    I got into lifting a few years ago to supplement my endurance training and have never been able to find a resistance training app that compares to the running/endurance sport apps on the market. I had been using a combination of the MapMyFitness family of apps, but none of those were geared toward lifting. I was literally using the Notes app in my phone to track weight/reps/sets every session — it was super difficult to review my progress that way. On top of that, I had taken some time off from the gym due to illness and housing insecurity and had trouble getting back into a regular routine. This app has been a total life saver. Not only are there a whole range of detailed guides to choose from (organized by fitness level and type! 😍) but I can finally finally track my weights and reps IN AN APP and watch my progress over time. AND there is an awesome nutrition section with great recipes, shopping lists, and a way to track macros. I mean, WHAT. Oh, and did I mention the amazingly kind and responsive app development and customer service teams?? Hanna and her team truly thought of everything.

    My favourite app! I've tried the free trials of so many different apps and this one is my favourite. There's so many great guides, it's easy to use and I love how it's organised. A lot of apps have way too much going on - this one is so straight forward. ❤

    Been following Hanna on insta for YEARS. When the app came out I had to get it. This app is easy to follow and keeps me on a check list, which I LOVE! It helps keep me on track without over whelming me. I love that I can just click on the program and my next workout is at the top and I don’t have to search for it. I also really love her workouts and the set up she has for them. I’m half way through and have already lost ten pounds. I’m also feeling much better with more energy. It also helps that it shows the percentage of the program you have finished.... which helps keep me motivated. 50% done and cannot wait to see the results when I hit 100%! The food part of the app and amazing recipes and easy to follow directions on keeping up with calories. All and all I’m super excited to be using this app and seeing results. I’ve recommended it to all my workout buddies.

    The workouts are really great! I love them so much and I achieved crazy results with these programs! However, the app has to be improved. Sometimes the app closes without a reason, or it stops and I have to click on my workout that I am currently doing again. I don't use the food plans but the pictures of the food are sometimes wrong. Nevertheless, the app has great potential and I love to track my progress. I would recommend it.

    This is the first app I’ve ever paid money for. My friend found it and we split the cost to use the workouts. I’m a beginner in the gym and honestly the little tips for form and the videos help so much for me to figure out how I’m supposed to perform the movement. The app is simple and so organized, you can find different workouts catered to what you’re looking for and for your level. It has helped so much, especially for someone who doesn’t know what exercises to do. Being able to track my weights is also nice cause I can see how much stronger I’m getting. :) cost-wise, this app is so worth it. It’s nothing compared to what you’d have to pay for a personal trainer and you still get so much structure for workout goals. I’ve not had any problems at all with the app. So if you are looking to get fit, I’d say this is the app for you! I highly recommend. :)

    love it! been lifting weights for years have my own home gym. I needed some structure and focus on my workouts and they were getting boring. this app helps me to stay motivated and gives me confidence in my lifting. I love the plans! meals are great very healthy. the nutrition part has actually helped me with my portions. thank you Hanna this app is awesome!!!

    I can not say enough positive things about this app. The features are too I itch. First, it has so many guides. You get your money’s worth there. The guides themselves flow with intention & are not repetitive. Each guide feels unique. I have completed my first beginner guide and looking forward to progressing and being able to do a guide with 5 days vs. 3. There is a food section with recipes, macro counter, macro calculator, and area for progress pictures?! I usually have multiple apps when it comes to fitness but everything can be done here. When doing your workout there are videos and tips. You can keep track of notes and it records a history from past guides and past workouts to see what you have lifted in the past?! I just love it and hope you do too. Thank you Hanna 💗

    Have completed one program & have started a 2nd. Looking forward to working through the rest. The guides are easy to follow and the videos are clear & helpful. The countdown timer doesn't always work so you need to pay attention & It would be nice to have the timer run in the background. My gyms time restrictions due to covid make some of the longer workouts and supersets difficult so they'll have to wait. The customer service has been excellent & exceeded expectations :)

    I am enjoying the app and the access to all the guides. Everything is laid out and categorized so well. I really enjoy the types and combos of tjeee workouts. Stays true to traditional weight training but unique in combos and approach. I love the timer feature that tracks rest time between exercises! Some of the functionality could be improved. For example if I go back to a guide I used and restart a workout it doesn’t properly clear it and restart it. Also if you go to look at another guide and open it up I loose the guide I was using for my workouts. It seems like you can have more than one guide open at once. While these are things that I noticed and are opportunities for enhancement it does not affect my overall experience using this app. I love it and am a huge fan of Hanna. She’s such an inspiration and amazing person! Thank You!

    Awesome, but some glitches. I love everything about the app, it just makes my phone glitch. Makes my spotify shut down after playing 2 songs so I'm having to restart it often. App also freezes and the shuts out completely so I gave to reopen the app each time I want to log progress. Not a deal breaker but super annoying! Update: the app update fixed the issues I was having. I am so grateful that the OWMU team listened to my concerns and fixed them right away!

    So far I am Loving this App! I'm on my 5th week of an exercise plan and all the features this app provides are amazing. From meals to keeping track of each exercise To the alarms on Rest periods. And to be honest it gives Me the motivation to keep going when you see the percentage of your progress being fulfilled. I'm doing my workouts from home so there is no excuse on why they cannot be done.

    I LOVE this app so much! I’ve been weightlifting for 5 months and although I have lost 3 pant sizes I lack direction and structure at the gym. I’ve tried many apps and programs but this is the absolute best!!! So many options for different fitness levels and goals! Every workout leaves me sore and feeling accomplished. The recipes look delicious and I can’t stress how nice it is going to the gym with a plan. Or staying in and still having a good workout at home! I’ve always admired Hanna and this has been the best purchase I’ve made recently! I’m so excited to transform my body and use this even after that for maintenance! Also I haven’t noticed any bugs or issues with the app. Love love love it!

    I have been using this guide for about four weeks following the You vs You program, and I’m very satisfied with the workouts themselves. I have been going to the gym for about two years now, so I consider myself somewhat experienced, but this guide has been helpful in showing me where I need to pay more attention when exercising. Since I’ve been able to target specific areas of my body, I can actually see physical changes! The app needs some work. It’s glitchy and the transitions from each workout aren’t smooth. The timer has some glitches as well and sometimes when I go to start it, it doesn’t work and I end up not knowing how long ive been working for. I have resorted to just using my Apple Watch to track seconds, which is fine but if it’s a feature in the app I’d like to use it. Overall though, very impressed!

    Updating my review after previous lag issues seem to have been fixed after a recent update. Very happy to see this as I have always enjoyed Hanna's guides. Hope to see more recipes added in the future!

    This is a great workout app if you aren’t sure what to do in the gym or just like to be told what to do in the gym like me! Lol the only complaint I have is that sometimes when timing the whole workout the app freezes. So I tend to just track my time at the end not during. Additionally, It will do whatever it want when i am tracking reps/weight and sometimes will have the wrong reps automatically in there. Other than those small technical issues it is amazing!! I use it every week day when I hit the gym!!

    The workouts themselves, including the programs, are great, and I have been a long time follower of Hannah, and appreciate all she does for others. However, slow technology, and glitches have always been anxiety triggering for me, and this app seems to have a lot of it. my workout can't even stay open, so I have to constantly pull it up, and pause my workout to do so. I'm not sure I will continue paying $20 CAD/ month for an app that isn't top notch.

    Love all of the different programs Hanna has built! They keep me structured in the gym and I’m seeing major gains that I didn’t before. However, the app needs a lot more work to be great. It’s full of bugs, and meal planner needs work too. Recipes are great, just not what I was looking for. The bugs are so distracting and frustrating especially when I’m in the middle of a workout. Wish she would add stand alone exercises in case I want to add in something that I’m focusing on getting better/stronger at such as squats, hip thrusts etc. that way I can still track it even if it’s not apart of the program. I signed up for the year subscription and didn’t go through the free trial. Wishing that I had done that before subscribing for a whole year. Love Hanna and the programs but needing more from the app. Not sure if I’ll renew unless major updates are loaded.

    Love the workouts and the guides but the app is a bit glitchy. Doesn't show recorded weights and time at all, pretty hard to keep track of the sets but otherwise has a nice layout.

    it is a nice app but still lots of work needed. it is quite slow when you try to put your results. also there is a 60 sec time in between supersets totally nod needed .

    The app is really hard to navigate. Sometimes the timer works, sometimes it doesn’t. Would also be nice to have substitutions for workouts done at home, with a smaller gym. This app is also being used in America...where, unfortunately we are still under lock downs or crazy alternatives to get into a gym. So having alternative workouts would be great. Otherwise, will be my last time using this app. Love Hannah so that’s why I bought one year subscription. I know it is a new app so I look forward to how great it could be. Thank you. Still appreciate workouts. Also., adding music to play on app would be nice.
