U start trying to get help (i.e. to either continue using R upload past entries & weeks of data to Ur dr), U get to buy add ons. Holds Ur data inaccessible until U do make additional purchases. If sudden & repeated purchases won't bother U, then it seems to be among the best of the 'free apps'. Some things could easily b programmed to make things much easier 4 the client. But user friendly.

  • It has serious issues. Apr 11, 2017

    By Messyalien
After tracking for 3 months, I tried to email the information to my doctor and nothing would come over. So I tried to email it again and I lost all my information. 3 months of tracking gone. I'm so irritated. I would not recommend this app.

  • User friendly Jul 6, 2016

I live an extremely busy complicated life, and I have done a pretty good job of keeping track of my chronic pain with this app. It is super quick and easy, because you can put as little or as much information as you want to.
  • A fantastic tool Feb 10, 2017

This app is easy to use and a great way to keep track of your pain life. It helps to keep clear notes and detailed information for you to use and to confer with your physician with!

  • Add weather to graphs Sep 5, 2017

    By Bri_IsTheLight
I like this app a lot. I just wish the graphs would show the weather information as well because then I could more easily see how weather is affecting my pain
  • Uses same anatomy for pain as Dr May 8, 2017

    By Allstar Leah
My Pain Management Dr uses the same graphics and pain anatomy as this app. That is what drew me to it. I love, love, love the community section! Even if I only use it for the community, I would pay for it!
  • Love the draw feature Nov 7, 2016

It is very convenient to have the draw feature for pain placement.
  • I like it. Aug 14, 2016

Overall an incredibly easy to use app. Maybe with this my doctors can see a pattern.

  • Like it Jun 20, 2019

I like this one so far the best. This migraine buddy and catch my pain. This application is better than the catch my pain as far as being very specific about where and how it hurts. You get to draw on it. The other applications you have a area you can touch and it marks the whole area, very very vague. I would like to be able to put down what all I’ve been diagnosed with. So far it’s still telling me it’s unavailable at this time. I wish there was an application you can have it all and not have to pay or only have to pay a dollar or two for. A lot of us are on strict budgets and some of us aren’t really making it at all, just struggling

  • Overall a good pain tracking tool Apr 28, 2019

    By RAismynemesis
I would have given it more stars except for two things: 1. The weather feature (important for me, since I have an inflammatory pain condition that is affected by humidity & low barometric pressure) was pretty expensive add on, and couldn’t be added until another feature (also expensive) was added on. 2. When charting pain over time, it doesn’t allow for simultaneously charting the weather (humidity levels, etc) to be able visibly see a pattern. Aside from those two things, I’ve been happy with it.

I like the pan tracker, but it keeps losing connection with the server. I can’t update meds, personal diagnosis etc.
