  • Sneaky with their “super cash” Dec 9, 2019

    By kiradisa
I like the store and got excited when I earned a bunch of “super cash” from shopping on Black Friday, thinking it was similar to Kohl’s cash. Not at all! Basically super cash is like earning a 20-40% off coupon for future purchases. I have to spend at least $25 in order to get $10 off... (kohl’s cash is simply cash to use towards your purchase.). And if I spend $45, I still only get $10 off. So I decided I would give it a try... and found out that the store has a 30% off sale anyway which is higher than my super cash discount. So the super cash isn’t worth using at all! Some Black Friday deal! It is all just a super hoax to make you think you are actually earning something special! Makes me want to stay away from Old Navy and stick to Kohl’s where at least I know what I’m getting and where I can read about the exclusions on the back of the promotional material. (But that’s another story... black Friday’s tv ads for Old Navy said that everything was 50% off, no exclusions, but in store I came across several exclusions and one of my items wasn’t discounted even though it was included in the sale.

Always has been and looks like they might always will be my favorite store. It's always great when you can get yourself and your hubby both looking good without having to go to 2 separate stores. Lol. Love This Place. I ask for Old Navy Gift Cards Every Year For Christmas.

I have always loved Old Navy!! Quality items with amazing prices!! I have been plus size my whole life, and im also 6'2, so finding clothes other places can be difficult, but Old Navy has always been reliable! Also it is my go to shopping for my husband, and nieces and nephews...again, never disappointed! 👍👍😊❤
  • Love the clothes but SO HARD to buy!! Dec 8, 2017

Im a new old navy CC holder, 3 months approx. I’m a busy working 31 year old toddler Mom. I don’t have a lot of time to go out shopping so I like to order Christmas online on my lunch break. Every other time I go to log in it makes me change my password. Every time you change your password it tells you for your convenience we’ve erased all your credit card information... I know for a fact my password is correct. I even screen shot what I changed it to and made sure I re-entered correctly and it still told me it was wrong! How annoying to re-type all of your credit card and billing info each time you want to buy something! I don’t bring every single one of my credit cards to work with me so this time I could not check out. I’ve never had so many problems trying to buy online ever except with this site and app. I cannot stand how much work this is to try to give old navy my money so I’m considering canceling my card and giving up on them altogether at this point.

The App buffers and gets stuck a lot, but works good when none of those issues are going on. The ads/deals are rough to understand though since they're literally all over the place when you open the app. It makes it really hard to see what deals are going on, and which ones I want to see. I still use the app all the time though!

Great leggings at affordable prices. Most of my workout/exercise clothing comes from Old Navy because they fit well and have a wide variety of colors. I'm not into the typical black/gray. I have a huge assortment of their colored leggings and tanks to mix and match. I dont believe in the spending around $100 for just one pair of leggings. I like options and variety. Try them.

I like the app in general. It’s one of the best I used. I realized after placing an order the other day that I forgot to apply my rewards points. It would be helpful if it asked if you wanted to use rewards points upon order completion. And then when I tried to cancel the order and place it again w rewards points I couldn’t figure out how to do that. That could be user error but it could also be easier to do so I didn’t have to call customer service to do it. The customer service rep was very helpful. I was frustrated to have to read off all the serial numbers for my rewards points. I felt like the customer service rep should’ve had access to my rewards points certificate numbers. But I love Old Navy and that they carry “Tall” sizes for us long legged girls!!

The only place my tween daughter will shop! I just wish, it could be a more "1 stop shop". They do well with loungewear, jeans & t's, workout and sleepwear. They have some dressy-ish clothes, but the quality isn't great or the cuts are off (crooked, too loose in the wrong places, etc.). Otherwise, the truly do have everything...including accessories and shoes.

Much more easier and faster to access especially for major sale days. I found the website via mobile lagged so badly especially around midnight. I downloaded the app and it much easier to access the checkout than it failing to get there. Makes my shopping experience smoother. I can add my favorites on the add and keep track of them when new color come or whenever they’re on sale. Pixie full lengths and pjs are my favorite. I can locate what’s available locally and online at the same time. I like the local pick up option as well. Promotional codes always visible. Never hidden or feeling cheated.

I have mixed feelings about old navy. They do offer lots of options and many sizes including tall, which is great. But the pricing can be a little over and above what it should be when not discounted or when considered a “hot buy” or whatever they call the special pricing not eligible for further discounts. The app itself is pretty buggy so I understand the frustration. But I love the super cash. Not sure why everyone hates on it. $10 off of $25 is 40% off which is pretty great. And to anyone that prefers kohl’s cash, just try returning something that you earned kohl’s cash with. Good luck figuring out why you only got back $8 for $28 jeans! The creative arithmetic always lands in the stores favor and not the customer.

The app just keeps getting worse and worse now it doesn't even work. Every time I use the app it sends me to the Google Play store to tell me to download the new app which I already have. I then have to click open in the Google store to take me back to the app. Now when I go through all those steps the app shuts down regardless. And if you place an order online as opposed to placing it on the app even though it's your account you cannot see it on the app.
  • Still scrolling incorrectly since start of year! Aug 11, 2021

    By Angrymonkeymermaid
This bug has been happening all year with every app update on no repair to it. Is anyone from old navy looking at these reviews? I have been updating the same review for months now. When scrolling, the app refreshes the list further down the page than where you were. It goes so far down that it skips many items. Even if you scroll up to try to find where you were you, you can't because it doesn't show everything on the list anymore and items are mixed around. So for example if you go to women's new arrivals and are scrolling down, when it loads the page as you go further down, it refreshes the whole list and mixes everything up and you don't know if your seeing the whole list of new arrivals because you don't know where you are in the page of lists. I think it tries to load the next items on the list and instead refreshes the list in the wrong part. This happens when it has more than 20-50 items to show in a category, which happens to every category. And since the "New Arrivals" category is so helpful, the bug always happens to that category, always! This has been happening to the app for months, so i barely use the app anymore. It's too frustrating to even browse on it. The app should function properly before adding any new features or else it's always going to be a difficult app to deal with and people will browse & shop less on it.

50% of the time I LOVE this app. Love the ease of it... until there is a substantial sale running. Then the app won't even open! I can't get the app to open for more than a moment before it closes itself and offers an error message. Beyond disappointing to miss sales because they can't handle to load on the mobile app. Atleast try to fix this!
  • Not so great Jan 1, 2021

    By MissKitty69
I’m disappointed with this app. When it comes to linking your old navy credit card with the shopping part of the app, it’s not happening. I have to log into the credit card thru the app, but then when I shop on the app it doesn’t recognize, or give me the option to use, the old navy card without me having to manual enter it. Using rewards is even more difficult when you check out, it chose a 20% coupon over my 50$ reward and would let me change it. Rewards are useless I guess, unless you go into the store. I got so frustrated that I cancelled my order. I paid off my balance and will probably cancel the card as well. I work hard for my money and I am not going to wrestle an app to use rewards I earn when I use this card. My last order I did pick up in store and was confirmed by email it was received and everything was in stock. When I arrived the 2 most important items they didn’t have. I walked back and picked them off the rack myself. I know that’s probably a store issue but the order was made on the app, and there wasn’t a place to leave feedback on the app itself. When I tried talking to the manager I was dismissed like A child. So all in all, I am not happy with old navy, their stores, their credit cards, or their app.

I had to uninstall and redownload the app just to log in and have all these log in issues. Now it keeps saying "uh oh there is an unexpected error" and asks me to hit refresh, and when I do it just spins. When it's not doing that, it's telling me my passowrd is wrong and prompts me to change it. On e I change it, I'm told it's incorrect again.
  • Major bug issues on the App. Jan 1, 2022

    By nikita atkerson
Created an account and placed an order, exited the app, got back on day later to check shipping, tried to log into my account, it said my account didn’t exist and had no existing order, so basically the app lost it, I called customer support they found the order, so I mean, it’s whatever. It was delivered, just had no tracking and no History the order ever existed. Would also like to include that, everytime I open the app it instantly says “uh oh unable to connect please try to refresh” like it didn’t even try loading it just instantly says that when opening the app. Also, when logging in to my account, it takes 2 try’s every time, like that’s so inconvenient to enter my email and password TWICE just to check on an order. After the first attempt, it says “uh oh! We weren’t able to complete your request! Please try again” EVERY SINGLE TIME, but After the second attempt it works, of course lol, that’s literally annoying. I love shopping online for old navy but the app is so inconvenient. Would like to know who even rated this a 5 star.
  • Eternally glitchy May 22, 2021

    By ohmegan
I love Old Navy, but this app is terrible. For as long as I’ve had it, it constantly has some bug or another. Updates are infrequent and with each version that is supposed to resolve one issue, another glitch is created. First, it never remembers my login information; even with TouchID enabled, I have to type in my login, and it doesn’t do the Keychain autofill/suggest either. And then after entering my credentials, it insists on showing me how to use the app - like a tap-through tour. The second most frustrating issue is related to browsing items. In the search results page, at some point in scrollling (typically toward the bottom of the page), it’s like the page refreshes and suddenly returns only 2-5 results, resetting my search and location on the page. I also wish there were more specific filter options, like by materials or inseam style or length. I won’t be continuing to shop at Old Navy via this app, but hey- maybe that means I’ll stop giving them all my money!

The app would be great if it didn't log me out EVERY TIME! This wouldn't even be a huge deal if it was compatible with Google smart lock, but it's not. You really need to fix this ☹️
  • Worst shopping app ever Nov 18, 2021

    By allielikesjazz
I have purchased a lot from ON and Gap over the years—half my closet is from one of these stores. But the app has consistently been the worst shopping experience of any app I have used. It never remembers my login credentials even with Face ID saved, I have to go through the tutorial on how to use the app every time I log in, and it randomly crashes with a screen saying “something is wrong” multiple times, sometimes 3 or 4 in succession. I’ve had this experience for years and years with this app and can’t believe the developers aren’t aware of it by now. I don’t know anything about app development, but the only other app I have even remotely similar issues with has multiple brands within the same app so maybe putting the four brands together on one app just doesn’t work. I would gladly have BR and Athleta as separate apps to make the ON and Gap shopping experience more seamless. To me, those two are each in a different category anyway and should be separate.
  • App keeps reloading while browsing May 16, 2021

    By Sparky711
My recent experiences with this app (the past few months) have been awful with the old navy app. While browsing, the app will reload and show other clothes and not the ones that I had been previously looking at. After a few swipes down, the app reloads itself and instead of picking up where I was it loads all new clothes, and will have a limited selection. For example, if I choose to look at dresses… I will scroll down and after a few swipes going down to look at the dresses, the app will glitch and start reloading the view and I am seeing a different set of clothes and limited view (a couple of swipes and that all the clothes available, when previously there were a ton of dresses. If you are not able to support the scrolling, go back to pages of clothes to help. I won’t buy online using the app anymore because I can’t view the clothes.

  • Great for all body types. Dec 7, 2017

    By Jonn jonn
I love old navy. I’m very hard to shop for. I’m tall so it’s hard to find pants that fit in store but online I can always buy my size and if you wait for a sale you can really get a lot of good stuff you wouldn’t be able to get in store. Once you know you’re size and what fits work for you everything is a breeze. I’ve gained weight in the last year so having so many options of flex pants is a dream come true. The ones I bought last year when I was 240lbs still fit now that I’m almost 50lbs heavier. If you’re looking for low cost and good quality clothing for work or everyday I highly recommend shopping here.
  • Thank You for Not Leaving Out Plus Size Women May 18, 2020

    By Gatsbydaisy
Old Navy is the only women’s store that offers plus size clothing that is exciting and feminine. If you go on the standard women’s section of the website and see something you like, you will also find the same style, or very close to it in the plus size section of the website. Finally, a women’s store that figured out that using more material to make things in plus size is not just smart for Old Navy, but doesn’t leave out a large section of the population of women who want to look nice as well.

Unlike most other apps that allow you to stay logged in when toggling between tabs, or uses touch login, my app makes me log in over and over again every single session! I love the user friendliness overall, but this feature feels like a bug vs. a security feature meant to protect users, and impacts the app experience a lot! You should put it in the development queue and fix it! And at least, allow the user to save their user name so they don’t have to re-enter that every time too!
  • The First Store I check when I need Anything Aug 12, 2019

    By MrOldNavy_
Old Navy is my GO TO STORE. When I need clothes for work, I check Old Navy first. When I need clothes for Any Event, I go to Old Navy. I think what I love best about this store is that a large part of their clothes are plain (as in no logos). This is extremely useful for me in a lot of situations where I need to look good, but at the same time I want to be subtle, and having no logos does that. There’s never a time I go in store and walk out with nothing. I’m so grateful to have a clothing store I love so much, and I never break the bank when I shop there. Can’t Say Enough about Old Navy!!
  • Easy to SHOP “Old Navy” in Old Navy App Nov 21, 2021

    By GoodnonnieSB
I’m one of your “Silva Shoppers” that’s just a number I’m told! I find a lot of casual clothes in store & online. I also love to check out what’s happening at the GAP, my area no longer has a store so I shop it online. I’ll admit that it’s been a while since I’ve tried to shop GAP, but I’m 90% sure that I could select & shop there from the Old Navy App. I can’t for the life of me find out how to shop GAP, like I use to. I did download the GAP app, One card several stores should still be one Stop Shop.

I really like the idea of shopping a and paying for my shopping( credit card) all in the same place. But i would appreciate having store inventory available. I mean i would like to know exactly what items are present in my nearest store.. for example sale items, clearance etc. so i can shop knowing i am not missing out on anything by not heading to the store. And the prices are different too by the way from app to store. I mean that policy should be changed. Nothing to do with the app. The app works really well.

    By hiphopananoumys
Love shopping online through this app. But beware, during a sale, online will have huge mark ups on items to make it seem like a “better deal”. I’ve gone in store and have been told this is what they do. I’ve even spoken to managers over the phone about this and their “super cash” savings scam. You’re required to spend a certain amount to even use the money they reward you with for spending so much already. So if you really want to make sure you are getting the best deal when they do have “sales”, go in store and compare prices by using the search bar to scan Bar codes. I’ve saved hundreds- thousands of dollars. Just a tip from a fellow Navyist.
  • Easy to use app Feb 25, 2021

    By pandora customer tm
Easy to navigate and use- But would like it easier for finding where to enter promo codes and easier for entering (maybe add scanner) so we don’t have to type it. Also, wasn’t obvious where to change shipping options (to free shipping. ) Also, the free shipping of $50 should have automatically been put in once checkout is at $50, which it isn’t , and it’s not until the end where you have to edit it and personally select it, seems like a sneaky way to get that last few dollars in for shipping if someone wasn’t paying attention and assumed the free shipping was automatically selected upon checkout being at $50.
  • Love this app! Dec 30, 2020

    By Ashtyn King
This app has helped me so much when coming to shopping. For instance, i looked on so many apps and websites for the perfect bathing suit. No luck until i found old navy. I never knew the ye had an app until i got a gift card for it in a pandemic 😷. So i found the perfect bathing suit and i am so grateful! But... I find myself going BACK to the shopping bag finding my items are gone that i picked out the day before or even minutes before! Then i went back to to e item and it was sold out in my size. Please fix this issue because i was excited to get the swimming suit and now i can’t because of the shopping back incident. But besides that i love the app.

Getting a bunch of great discounts on this app that aren’t available in stores is pretty nice however, there are a couple of annoying things about this app that make it so 2006... One is, I swear this app asks me to login more than my banking app. It feels like I need to login every time I switch tabs. Honestly, it should always have me logged in after I create an account and maybe just verify if my account is still active in the background or something. This app was built as if we don’t lock or phones or something. Secondly, I’ve ordered a ton though this, what is with the 2 week shipping on every order I make (3 orders so far), how is this even a thing anymore? Yikes

I had been using old navy for quite a sometime and i am very happy with the styles, quality and selections available. However i am finding old navy app not user friendly these days. I have to enter my login information everytime i need to check out and have to add my phone number and address every time though my old navy credit card info is saved there. Also, coupon codes are mot saved automatically. On a different note, apps like macy and kohls provide me that flexibility and its easy to use them. Please fix these issues in the app to make it more user friendly
  • Update requires new password? Oct 23, 2017

    By EmCeeMttM
I believe there was a change to the overall old navy system. I updated the app and could no longer sign in. I attempted to reset my password and then realized they changed the requirements for the password. It would've been nice if they made that clear. But whatever. Love the app. The mobile site never works properly and freezes. Plus the app saves my cart for extended period of times. Like if I earn super cash, I'll add something to my cart that I want to buy when I go to redeem the super cash and it stays there until I delete it or buy it. It works great for me!
  • Love the clothes but SO HARD to buy!! Dec 8, 2017

    By Kellymarie0486

  • Search, sign in and tracking need work Oct 19, 2018

    By Flurr Ball
When I search I can filter to “women” and something like “jeans” but then I see regular, maternity, and plus. I would like to choose which one to see. Those are 3 very different lines and they should be filter-able. I can filter by size but then I will miss out on seeing items that are currently out of stock in my size, which happens often. I do not want to sign in every single time that I make a purchase or especially to just look at or track an order. It’s a hassle. Speaking of tracking, it’s awkward to have order tracking and order details on two separate pages. Worse, clicking on the tracking number only copies the number. I don’t want to leave the app to track an order. It should be in the app.
  • Glitching currently which is super annoying! Jul 14, 2021

    By Kee1988
I’ve loved this app for a while but there are two issues: -the app has been glitching a lot despite updating it. When I search something such as baby clothes and I am scrolling down to look at all the items, it will glitch and move me to another spot but also remove items which I can view and cuts the inventory down big time. So annoying. - you can’t write review on the app. I love to give feedback and read feedback as well! Also it is likely that people who have the app are frequent Old Navy shoppers like myself so it would make sense to let us write reviews in the app ourselves. I’m hoping the developers will read this and make improvements!
  • Um ok what? Nov 16, 2017

    By VamperRose
I love Old Navy. My entire wardrobe is Old Navy. The app though, I don’t know but it’s not helpful. I am me, a woman so any button I hit with a generic prompt like SALE sends me to women, ok. But then I look and see if I can choose male, and I can but not from there or any prompt, only the shop by department. Then I don’t see the sale stuff, and the first category is alternative sizes or something. So if I am not a man and have a signed in account as a woman, I am not supposed to easily by men’s clothes? I find this incredibly deterring. If I am not at home with my laptop I cannot easily purchase gifts through the app only stuff for me and that really doesn’t help me at almost Christmas season and looking to spend a bunch of money easily is prob what the earner,Old Navy, wants?
  • Great with glitches. Jun 17, 2018

    By eilatansenoj
While I do love the ease of not having to go into the store and shop via app, there are a few glitches or things that are lacking that I would prefer to have. 1) my favorites are never saved. So every time I close the app, I loose whatever I liked. 2) there is no option to write reviews on the app. You usually get an email, which takes you to a webpage, where you have to manually sign in, in order to write a review. 3) I get the security of having to sign in every time you place an order, but it goes back to the favorites thing. I would like for the app to save who I am and then ask for my fingerprint when I want to place an order 4) sometimes when you’re browsing, the same items pop up two or three times in the same sequences Lastly...5) I can leave consumer feedback through the app about the app. It won’t allow me to or I would be writing all this in the “suggest updates” section. However, I do love Old Navy and will continue to buy things using the app. There are just several things that need to be adjusted for the perfect app experience
  • Log In Hassle Dec 10, 2020

    By blue_sally
I have had the app for years now but the past couple of months it’s been struggling. Every time it is open it request to register/log in. Even if it was open 10mins ago it request this and does not allow Touch ID even though it was set up the previous log in. Then once you do log in it gives the tutorial of the cart... It does not recognize this is not the first time using/opening app. It’s become a hassle and just end up closing the app and wait to get to a computer but that doesn’t always happen so I end up not shopping here. Not sure if other experience this but unfortunate since I love the brand.
  • Please, please fix app sign-outs!!! Jan 3, 2021

    By Thisisapril
Old navy brands are the only brands with petite sizing and styles that fit me. But *}%^ is the app annoying with how often it makes me log in. I don’t get remotely as frustrated from any other shopping app. Favoriting items is also a pain. Half the time the heart doesn’t appear. And if you scan a barcode then you usually can’t favorite it, you have to manually search for the item. Also- it would be nice to know if an item is available in Petites, even if it’s currently out of stock. There’s no way to know. I click every size and color to see if any pop up in petites and even then it’s not certain.
  • App Not Working Feb 25, 2019

    By DomsLetti
I haven’t had a problem with the Old Navy App until today. At checkout I input my Old Navy credit card information and clicked on “Next” and it showed the round pinwheel for a few seconds and then it went away but the page didn’t switch to the next page; there was no error, no “you forgot a few more details”, nothing. I tried it a few more times (signing out, signing back in, closing app completely and opening it up, checking the card number was input correctly, etc.) it wouldn’t go to the “Review” tab. Finally I decided to order through the actual website and it worked perfectly.
  • Need a prompt before finalizing orders Oct 6, 2019

    By oldnavymama
Twice now it’s happened to me that I accidentally hit the Place Order button on my phone. Since there is no “Are you sure you want to place this order?” prompt, the order goes through. This wouldn’t be horrible if you could cancel online orders within 30 minutes (standard for most online retailers) or even 10. But I have literally called in immediately and was told it was too late. So basically ON is spending money on shipping and packaging and I have to waste time returning bogus orders since I wasn’t ready to finalize the order in the first place. Please fix this flaw.

You really need to fix this ☹️
  • App keeps reloading while browsing May 16, 2021

  • New items and selection- and perks for cardholders are all limited Oct 5, 2019

    By kwestonjr1
It seems for the last couple years the clothes haven’t changed at old navy. I see the same stuff and it’s redundant. For cardholders there aren’t really enough perks to justify having the card, the sales are the same and the cash bonus bucks are more than the points given and anyone can get that- even without a card. Another issue is cardholders should have free shipping and not be expected to order 35 or 50 to get it! I’m disappointed with old navy because the clothes are generic at best with old navy emblems. There’s nothing better about the quality and I’m most likely going to close my card and shop at Burlington or Marshall’s- they have more of a selection and prices are better! The alternative is gap and they are generic also but twice the price. I see a problem in the near future for this company if they don’t step up their game.

Typically I love Old Navy and buy everything there. The buyers must be on break or something bad has happened. There is nothing in the store that anyone over 19 would wear. And what happened to girl's clothing? infant stuff is still adorable. But size 5 to 12 is embarrassing. Get it together ON buyers. We need you.
  • App needs MAJOR improvements. STILL. Aug 22, 2019

    By Ytruda
I’ve been shopping Old Navy for years and while I love the store, the app is a problem. It constantly stops working mid shopping leaving you with the “Oops, something went wrong” message which then prompts you to “refresh.” Hit refresh only to not have it work so you have to back out of the app and hope what you put in your shopping bag is still in there. A lot of the times it not. And I’m on WiFi when this happens. This has been going on with this app for sometime and still not fixed. Another issue was that my info is saved in my old navy app. Yet I had still had to enter it every time. Not too big of a deal but if you are going to offer a feature make sure it works. I mainly got rid of the app because I got tired of it kicking me out multiple times while shopping. Fix that and it would be great.
  • Doesn’t Get The Job Done Oct 19, 2021

    By 72):67!
This app is absolutely abysmal considering it is supposed to be supporting four different retailers. Your most recent order is no longer appear in the order history within the app. Making it impossible to know the status of your orders. Additionally the login page seems to be having issues. The Face ID rarely ever works, and it seems to not be able to remember your password and or enter the credentials from a password manager sufficiently. This is incredibly disappointing considering that none of the Old Navy stores actually carry stock and inventory anymore. So essentially ordering online is the only option you have. However with the inability to be able to look at my order status and the inconvenience of having to login, I’m starting to find other places to shop.

It went back to the main screen by itself so many times after searching for certain sizes & types of clothing...I ALMOST gave up as my right hand is disabled & hurts me so much. You people need to quality control your programming & STOP farming it out to other countries who don't know what they're doing!!!
  • Horrible customer service Jul 27, 2020

    By Someone who lost 100$
I have been an old navy shopper for many years. I usually just go to my local store and have never had an issue. But due to Covid the store was closed so I decided to order online. I ordered 7 things. 1 of the things I received in my shipment was the wrong thing. I called old navy customer service after ONE HOUR of being on hold. I FINALLY got through to someone. They told me they were going to send everything again and that they would also send me a postal sticker to return the items I had received. Fast forward 2 weeks I get the new shipment of stuff (IT IS STILL WRONG) fast forward a month and I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE a postal sticker to return my Original order. It has now been 8 weeks. No sticker in the mail. Very very frustrating customer service, it is virtually impossible to get ahold Of anyone to fix this and now I have double Of everything . Cool. I’ll be canceling my old navy card because of the lack of customer service.
