    The screen freezes constantly. You log in and get about 5 seconds of video, then it freezes, then you have to go back out, then put in your password and get about another 5 seconds of viewing before it freezes again. Shocking if you get a constant 20 seconds or more of viewing.

    To be honest, the quality of the video wasn’t that great but it got the job done. I only need it to check in a few times a day on my dogs while they were boarded & it allowed me to do that. The only downfall is that you do have to sign up for a subscription, you are able to cancel that subscription at any time with no fee added. I did cancel & end up getting charged one additional month which come on... it’s under $2.00 so not that big of a deal. But I did contact the Online Doggy customer support team by Email & within a matter of minutes a very nice gentleman called me & apologized for the inconvenience, he helped me step by step on my phone to make sure I was completely unsubscribed. All & all I do think it is a good app, sometimes they just have to work out all the kinks to get them right. I think the customer service is what really sold me on it & I would definitely use it again in the future if I need to! Kathryn

    My customers love this app! They get to watch their dogs play in my daycare! I know lots of daycares across the country use this for their store and they live it! Great customer service too!

    I’ve used this app for over a year when I board my dogs. The annual plan is an inexpensive $5. When I initially bought the app it was good; didn’t have a problem viewing the dogs. In the last 3-6 months, the cameras always show up black on the mobile app & when I call the boarding facility they report the cameras are working fine, & to check with O’doggy. I call O’doggy and there is no one there. Phone number is not in service, so no customer support. When it works, it’s fantastic! I was able to use the desktop version well, but I paid for it so I could use the mobile version, so that’s a fail. Will not be renewing my annual membership.

    The app seems to work great... for businesses where the cameras are turned on and working. Very simple and quick. I've scanned through kennels all across the country, and MOST have at least one camera working. Unfortunately, the place where my dog is staying appears to not have something turned on, and all screens are black. There was ONE day last week, when I was testing the app, that i could see the dogs, but not since then. I wonder if this is the same for others that have given low ratings?

    The one time only subscription does not work. Once you sign up you will be charged repeatedly every month unless you go into your google play store account and cancel the subscription. I contacted customer support and they said they were unable to do refunds. Inappropriate that a customer keeps getting billed erroneously at no fault of the user. This happened to me both times that I used it.

    I am able to see my dogs while they are in the yard! I see people saying they can’t cancel their subscription. To do so, you must go into your settings on your phone to cancel the subscription. Love being able to watch my doggos both inside and outside in their play yards for a cheap price!

    For those of you complaining a out the black screens you need to contact your doggy daycare. They could of turned off the camera, it's broken, call them and demand to see your furbaby. At no fault of the application makers btw. Call your doggy day care and find out which room they are in, ours has several, and if the smaller dogs aren't in that particular day, they will move mine over to the big doggy room, since he doesn't mind, it could be just that he/she is in another room, napping in a corner, in the kennel because they messed up. However, before blaming the app, ensure it's not a doggy daycare issue.

    App is great. When it works. Cameras seem to go down a lot. Usually one or two, but recently all cameras at the facility are down. Have been checking in to all black screens for three days now.

    Could use some serious upgrades to be modern, but it’s effective I guess. I can see my dog which is nice. It is annoying that if more that one person wants to view the camera they have to pay for their own subscription on their device. It would make more sense to create a login so multi let users can see it. But, I guess the developer wants to keep bringing in the money without working for it anymore.

    Just as the title states, this is a pathetic excuse for a video app. I used it because I was boarding my dog and this is the service they use. Don't expect live footage due to the app freezing every few seconds. To make matters worse, you have to sign up for recurring monthly charges in order to use it, so you are charged if you don't cancel before the next billing service. I have to go by the boarding business to see if they can help me cancel the service because the information for cancelling auto renewal provided by Online Doggy is not accurate! So for now I have removed all methods of billing so I will not continue to be charged for a service that was crap from the start.

    The developer of this app clearly stopped caring about it a long time ago, but continues to collect money from users and probably doggy daycare centers as well. Disappointing because I was looking forward to checking in on my pup from work. Also, subscriptions do not allow for family sharing so if you were thinking you and your family member would both benefit from subscribing, think again. I will be requesting a refund for my in-app purchase. PS: I’m an app developer myself and try to be forgiving because it’s hard work, but this is just awful. I hope the dev will put some care into this app going forward.

    Don’t waste your time downloading this....I would guess most people are here because they are on an iPhone or iPad and can’t see their pet because iOS devices don’t support flash videos. At first I downloaded this app (which, by the way, seems like it was developed by a 4th grader) but after finding out they want to charge you a monthly fee I figured there has to be a better way. Turns out all you need to do is download a web browser that can play flash videos on iOS. I went with Puffin which has a free version and worked perfectly for watching my pup.

    This app is terrible. Loading a camera requires a password, then it shows about 4 frames before freezing. To see it again, you need to back out and enter your password again. It doesnt matter if im on wifi or 4G, and I can watch HD streaming video, so it's not my connection. The browser version uses Flash, and it doesn't even load the camera. Don't waste your money on a subscription, you won't be able to see your dog either way.

    Help!! As soon as I bought the app I followed the instructions to unsubscribe and stop any recurring payments. I only needed it for a week and planned on just keeping the app for the month that I paid for. 10 days later they charged me AGAIN! It shows that I am NOT subscribed and yet... I will now have to dispute the charge on my credit card and keep an eye out for when they charge me again. Not a task I wanted. The video itself worked fine and I enjoyed watching my dog while I was on vacation but that doesn’t change the fact that this company is a SHAM and DISHONEST! BUYER BEWARE

    Awful interface, asks for password every time you switch camera view, doesn't work as intended most of the time. You will rarely see your dog because the rooms that you want to see are usually the ones not working. Computer access is completely shut off, in order to make the measly $5 or whatever, by forcing you to download and use the nonfunctional app. Garbage.

    Like others have mentioned, the quality of video was minimal, but it was better than nothing and I was able to view my dog playing at the kennel. However, my doggie daycare thankfully is using a different service now. I went in to manage my subscriptions to cancel ODoggy, but it doesn’t give me the option to cancel it, like my other subscriptions do. I even deleted the entire app, but it still shows up under my descriptions. If I were a betting woman, I would bet I’m going to get charged $5.00 come December when this auto-renews without my permission. 👿

    This app, as well as the website are extremely outdated. Pulling up the website on a desktop computer doesn't work, and none of camera load. Pulling up the website on a phone forces you to download this app. After paying a subscription, I was treated to a video with an abysmally slow framerate, and it might as well have been a slide show.

    This was the 1st time boarding my dog Hunter who was recently diagnosed with diabetes so I was really worried about leaving him,,The staff was exceptional,especially Emily at the front desk!! I was made to feel at ease about his stay there so I was able to enjoy my trip away for a few days...The app to view him anytime was an added bonus to ease my worries,,,THANK YOU to ALL the WONDERFUL caring staff at Ollies,,You Guys Rock!!!

    I had initially given a bad review, but found that my work was somehow blocking the stream. When I turned off wifi and went to cellular, the app worked fine. Maybe this will help someone else who is having trouble... It worked as advertised and I can see my pup!

    I get a lot of black screens but close and reopen the app and the feed is there. Some people want 4k tv for the cost of 4.99 aint gonna happen. But i do enjoy watching my dog run around! It can use improvement but its better than no viewing at all

    The cameras randomly work. most of the time one or more are blacked out. you have to close the app and go back in to see a different room. Very frustrating when you want to check on your dog.

    The video quality is poor. You really can’t see your pet clearly. Also when you zoom into an area of the screen, for instance top left or bottom right , the app forces the zoom back to the center of the screen. So you really can’t see your pet unless it’s in center of the screen close to the camera. Like I said it’s pretty basic. The developer should work on it further.

    Unpolished app, requires paid subscription per facility (where it's free on flash-capable desktop browser), but most of all, they sell your info to advertisers, including your phone number. Check the Terms and Conditions... It's all there. Last one's unacceptable.

    Cams go black often and it takes weeks to see them up and running again. I purchased the yearly subscription to be able to watch the care my dog received. Sadly.... whenever I go to view— cams are down. If someone ever develops a great app with same purpose— you’ll do great. Just not this one sadly

    I like to watch my dogs on my iPad, but this time the app is only working on my phone. When I try to purchase the app for my iPad, I get a message stating I already purchased the app. The camera quality isn’t very good so it is difficult to see on a phone.

    Bought this service so we could see our dogs while we travel. Picture quality is horrible, impossible to identify our dog in this video stream. On an iPad it is like trying to see through cheesecloth. FAQs say higher quality video available on a PC, just who packs a PC when they go on vacation?? I've been complaining to the kennel for almost a year about the quality of the video and finally today they told me the cameras are supplied by Odoggy and there's nothing they can do about it. Would give zero stars if possible, service stinks.

    Used the app for the first day my dog was at daycare and it was awesome. Even that night I was able to show my husband the cameras and how cool it was. The next day I dropped my dog off at daycare and went to see how she was doing got nothing but a black screen. Tried again throughout the day and the next day and only saw a black screen. uninstalled and reinstalled the app, went through the troubleshooting on the page, turn wifi on and off nothing but the black screen. completely disappointing.

    Downloaded app on my iPhone to watch my dog. Signed up for one month for $1.99. Put my dog in day care, went on the app, and all I saw was a freeze frame from each camera. Image was grainy, so couldn’t see my dog. Couldn’t even tell if I was looking at a recent image! I also quickly figured out that by signing up for a one-month trial, I was signing up to be billed monthly. Thank goodness I realized this quickly and immediately discontinued my service by going to “subscriptions” on my iPhone’s settings section.
