    I’ve done my research and subscribed to a fair share of online / in person workout training plans. Many of them are targeted towards beginners or basic gym workouts, but this caters to all. Personally I am more interested in heavy lifting and wanting to bulk rather than lose weight. Along with this, it also gives beginner and intermediate guides with thorough descriptions of each movement and recommend sets and reps. Tracking your progress has also never been easier than with this app, making past notes for workouts easily accessible. The meal plans are very realistic and give you so many different options no matter what type of diet you follow and makes it less intimidating than most meal plans. Only thing I wish would be included is maybe a talk through video description of the exercise showing the technique, posture, hand grip, how to adjust a machine and to what height (etc..) with different angles. The current videos are sufficient enough but for beginners and even more advanced people, a little in depth demonstration can be helpful sometimes. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this app & the creator ♥️

    Love this app, the workouts are fantastic and really keep me motivated as I am a pt and spend most of my time planning for other people...its great to have such fab workouts there to give me the same motivation I give others. Had some probs with the app at first but Alex and Andrae from the tech team were brilliant and spent so much time helping to fix the problem. Great app...Great service...very happy!!!

    I got into lifting a few years ago to supplement my endurance training and have never been able to find a resistance training app that compares to the running/endurance sport apps on the market. I had been using a combination of the MapMyFitness family of apps, but none of those were geared toward lifting. I was literally using the Notes app in my phone to track weight/reps/sets every session — it was super difficult to review my progress that way. On top of that, I had taken some time off from the gym due to illness and housing insecurity and had trouble getting back into a regular routine. This app has been a total life saver. Not only are there a whole range of detailed guides to choose from (organized by fitness level and type! 😍) but I can finally finally track my weights and reps IN AN APP and watch my progress over time. AND there is an awesome nutrition section with great recipes, shopping lists, and a way to track macros. I mean, WHAT. Oh, and did I mention the amazingly kind and responsive app development and customer service teams?? Hanna and her team truly thought of everything.

    Been following Hanna on insta for YEARS. When the app came out I had to get it. This app is easy to follow and keeps me on a check list, which I LOVE! It helps keep me on track without over whelming me. I love that I can just click on the program and my next workout is at the top and I don’t have to search for it. I also really love her workouts and the set up she has for them. I’m half way through and have already lost ten pounds. I’m also feeling much better with more energy. It also helps that it shows the percentage of the program you have finished.... which helps keep me motivated. 50% done and cannot wait to see the results when I hit 100%! The food part of the app and amazing recipes and easy to follow directions on keeping up with calories. All and all I’m super excited to be using this app and seeing results. I’ve recommended it to all my workout buddies.

    The best app for training guides! Easy to follow, easy to track your progress. It has video examples of the exercises so you know what to do even if you haven't tried it before! A nice nutrition tracking section and basically just everything you need to achieve your goals! I love that there are so many guides that you can choose from and you can even swap them anytime you like!

    This is the first app I’ve ever paid money for. My friend found it and we split the cost to use the workouts. I’m a beginner in the gym and honestly the little tips for form and the videos help so much for me to figure out how I’m supposed to perform the movement. The app is simple and so organized, you can find different workouts catered to what you’re looking for and for your level. It has helped so much, especially for someone who doesn’t know what exercises to do. Being able to track my weights is also nice cause I can see how much stronger I’m getting. :) cost-wise, this app is so worth it. It’s nothing compared to what you’d have to pay for a personal trainer and you still get so much structure for workout goals. I’ve not had any problems at all with the app. So if you are looking to get fit, I’d say this is the app for you! I highly recommend. :)

    Overall i like the app. It takes great deal of planning and tracking your next workout, with this app I'm free to enjoy my workout without thinking about next exercise. I'd like if it was possible not just skip resting time with specific set but to return to it if needed. Right now if you accidentally skip the rest you can't go back to it.

    I can not say enough positive things about this app. The features are too I itch. First, it has so many guides. You get your money’s worth there. The guides themselves flow with intention & are not repetitive. Each guide feels unique. I have completed my first beginner guide and looking forward to progressing and being able to do a guide with 5 days vs. 3. There is a food section with recipes, macro counter, macro calculator, and area for progress pictures?! I usually have multiple apps when it comes to fitness but everything can be done here. When doing your workout there are videos and tips. You can keep track of notes and it records a history from past guides and past workouts to see what you have lifted in the past?! I just love it and hope you do too. Thank you Hanna 💗

    So I made a review after my first use of the app and now that I have used it for 2 weeks I can say that the app needs work. The times only works if you your phone is open and on the timer. If you move off the timer it will continue to count down but not let you know when the time runs out. Big issue for me. Sometimes I need to answer my phone or text during my test period and I end up running over time because I wasn’t alerted. Also I still have the same issue as I did with my first review. The part of the app that chooses a program for you based on how you answer the questions still doesn’t work. For example: I put that I was a beginner and that I wanted to work out three days a week I only got programs for advanced five days a week. I understand this app is small and new but for the price that I pay monthly for it to have these issues it’s grossly over priced.

    Wow!It is the best app i've ever seen and tried!The guides are very helpfull and I love the workouts because their structure is funny and not bored!This app gives me motivation day by day!Please try it and trust me I tried a lot of apps from a lot of fitness influencers but I wiped them immediatly because they don't gave me motivation how this does

    Was quite hopeful given the reviews. It really is an awful app though. Have used many Hiit workout apps and never struggled to understand how to actually complete the workout. For some reason there are two play buttons on the workout with different timers and no explanation of these. It doesn't show you a demo of the workout during the session, you have to go into a separate video to view. You also have to click between different exercises to progress, and the recipe page is super glitchy

    I'm really frustrated with this app. I trialed it when it first came out and decided to come back and purchase a month to see if the issues have been fixed but they haven't. What I really I want is: 1) More direction. Say you're doing a back lunge into a one leg jump. Am I doing one set for both sides or one set using only one leg? Alternating? 2) A countdown before your timer starts. If the timer starts right away, you waste half the time getting into position. 3) A spot to record reps.

    The workouts are great. But I get to frustrated with how slow and laggy the app is over all, therefore unfortunately I will not use more than the free trial. It has great potential though.

    For $19 US, this is awful. It has crashed and froze multiple times of all my workouts, today -5 times and I will be giving up because it’s ruining my workouts. I like the workout plan, but the app crashing is just too much. They could scale back as the timer feature seems to be causing the issues, and basically just make this a list of workouts but at this point it’s unusable for me. Other issues: you cannot enter any alternatives for exercises, add exercises or drop them from the day. The rest should have an option to be customizable, and if you’re going to have sound then you need to make sure it works every time. Also the recipes do not entice me at all, so I wish there was an option for a cheaper payment without recipes. I love Hanna and was super excited to try this, but at this point it needs serious work to be a good app.

    clean - takes a bit to get used to all the functions, but I am enjoying it. Revised - the timer sound stops working in the middle of every workout. It's distracting from the concentration of your workout.

    I have been using this guide for about four weeks following the You vs You program, and I’m very satisfied with the workouts themselves. I have been going to the gym for about two years now, so I consider myself somewhat experienced, but this guide has been helpful in showing me where I need to pay more attention when exercising. Since I’ve been able to target specific areas of my body, I can actually see physical changes! The app needs some work. It’s glitchy and the transitions from each workout aren’t smooth. The timer has some glitches as well and sometimes when I go to start it, it doesn’t work and I end up not knowing how long ive been working for. I have resorted to just using my Apple Watch to track seconds, which is fine but if it’s a feature in the app I’d like to use it. Overall though, very impressed!

    I am enjoying the app and the access to all the guides. Everything is laid out and categorized so well. I really enjoy the types and combos of tjeee workouts. Stays true to traditional weight training but unique in combos and approach. I love the timer feature that tracks rest time between exercises! Some of the functionality could be improved. For example if I go back to a guide I used and restart a workout it doesn’t properly clear it and restart it. Also if you go to look at another guide and open it up I loose the guide I was using for my workouts. It seems like you can have more than one guide open at once. While these are things that I noticed and are opportunities for enhancement it does not affect my overall experience using this app. I love it and am a huge fan of Hanna. She’s such an inspiration and amazing person! Thank You!

    Enjoying this app thourghly. I have been a huge fan of Hanna for a long time but always felt so insecure in the gym especially with weights. she along with this app has made weight lifting an achievable thing for me and I actually enjoy and look forward to working out now. Subscribing to this app was the best decision I ever made. Thank you!

    Love all of the different programs Hanna has built! They keep me structured in the gym and I’m seeing major gains that I didn’t before. However, the app needs a lot more work to be great. It’s full of bugs, and meal planner needs work too. Recipes are great, just not what I was looking for. The bugs are so distracting and frustrating especially when I’m in the middle of a workout. Wish she would add stand alone exercises in case I want to add in something that I’m focusing on getting better/stronger at such as squats, hip thrusts etc. that way I can still track it even if it’s not apart of the program. I signed up for the year subscription and didn’t go through the free trial. Wishing that I had done that before subscribing for a whole year. Love Hanna and the programs but needing more from the app. Not sure if I’ll renew unless major updates are loaded.

    Love the workouts and the guides but the app is a bit glitchy. Doesn't show recorded weights and time at all, pretty hard to keep track of the sets but otherwise has a nice layout.

    The app is really hard to navigate. Sometimes the timer works, sometimes it doesn’t. Would also be nice to have substitutions for workouts done at home, with a smaller gym. This app is also being used in America...where, unfortunately we are still under lock downs or crazy alternatives to get into a gym. So having alternative workouts would be great. Otherwise, will be my last time using this app. Love Hannah so that’s why I bought one year subscription. I know it is a new app so I look forward to how great it could be. Thank you. Still appreciate workouts. Also., adding music to play on app would be nice.

    I had really high expectations for this app. But it doesn’t feel like an actual app. It feels like it was rushed being put together. It’s slow, and scrolling is very frustrating. There aren’t a lot of choices on the meal plan which made it difficult to make one with my goals in mind. Only a handful of the workouts have alternatives and very vague workout descriptions. The timer is extremely loud and scared me the first time I used it with headphones in. Even after completing a weeks full of workouts you have to scroll all the way down to reach your current week. I probably won’t be continuing my subscription.

    For $19 US, this is awful. It has crashed and froze multiple times of all my workouts, today -5 times and I will be giving up because it’s ruining my workouts. I like the workout plan, but the app crashing is just too much. They could scale back as the timer feature seems to be causing the issues, and basically just make this a list of workouts but at this point it’s unusable for me. Other issues: you cannot enter any alternatives for exercises, add exercises or drop them from the day. The rest should have an option to be customizable, and if you’re going to have sound then you need to make sure it works every time. Also the recipes do not entice me at all, so I wish there was an option for a cheaper payment without recipes. I love Hanna and was super excited to try this, but at this point it needs serious work to be a good app.
