    **edit. Working great now! Was working great. They are using a new system to verify check pictures for mobile deposit and, despite it saying "success" when I take the picture, it says cannot read check when I go to deposit. I have a very nice phone camera so this is not a hardware issue. Please fix this.

    Pretty good for the most part. Beats the time spent at the ATM Depositing my check. App will not exit on my phone when u hit the back button. Very minor complaint though that's why I deducted a star. Yes I'm picky...

    9 times out of 10 asks to write "For Mobile Deposit Only" - doesn't matter if you write it once, twice, in caps, or check the box. So incredibly frustrating that it wouldn't submit to a human for further review. Now that I can't deposit these checks online but it has this written on it will a teller take it? The app will never exit by using the back button - always needs to go home and then get killed. No defaults are saved (I only have one account - guess which account I'm going to want to deposit / look at?!) I like the basic layout - but this app screams poor design choices and poor testing that continues to not be fixed month after month after month.

    Not able to start recurring payments with first payment in the current month. Doesn’t work properly, had to choose one time payment. Very frustrating!

    The “transaction” page never shows current charges I have been living for a week with out really knowing my current balance because of it’s terrible lag.

    ive tried downloading and re-downloading this app it says that I have no accounts found... ?? went to the bank and they talked to the people that should be able to fix and they said give it a few days...... 1 year later its still like that. obviously theres a problem with the app.

    Every time I open 02 I am asked to update and in 6 days now my login won’t work. I updated the first time I saw the message but it won’t go away?

    It was a very nice app expecially for the convenience of mobile depositing since I'm very far from the bank but for no reason it says I need to be connected to the internet to use it and it's been doing this for months so I have to use someone else's phone in the mean time to log in to do it but even then now theirs isn't working so I use one of my old phones to do it. Who knows when that will suddenly fail. I've tweaked and cleared settings and data on so many levels to try to get it to work but nothing gets it to work. I've even tried factory reseting my phone which didn't work either.

    I try to deposit checks and do what I'm supposed to by signing and writing "for mobile deposit only" however, it continues to say that I need to write that. Even though it's clearly on there..

    My balances aren’t showing. I prefer Ally. Their app is so much better. I’m trying to convince my parents that Old Second is not beneficial to us anymore.
